My visa was rejected by the UK embassy this year in OCT 2019. I was quite disappointed, I started searching the web for a good consultant and came across UK visa consultants. This is a long content but it is advice to read before you choose professional consultant for you UK Visa Application preparation……….
I was 02 times of UK Visa refused, before I choose to go to UK Visa Consultant. It was my third application & I found UK Visa Consultant Lahore, which is professional, honest, reputable and experienced consultant. I visited them to re-apply my case after 10+ years later of my pervious refusals, with my 8 year old son, to see my family in UK. I meet Mr. Ali Sheikh and his team; they discuss all single content of my application current and previous particulars. Our well maintained professional application was submitted with hope to success but suddenly the visa was refused with some wrong information and misunderstanding of information in decision making process by Entry Clearance Officer (ECO) with no administration right to appeal, which is very annoyed for me.
I trust my consultant again on his good faith and professional practices, and discuss to challenge the content of my refusal in every forum, so we take first step and send Pre-action protocol (PeP) to Home Office against ECO unlawful, refusing reason and we sent the application. Swiftly few days later, we received the email from Entry Clearance Manager accepting that the ECO has misunderstood the fact when making his decision on the application, which is positive sign we get after lot of struggles. Than a week later I get interview call from UKVAC and I again get professional advice from Mr. Ali Sheikh (UKVC) which are very helpful for me for my interview. During my interview I brief Interview Officer about myself my application my current and previous circumstances in my home country truly and honestly. Resultant 2 days after my interview I get passport submission E-mail and get visa to both me and my son, which is very glad news for me any family and a great success my consultant and his team, with the blessing of almighty Allah. (Alhamdulillah)
