Despite the additional cost for what is marketed as a premium service, the process required me to independently upload all my documents prior to the assignment of an agent. The assistance provided thereafter was minimal, consisting of infrequent and often untimely email communications.

For a service advertised as premium, I anticipated comprehensive and efficient support, yet the reality fell significantly short of this promise.
Given these numerous issues, I believe a reasonable reimbursement is justified. I would strongly advise against using VisaHQ’s services based on my experience and will escalate this matter if it is not resolved to my satisfaction.
