Note that visa-applications.org has stated on their website that provide end-to-end service up to getting an appointment for visa application. But getting the full amount they only sent me back the application form which I filled in myself based on my personal details. That’s it! No appointment booking, no warning that I am applying late or early for getting advice. Very unprofessional!

FRAUDULENT AGENCY, FAKE!!!
This is simply an agent that does nothing for you. They use semantics to deceive people. For example, after you fill the online form on their website, they take your money in the guise that your visa application has been submitted and in their email exchanges you will never be informed that your supposed visa fee was not actually paid for the visa itself. When you finally get to your centre and find out that the visa fee paid to them wasn’t remitted, it is too late as you never get a refund. They will claim their email response with your form is the service they provided for you. Instead of filling a form on their website for over a 100pound, download the form and fill it in yourself. Horrible, fake scam of a company, please be safe and avoid the website entirely. FRAUD!!! Share on all platforms, let it go viral. Let everyone be aware and avoid the scam. EVIL!!!

The visa fee isn’t included which isn’t great, but those who are not technologically capable like myself will find some aid from this service.

Absolutely fleecing the customers. Pay €99. Then when you attend your VFS appointment you have to pay for extra for the visa application! Not explained at all when you pay. Avoid at all cost!!!!!

Avoid using this company they take your money and don’t do anything other than send you automated replies. My wife and I wanted to get a visa to Hungary and after making payment they did nothing and said via automated reply they were unable to find an appointment. This went on for over 2months until we decided to go with someone else. They are useless.

I’ve paid for two visa applications, for my husband and me, and the 1st day they replied saying that they can’t book a visa appointment for us, and that I should speak to another company and let them know to arrange. No number to phone, and can’t deliver on the service I’ve paid for. Suspect they are fraudulent and busy with a case. They are absolutely a disgrace.

They grossly overcharge for an ESTA to the US ($79 instead of $14). Do yourself a favour and apply directly through the official US ESTA website. They offer no refund or cancellation policy. When I tried to cancel, about ten minutes after paying after realising how much I’d overpaid, they said they couldn’t do anything as my application was already being processed and a decision would be made by the end of the day, which given the other reviews on this site I highly doubt will occur.

A company with no integrity
I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. Horrific customer service promised to process my refund because they couldn’t do anything with it as COVID prevented visas from being issues they just ghosted me. Also, they charged me a cancellation fee. I really don’t recommend this company. They have failed to maintain the integrity required in a time like this and their customer support is nonexistent. There’s probably a reason only two people have bothered to review these guys and they both were terrible experiences.

Submitted a Schengen visa application 5th March 2020, since COVID and unable to travel, this company has still not provided a refund.
With a runaround of limited staff and backlog. Then wanting to charge Euro25 for cancellation.
