SCAM service!

SCAM service!!
They quoted a price and ended up charging my bank account for way more money and claimed to be ‘extra fees’.
They then proceeded to put in the wrong information in the visa application and I told them 3 weeks consecutively that the information is wrong but they did nothing! I did NOT get any visa and they still refused to refund my money when they know they submitted the wrong information. I ended up applying by myself and i got the visa instantly. SHAME ON THEM! DO NOT USE THEM.

Terrible Service

Terrible Service – No Results After Full Payment (2020 to Present)**

I paid the **full amount** for the **Atlantic Immigration Program (Canada)** in **2020**, but until now, we have received **no updates, no results, and no clear communication** from this visa center. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have failed to provide any meaningful progress or refund.

This is **not just our case**—many others are facing the same issue. If people knew how unreliable this company is, more complaints would flood their page. **Avoid them at all costs** if you don’t want to waste your money and time.

We demand **immediate action**: either process our applications properly or issue a full refund.

Just a scam Company

Just a scam Company.
the initial price was supposed to be 150 dollars but the whole experience ended up being 500 dollars without being informed about all the additional owner costs for example photo, power of attorney, phone calls etc. I was simply shocked. think several times before turning there.

This is a scam website that charged me $150 for a visa appointment. But then I realized that I can book the appointment for free.

Please do not use. Unfortunately, I don’t know a way to report these websites to google.

Satisfied Applicant

I have been looking for agencies that are reliable and trusted, then I came to the page of Visa Center. I did not regret applying here. What I like about the Visa Center is there friendly and professional staff. Miss Kissmitt deliver the assessment clearly and she is available any time you have an inquiry. The process of my application is convenient because it is all via mail. I am also informed by my processing officer if what is my next step. They are doing their best in sending the docs and CV to the employer. I highly recommend this agency they will never fail you.

AVOID VISACENTRE.CA!

I asked Visacentre.ca to book a visa appointment on my behalf which they assured me they would do. After I paid them, they took ages to respond, wouldn’t answer the phone, gave me an incorrect date for my appointment and then asked if I could change my holiday as they couldn’t get an appointment for me. After all that I cancelled the service and they refused to give back the full amount (reduced by $100) – stating that was part of the original agreement. I would DEFINITELY NOT advise anyone use this service, ever.

Thank you for making it so clear, simple and quick.

Great service! I was a bit worried about the new visa application process but Adrienne and her colleagues in the Visa Center office in Toronto were very efficient, helpful and courteous. Adrienne arranged to book my appointment at the Ottawa office since it is closer to my home city. Thank you for making it so clear, simple and quick. I also appreciated the Live Chat options to ask questions while I was filling out the application.

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

Review 1 (Hillary Kui): This review is extremely negative, citing a scam due to overcharging with “extra fees” and incorrect information submitted on the visa application. The reviewer states they had to re-apply themselves and were successful, further reinforcing the negative experience with VisaCenter.ca. The strong language (“SCAM service!!”, “SHAME ON THEM! DO NOT USE THEM.”) suggests a high level of frustration and a potentially legitimate negative experience. The specifics mentioned, such as incorrect information and refusal to refund, add weight to the claim.

Review 2 (Mark Joseph): This review describes a significant issue with the Atlantic Immigration Program, stating that the user paid the full amount in 2020 and has received no updates or results. The reviewer also claims that many others are facing the same issue and warns others to avoid the service. The extended timeframe (2020 to present) and the assertion of widespread issues are significant red flags. The call for immediate action (processing or refund) indicates a genuine grievance. The user mentioning that similar complaints would be abundant if people knew about the company’s unreliability also points towards serious concerns.

Review 3 (Amanda Persson): This review alleges a significant price increase, from $150 to $500, without prior notification of additional costs. The reviewer expresses shock and advises others to think carefully before using the service. This suggests deceptive pricing practices, which is a common complaint associated with scam services. The lack of transparency is a major concern.

