Can anyone please tell me how I can get…

Can anyone please tell me how I can get in touch with this company
No one will reply to my calls
Their after care is an absolute disgrace
I’ve been a customer for many years

Vispa seems to be AWOL.

I have been a Vispa customer for many years. Six months ago I would have left them 5 stars and given them a glowing review.

Since October, Vispa has been completely unresponsive. No email is getting through in either direction. No-one answers the phone, replies to email, gives feedback on opened tickets,l or calls back. Vispa host my website, which was inaccessible since late December. The one sign of hope is that the web site suddenly returned yesterday, without any kind of notification. All else is still broken.

AVOID VISPA!

AVOID VISPA!! Took 3 payments from me today even though the card they have on file should not work as it doesn’t exist on my account so they have used old data to be able to process it which is illegal as is against gdpr regulations and is also for charges against an account that I had arranged to cancel 4 months ago when they finally responded to my then 2 month old issue. This company doesn’t exist but happy to continue taking money for a service that barely works and has no support. Many calls and emails never get response. AVOID VISPA!!

Avoid at costs

No customer support at all, emails not working.
I have a few customers who are experiencing massive issues with Vispa, but we cannot get anyone to call us back. This has been happening for over 6 weeks, it seems they are going into liquidation.

Abysmal Internet service and non existent customer service

I sent in a ticket over 2 weeks ago due to intermittent or absolutely no service.
I have had no reply whatsoever in regards to my ticket.
Unable to contact via the phone, I have been with Vispa for 4 years and the service/customer service has got steadily worse to the point where it is now non existent.
I am now looking elsewhere for a reliable service which actually offers support when required.

Shockingly bad customer service

Shockingly bad customer service, asked for a call back and now over a month and still no call back. Tried to call them back this morning and can’t get through. Internet speed is really slow. DO NOT USE!

Impossible to get hold of

Impossible to get hold of, this has happened a numerous amount of times where they are impossible to reach, it’s been over a month and still heard nothing so I’ll be not paying this month and definitely leaving vispa

I have to say I am disappointed

I have to say I am disappointed, being a customer for many years i have taken the reluctant decision to move. I have FTTP and the service was temperamental, high latency, random short drop outs and I raised numerous tickets and left voicemails which remained unanswered.

I am not waiting for a catastrophic failure an finding out i have zero support available to resolve my issues so i am moving.

I even ordered a line upgrade and had no response for over a week, so after cancelling the upgrade request it made my mind up to move. If the sales guys aren’t even responding then it raises concerns about the long term viability of the company.

I hope I am wrong but I wont be around to find out.

Shame!!!

This company is a disgrace

This company is a disgrace. Their support service is almost non-existent and impossible to contact. They received Government support to install broadband in our village and were quick enough to achieve the required level of installations but as soon as that was achieved they have disappeared! Before anyone makes a decision on requesting their services please urgently consider if you have a problem with connections or billing then they are unlikely to be resolved as I have experienced

Vispa not responding. Account suspended

I have been with Vispa for over 20 years and use them for my main email address. Suddenly 2 months ago they stopped taking payments from my debit account, and for no apparent reason asked me to update my payment details (via automated email). There is absolutely nothing wrong with my card and my bank has confirmed they haven’t attempted to take payment. I’ve been unable to access my online account or update my card details at my end. I’ve sent emails, raised multiple support tickets, left several phone messages (they don’t answer the phone) and have received no response. My account has now been suspended, I have no access to my email address which is causing me huge problems with other companies as I am unable to pass security. Obviously I am not getting any vital alerts which I rely on for business and personal matters. This has been a hugely stressful and disruptive experience for me, and is still ongoing.

Agreed to have Vispa this year as a lot…

Agreed to have Vispa this year as a lot of hype having it installed in our village. Worst customer service ever. No answer to calls. Long delays in answering emails. Need to cancel and said we have to pay for the full 24months. No contract or terms and conditions sent out to me and was originally advised could pull out when we wanted. Have now threatened Ombudsmen. Someone really needs to sort it out

Poor Communication

Despite many years as a customer, the last 12 months have been challenging as a customer. They no longer answer my support tickets, they do not answer their telephones and when I leave my name and number as requested they do not call back. They have suspended my account in error despite having paid my annual fee months ago (bank transfers confirm). I too wonder if they no longer exist and have gone bankrupt without letting their clients know.

