Service client inexistant, faux numéro de contact !!!!
Incroyable ! Le numéro du service client en Belgique (0800 18 397) est erroné et donc incontactable alors qu’il est soi-disant joignable 24/24h !! J’ai une demande urgente et ne peux contacter PERSONNE chez Visa, c’est incroyable. J’ai contacté le support en France (+33 800 901 179), le répondeur à choix multiple fonctionne par contre, juste pour les premières questions puis sonnerie « numéro injoignable » puis communication coupée à tous les coups !!..
Horrible expérience et incroyable de la part de Visa dont le service client devrait être joignable immédiatement !!!!