Review 4 (Alena): This is a highly positive review praising the service, specifically mentioning Alexei’s helpfulness and willingness to go above and beyond. The reviewer recommends the agency for Russia-related travel documents and passport services, citing excellent customer service. This review is in stark contrast to the negative ones, suggesting a possible inconsistency in service quality or potentially biased feedback. However, it does contain specifics (mentioning a staff member’s name) which can lend to some credibility.

Review 5 (Analiza Vendicacion): This review is very positive, highlighting the agency’s expertise in processing visas for Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. It emphasizes the professionalism and accommodation of the staff, a high percentage of approvals, and affordable prices. The reviewer expresses gratitude and mentions specific staff members (Ms. Marilou and Ms. Mae), attributing their Canadian dream journey to the agency. Such a glowing review, with names of staff, can be genuine, but is also a common trait in fake positive reviews.

Review 6 (A. M.): This review claims the website charged $150 for a visa appointment that could be booked for free. The reviewer labels the website a scam and advises against using it. This strongly suggests deceptive practices and exploiting a lack of awareness on the part of the user. The simplicity of the scam (charging for a free service) makes it easily believable.

Review 7 (Fadz): This is a moderately positive review, describing the staff as friendly and accommodating. However, it expresses hope that the positive experience will continue throughout the entire process, suggesting that the process is not yet complete and the final outcome is uncertain. The reference to the Abu Dhabi branch adds a layer of detail.

Review 8 (Erwin Pagapong): This is a short, positive review recommending the agency and describing the staff as accommodating and approachable. It lacks specific details but contributes to the overall positive sentiment.

Review 9 (JingJing Esteban): This review is detailed and positive, praising the agency’s reliability, trusted status, friendly and professional staff (specifically mentioning Miss Kissmitt), and convenient mail-based application process. The reviewer highlights the agency’s efforts in sending documents and CVs to the employer and strongly recommends the agency. The level of detail adds credibility, but it could also be a sign of a carefully crafted positive review.

Review 10 (Russel Dabao Capua): This short, positive review praises the staff’s accommodating nature and hands-on approach to the application process. It expresses confidence in the agency’s ability to guide the user towards their target.

Review 11 (Rob Thompson): This positive review emphasizes the convenience of the service, highlighting the ability to complete the process remotely via FedEx and email. The reviewer appreciates the time-saving aspect. This could indicate a genuine appreciation for the convenience offered by the agency.

Review 12 (Dora Cossey): This review expresses gratitude for the agency’s assistance in obtaining Russian visas, specifically mentioning Alex and his team’s knowledge and helpfulness. The reviewer indicates they will use the service again. The mention of Russian visas aligns with the company’s stated services.

Review 13 (Archer Davies): This review indicates repeated positive experiences with the agency’s visa service. The simplicity of the statement strengthens the idea that the agency is reliable.

Review 14 (Jennie McLemore): This review highlights the agency’s suitability for busy individuals, mentioning their assistance in obtaining Russian visas with minimal involvement. The focus on convenience echoes a common theme in the positive reviews.

Review 15 (Julian Parr): This review strongly advises against using Visacentre.ca, citing issues with booking a visa appointment, delayed responses, incorrect appointment dates, requests to change holiday plans, and refusal to provide a full refund after cancellation. The reviewer claims a portion of the payment was withheld despite the service not being rendered properly. The level of detail and the strong negative language suggest a significant negative experience.

Review 16 (Rebecca Yardley): This review states that the service was worth every penny and claims the company updated her regularly and helped her in preparing the documents and her visa was accepted.

Review 17 (shifu wang): This review says that visacenter.ca is a scam, and questions why it’s at the top of the search results. They say that you do not need to pay for the interview.

Review 18 (Junior Orr): This review praises Lidia for her help in completing the process from start to finish. The reviewer stated that the visa was completed earlier than expected.

Review 19 (Tony): This review simply states that the company is a scam, and the fees are hidden, and not refundable.

Review 20 (Johan Summers): This review says that the company is a great service and that the process was clear and simple and the staff was helpful.

www.visacenter.ca likely a scam
