Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with YAxis Immigration. Despite multiple follow-ups and comments, my brother’s immigration process has been stuck in limbo for over a year. The lack of communication, transparency, and solution is appalling. It’s been a very bad experience, and my brother’s future is being severely impacted due to the delay. Avoid YAxis at all costs if you want a smooth and efficient immigration process.

Scam

Scam. Stay away. Trying to deceive people for money minting. I wanted Dubai visa and they were charging twice the money as service charge. Absolutely obnoxious way to deal with customers in need.

Scammers

Scammers, stay away from them as they are not professional. I hired other immigration consultants after them and saw the huge difference. These people took money for a call that is supposed to be consultation but the agent said nothing but I DON’T KNOW and LET ME CHECK then hanged up! saved your self time and money. Go for Maison Chen Law, they are very professional.

Extremely disappointed with the Sales team of Y Axis

Extremely disappointed with the experience. Joshua and the entire sales team have been completely unprofessional throughout the process. They made several promises that were never delivered on, and after multiple follow-ups, there’s still no accountability or resolution.

What’s even worse is that after failing to meet the agreed results, they’re now avoiding the refund altogether. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of integrity. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this team with your time or money.

Poor experience with Y-Axis – Negligence by assigned agent Carlisle Anthony Khan during Australian PR process

I wanted to share my experience with Y-Axis for those considering their services for the Australian PR process.

While my initial consultation was promising, I was later assigned to Carlisle Anthony Khan as the agent for my Australian PR application, and the experience was extremely disappointing. He was frequently unresponsive—missing multiple pre-scheduled calls and failing to reply to emails or messages in a timely manner.

I relied on his guidance for reviewing my Career Episode Reports (CDRs), but all three of them were rejected. Even after the rejections, I received no meaningful explanation or feedback on how to improve. What was more concerning is that although I had provided all transcripts and mark sheets for two Master’s degrees from the USA, only my Bachelor’s degree from India was submitted as my highest qualification. This is a serious oversight and reflects a lack of diligence.

This experience has made me question the value of using agents, especially when there’s such limited communication and accountability. I would advise others to proceed with caution and do thorough research before choosing any consultancy.

My_qualifications: 2 Master’s degrees from the USA (STEM), 1 Bachelor’s from India, applying under the Engineering Technologist ANZSCO code

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

The initial statement describes Y-Axis as a top immigration consultancy with a large presence in India. This is a general introduction and doesn’t provide specific insights into their credibility. It claims a significant reach and experience, which needs to be validated by the actual customer experiences.

Ravinder Kumar’s Review: This is a highly negative review (1 star) detailing a brother’s immigration process being stuck for over a year. The key issues highlighted are lack of communication, transparency, and effective solutions. The reviewer directly attributes the delay to Y-Axis and advises others to avoid them, suggesting a significant negative impact on the brother’s future. This review is concerning, focusing on critical failures in service delivery and communication. The specific mention of a year-long delay and lack of progress lends credibility to the complaint, making it a strong indication of potential problems with Y-Axis’s services.

Sap’s Review: This is a positive review (4 stars) praising their customer service and “hand held support.” The reviewer explicitly states that the team’s efforts resulted in the desired outcome. This contrasts sharply with the previous negative review, suggesting inconsistent service quality or varying customer experiences. The mention of “amazing hand held support” indicates a personalized and attentive approach, which is a positive aspect.

Abdul Rasheed Hotak’s Review: This is another positive review (4 stars) focusing on the professional service provided by Ms. K.Umabala and Mr. Bakshigari Arun Kumar. The reviewer highlights their accessibility, timely advice, and understanding of the services. Specific examples include assistance with CV, SOP, and LOR preparation for university applications. This review showcases positive interactions and perceived expertise, contributing to a more balanced picture of Y-Axis’s service capabilities. The detailed description of the assistance provided adds credibility to the positive feedback.

Aravind Krishnan’s Review: This is a strongly negative review (1 star) labeling Y-Axis a “scam.” The reviewer accuses them of deceiving people to mint money, citing an instance where they were charged twice the expected service fee for a Dubai visa. The direct accusation of being a scam is severe and suggests potential unethical practices. The specific example of overcharging strengthens the claim and warrants serious consideration.

