DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I applied for a visa to Ivory Coast and after ONE MONTH of nothing (despite me checking and asking questions that were dismissed and only vaguely answered), it was two weeks out until my trip. I panicked and applied through another website and got the visa in 2 DAYS. How is it possible that this “reputable and legit” company (as they claim) can still have nothing after all that time but I was able to get it in 2 days from the other? They are also refusing to give me a refund (surprise). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM.

I tried to obtain a VOA for Indonesia…
I tried to obtain a VOA for Indonesia whilst in South Africa, I followed the entire process and eventually authorised the payment. To date I have not had a single communication from VISAGOV.com, I had to make use of another service provider to obtain the Indonesian VOA and my money has not been refunded to me. I have tried to log a query with the company and have not received any feedback

I was double charged for the visa- the online payment turned to be freud
I was charged the visa fee at the airport in Nepal, though I had paid for the visa through your site. The payment reciept which was sent to me by you was a freud. I claim my money back.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. Absolutely terrible service. 3 months from initial application for my Australian visa and still no visa. Of note all they have managed to do is to attach an unknown persons details to my visa application then showed my application as processed. When alerted to this I was informed I would have to pay again for another application as it could not be altered. Really. You don’t need to use this company. Do it yourself by applying for your visa direct to that countries website. Its also cheaper.
You’ve been warned
Update. This company never came back to me in any form despite their response. I’ve since flown to Australia using my own application process. And it was cheaper.

Insurance policy not requested
I applied for an esta to go to the usa. This has been accepted and I have received confirmation. However, whilst doing so an insurance policy was created, that I did not request. Payment of which has been taken from my credit card. I have emailed regarding this but have received no response.

simple, clear even for foreigners (mastering the english language), easy going, based on straightforward questions and answers (very logic to french minds at least), a good tool.

I am delighted to provide a review of my recent experience with the e-visa application process for Egypt. Within a remarkably short timeframe of three days, my application was swiftly approved, reflecting an efficient and expedited process. Additionally, the communication regarding supplementary entry requirements has been notably clear and comprehensive, contributing to an overall positive service experience.

Misleading handle “visaGOV”
I interpreted “gov” to mean that it was an official site through which to organise my visa for Nepal. Had I known I could do it directly through the Nepalese Embassy I would not have used Visagov. I had no idea, for example, that I cannot get the visa until 15 days before departure. I could have got it quicker directly. I’d love to get a refund and start all over, but i don’t know how to organise this

This is a scam
This is a company who pretends to be a governmental company. I paid them >£35, the visa arrived 2 days later. In desperation, I contacted Australia High Comm – they gave me this website, I filled in EXACTLY what this company requested and got my e VISA in 5 minutes for free. You need this weblink – immi.homeaffairs.gov.au
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
Tessie Johnson’s review is strongly negative, highlighting a significant delay in visa processing and a subsequent successful application through another provider in a fraction of the time. The lack of communication and refusal of a refund further fuels the negative sentiment and raises concerns about the company’s competence and business practices. The specific details provided (Ivory Coast visa, one-month delay vs. two-day turnaround with another company) lend credibility to the complaint. The use of all-caps and direct accusations of being a “SCAM” indicates a high level of frustration.
Dewaldt De Klerk’s review describes a complete lack of service after payment for an Indonesian Visa on Arrival (VOA). The absence of any communication from VISAGOV, coupled with the need to use an alternative service and the failure to receive a refund, suggests a serious breakdown in service delivery. The user’s inability to get any feedback after logging a query reinforces the impression of poor customer support or a potentially fraudulent operation.
Sajana Katuwal’s review is brief but direct, claiming they had to pay again upon arrival, implying the visa obtained through VISAGOV was invalid or non-existent. The statement “this page was scam” is a strong accusation, and the demand for a refund suggests a financial loss due to the service’s failure. The lack of detail makes it less compelling than other reviews, but the core complaint is consistent with other negative experiences.
Nara Magtaghyan’s review alleges a double charge for the visa, with a claim that the payment receipt provided by VISAGOV was fraudulent. Having to pay again at the airport in Nepal strongly suggests that the service provided no legitimate visa. The accusation of “freud” [sic] concerning the payment receipt points towards a serious issue with the company’s billing practices.
rl’s review provides a contrasting positive experience. The reviewer found the process “easy to do” and “timely,” praising the customer service response. A recommendation to friends further reinforces the positive sentiment. This is a very generic positive review, lacking specifics.
Vadim Chudnovskii’s review is very brief and simply states “Thank you, very good job.” While positive, it lacks detail and doesn’t provide any specific reasons for the good rating, making it less informative.
Tina’s review is also brief and positive, describing the service as “fast and great.” It’s simple praise but doesn’t offer much substance or detail.
Jeremy’s review details a severely negative experience. The application process took three months with no resolution, and the company allegedly attached incorrect personal details to the application. The demand for a second payment after this error, coupled with the suggestion to apply directly through the official country website (Australia), paints a picture of incompetence and potential exploitation. The update where they state the company never responded and that they successfully applied on their own reinforces the negative claim.
Jing li’s review describes a positive experience, highlighting the ease of use, convenience, and speed of the application process. The review is short and general but expresses satisfaction with the service, emphasizing its helpfulness in organizing their holiday.
Misty’s review focuses on an unwanted insurance policy that was allegedly created without request, with payment taken from the credit card. The lack of response to email inquiries further compounds the issue, suggesting poor customer service and potentially deceptive business practices. This review suggests a bait and switch tactic.
Jean-Michel Cochet’s review is positive, highlighting the simplicity and clarity of the process, especially for non-native English speakers. They found the questions and answers logical and straightforward.
Riaz Moosa’s review is positive, mentioning a remarkably short approval timeframe (three days) for an Egyptian e-visa application, as well as clear communication regarding entry requirements. This is a well-written, detailed positive review.
Craig’s review is short but positive, stating that the website was easy to use and issued the visa on time.
Gillian Holmes’ review expresses dissatisfaction, although not an outright scam accusation. The user was misled by the “gov” in the domain name and regrets not applying directly through the Nepalese Embassy. The review highlights a lack of clarity about visa processing times and a desire for a refund, suggesting the user feels they overpaid for a service they could have obtained directly and potentially faster.
Mr Charles Farrer’s review is short and positive, simply stating that the website is user-friendly, easy, and quick.
xpug’s review is highly positive, stating they received their Azerbaijan visa “in the same day” and called the service “amazing”. They also expressed an intention to return for future visa needs.
Golden Taste’s review expresses gratitude for the cooperation in obtaining a fast visa. They recommend VISAGOV for quick visa applications.
Mohmmed Saifuddin’s review is positive, praising Visa Gov for being “truthful and co-operative” and expressing pleasure with their quick response.
Raul Holmes-BROWN’s review is brief and positive, stating “Excellent service. No problems at all.”
The “Customer” review is explicitly negative, labeling the company a “scam” and accusing them of pretending to be a governmental entity. The user highlights the significant price difference between VISAGOV’s service and obtaining the e-visa directly from the Australian High Commission, emphasizing that they received the visa for free within minutes after applying directly. The provision of the official government website link strengthens the accusation.
www.visagov.com likely scam
