Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

Review 1: Arnaud Petit-frere

This review from Arnaud Petit-frere gives a glowing 5-star rating. The reviewer emphasizes the professionalism (“Travail pro”) and the quality of advice received from experts. They explicitly contradict a previous negative review, suggesting a positive personal experience (“Super sympas et à l’écoute”). The specific details provided, such as “vraie prise en charge du dossier de votre bien aimée,” indicate a personalized service related to visa applications for a loved one. The use of a real name adds a layer of authenticity. Overall, this review sounds genuine and suggests a positive customer experience, but it is also possible that this review is biased. The direct rebuttal of another review can be a sign of an attempt to manipulate the overall impression.

Review 2: Steve

This review from Steve paints a starkly contrasting picture. The 1-star rating is immediately indicative of a highly negative experience. The reviewer claims that after payment, there is a complete lack of support, communication, or guidance. Steve describes the service as merely a “boîte aux lettres” (mailbox), implying the company only forwards documents without providing any real assistance. The comparison to another company offering significantly better support and personalized assistance, even going as far as accompanying the applicant, strengthens the negative impression. The mention of a specific location (“TLScontact à BKK”) adds a degree of credibility to the review, suggesting a specific event and context to the user’s complaint. The claim of a cheaper service elsewhere further diminishes the value proposition of the company in question. This review presents a strong case for a negative customer experience with clear criticisms.

visafrancethailande.fr likely scam