Aya Akili’s Review: Another 1-star review, calling Y-Axis “Scammers” and recommending Maison Chen Law instead. The reviewer describes a consultation call where the agent was unhelpful and lacked knowledge, leading to wasted time and money. The comparison to another immigration consultant highlights the perceived lack of professionalism at Y-Axis. This review, coupled with others calling the company a scam, raises significant red flags.

vinodvarma uppalapati’s Review: This negative review points to a lack of transparency regarding fees. The reviewer claims the full fee structure wasn’t disclosed upfront and they are now being asked to pay a significant amount (1.1 lakh). This suggests a potential issue with pricing practices and clarity in communication. Failing to disclose all fees before payment is a concerning business practice and can be perceived as deceptive.

Mateus e Flávia’s Review: A positive review (4 stars) detailing a successful UK partnership visa application. They praise the team’s efficiency, availability to clarify doubts, and information provided regarding documentation. This adds to the positive side of the mixed reviews. However, they also mention the need for the candidates to gather a lot of information themselves, suggesting the company acts more as a guide than providing comprehensive service.

A KUMAR’s Review: A very strong negative review (1 star) claiming that positive reviews are fake and that Y-Axis engages in fake marketing. The reviewer states that customers who pay the full amount don’t get jobs and their money is not returned, alleging “fake services.” This is a serious accusation of deceptive practices and highlights a possible risk of financial loss without receiving the promised services.

Abdul Faiz Khan’s Review: A positive review (5 stars) emphasizing the helpfulness of the Y-axis team and their excellent advice and performance. This review contributes to the mixed feedback. It is a simple statement of satisfaction without specific details.

ARTI Kalse’s Review: This is a highly positive review (5 stars) focusing on the exceptional service provided by Mr. Pradeep Kumar. The reviewer emphasizes his honesty, amazing service, and responsiveness. This suggests that individual agents can significantly impact the customer experience. The enthusiasm in the review implies a very positive interaction.

Avinash Paul’s Review: A positive review (5 stars) praising Suresh M for his help in filling the application for the immigration process. The reviewer highlights the smoothness and genuineness of the process. The review is short and to the point.

Julia Michael’s Review: A short and positive review (5 stars) mentioning a smooth transition with Sharvani who helped with the EOI process. This further reinforces the idea of potentially inconsistent service quality depending on the specific agent.

Dominic Savio’s Review: A positive review (5 stars) highlighting the smoothness of the process and the knowledge of Jyothi, who is well-versed in the PR process. The reviewer highly recommends them. It emphasizes the expertise within certain segments of the company.

Keerthi K Rao’s Review: A very positive and specific review (5 stars) highlighting the quick turnaround time for document review and application filing, crediting Suresh and the team for the efficiency. The specificity of the timeline adds credibility.

Kajal Patel’s Review: A detailed and positive review (5 stars) about obtaining Canadian PR with the guidance of Meena. The review outlines the timeline from initial consultation to receiving the passport with a stamp, expressing gratitude for the support provided. The specificity and timeline makes this review appear more legitimate.

Safa Minhas’s Review: A highly negative review (1 star) detailing disappointment with the sales team (Joshua and others). The reviewer claims that promises were broken, and after failing to meet agreed results, the team avoided providing a refund. This suggests potential issues with sales tactics and post-sales accountability. The mention of a failed refund attempt adds to the concern.

Mohd Umar Haris’s Review: A negative review (1 star) labeling Y-Axis a “Fraud company.” The reviewer specifically criticizes their job application service, alleging that they simply apply the same CV for weeks and charge a significant amount (700 pounds). This suggests a potential issue with the effectiveness and value of their job application services.

vivek shrimali’s Review: A negative review (1 star) detailing a poor experience with Y-Axis due to negligence by the assigned agent, Carlisle Anthony Khan, during the Australian PR process. The reviewer highlights unresponsiveness, rejected Career Episode Reports (CDRs) without meaningful feedback, and a serious oversight regarding the submission of qualifications. The level of detail in the review, including specific examples of failures and qualifications, lends credibility to the complaint.

Sudharshan Kumar’s Review: A positive review (5 stars) mentioning a smooth Australian PR process, specifically praising Ms. Jyothi Jala for her patient explanations and guidance. The review is concise but positive.

Anvesh’s Review: A short and sweet positive review (5 stars) stating they are happy with the services. This adds to the positive sentiment among the reviews.