I have been trying to contact this…

I have been trying to contact this company for a full week – more that 100 calls – all i get is an answerphen message saying no one is available. Has it gone bust? All I am looking for is a simple reconnection – a flick of a switch

I am a new VISPA customer – they have no customer support

I am a new VISPA customer (with BT for 20+ years) My first invoice was not the expected value so I queried it via their ‘ticket’ process on my dashboard. No reply so sent another x4 still no reply after 2 weeks. Multiple phone calls but never any pickup their end, get a recorded note asking me to leave a message and they’ll get back – they don’t – ever. Now their ‘chat bot’ has suggested that I complain BY POST !! Which I have now done.

Contact is near impossible

Trying to get contact with anyone is near impossible. We’ve had no Internet all yesterday evening and all day today as of writing. We called in the morning as well email, and further called late afternoon. Constant voicemail. Ticket system is always “under maintenance”.

Overall the Internet is not good. Sure cheaper, but I’m not getting the speed nor connection I paid for. We get constant cut offs for 10 minutes up to an hour on a random basis. It’s not good enough.

We need someone to take a proper look at out connection. But nobody is responding to calls.

Finally got a phone call! The Engineer- Danny called and persuaded me to let him come and fix the issue – which he has – really appreciated his help

Very poor service unable to get any information – no response to ‘live’ chat, unable to log on to the web site – no emails received on Vispa account for the whole bank holiday weekend. Useless

Vispa none existent service

I have been a customer of Vispa for about 6 years , initially they were helpful and prompt with maintaining their system but not working weekends was occasionally a problem .
1924 is a nightmare, I have had very poor download, often between 1 and 2 or none at all. They have undertaken to resolve this many times over the past 5 weeks but they have failed to do anything.
This week they have charged me £ 33 for service ….beware !!!

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

The reviews for Vispa paint a concerning picture. A common thread across numerous reviews is the complete lack of customer support and communication. Many users report being unable to contact the company via phone, email, or support tickets, leading to unresolved issues and frustration. This absence of support is a major red flag.

M MARSH’s review highlights the core problem: an inability to get in touch with the company. This lack of response renders any service effectively useless, as customers have no recourse when issues arise. This is particularly troubling given the length of time M MARSH has been a customer.

Paul Leyland’s review is particularly detailed, contrasting past positive experiences with a sudden and complete drop-off in service and communication. The fact that their website was inaccessible for a prolonged period further suggests serious operational issues. The sudden return of the website without notification only adds to the feeling of instability and unreliability.

Lee Hague’s review raises serious allegations of illegal practices, including the use of outdated payment information and continued billing after cancellation. These claims, if true, indicate a deliberate disregard for customer rights and GDPR regulations, making this a critical red flag.

Oleksandr Kucherenko’s review is concise but impactful, emphasizing both the lack of internet service and the impossibility of contacting support. This combination represents a total failure in service delivery.

David’s review is a brief assessment of the service provided.

Steve Procter’s review echoes the lack of customer support, stating that emails are not working. He also mentions that multiple customers are experiencing issues and that the company seems to be going into liquidation, which would explain the lack of support but also create more urgent concerns for existing customers.

Shez Wright’s review describes a steady decline in service over four years, culminating in non-existent support and unreliable service. This mirrors the experience of other long-term customers and further suggests systemic problems within the company.

Double Cosmic highlights the same issue of “shockingly bad customer service” with no call back after a month. This review also reports slow internet speeds, compounding the negative experience.

Brandon’s review focuses on the inability to reach the company, leading to payment disputes and a decision to leave Vispa. The repeated nature of this issue suggests a chronic problem with communication channels.

Andrew’s review is a detailed account from a long-term customer who has decided to leave due to unreliable service and unresponsive support. The lack of response to sales inquiries further suggests deeper issues within the company, impacting even potential new business.

Brian Loynton’s review is quite damning, alleging that Vispa disappeared after receiving government support for broadband installations. The lack of support is again emphasized.

Linda Duncan’s review describes a particularly stressful situation involving a suspended account and loss of access to a critical email address. The company’s failure to respond to multiple attempts at contact has caused significant disruption to her business and personal life.

Dianne Anderson’s review focuses on deceptive sales practices, including promises that customers could cancel at any time without penalty. The threat of legal action further suggests that the company is not fulfilling its contractual obligations.

AndyC’s review from a customer with many years of experience is damning. The communication channel have shut down, and he suspects they are bankrupt without letting their clients know.

David Stark’s review show the level of impossible contact to the support.

Chalky White’s review shows that for even new customers can’t get contact with the support service.

Illya’s review shows both customer support is impossible to contact, also the internet speed is slow

Paul Berrington’s review is a outlier when comparing with the other reviews.

Nikki Byfield’s review shows that all form of communication of Vispa is useless.

Peter Hulme’s review tell us the service from 6 years ago is completely different to today service.

www.vispa.net likely scam
