Border Force
Border Force. Criminals. Assisting offenders entering the UK by bringing them ashore. Should be fined like truck drivers for assisting offenders

Disgraceful.2 times I have called re a visa application for my wife and they literally have no shame..they will put you on hold in an attempt to get rid of you off the line..surely staff working at home and cannot be bothered in the slightest to provide an any sort of customer service.an absolute disgrace of a public service that we are paying for in the form of a very large sum of money for a visa application. Shambolic.shame on you..

UK BORDER FORCE…. what a complete and utter shambles. In fact currently typically British.
This establishment should be shut down and re born.
ALL original NON UK citizens at the border force posts.
This country is screwed beyond belief and the UK BORDER FORCE reiterates this.

I installed this app on two different devices. When I try connecting the app with on-line document, it doesn’t connect. It says something like – contact customer support. When I try do the same from mz phone, the app starts, shows the very first page and freezes. I am not sure, how I can finish a request for eVisa, when it is not working??

I paid nearly £8,000 for my visa, but I even cant make an appointment, and the home office didn’t refund me.
I paid nearly £8,000 for my visa, but the Glasgow TLScontect website banned me from booking an appointment in the UK. I could only leave a message online. Their automated reply said it would take three working days to respond. If you add the weekend, it would take five days for them to respond. And I couldn’t find any way to contact them. It really made me desperate. I just booked an appointment, why do they treat people like this?
Compared to before, the vfs that the British government cooperated with before was much better, because even if their company was about to terminate the cooperation, after I sent them a message, their staff also responded very seriously and quickly. Why are tslcontactd employees so authoritative and don’t solve the problems encountered by customers?
Update, 17 October night, TLScontact website still block my calendar. They responded, but they were all useless emails, none of which answered the questions.
Update: 31 October night, TLScontact glasgow website still block my calendar. Still no one has solved the problem.
I spent almost 8000 GBP. I feel like I was fooled and waited here in despair. This is the first time I have encountered such a thing in my life. I can’t make an appointment and no one has answered. Even if I call on God like this every day, God will probably come out and give me an answer.
When tslcontact start cooperating with the UK government, you should improve your capabilities in advance. If you don’t even have the ability to answer questions in a timely manner, you should not accept such a job. Your company’s irresponsible behavior will affect many innocent people. If you take money from others and don’t do the job, how is that different from fraud or robbery? And you are doing this openly with the government as your background.
I also want to say that if a country’s government cannot correctly choose the companies to cooperate with, do you think they can make the right choices in other things?
Update: 25th Nov 2024, I have no other choice but to cancel my application, however, it has now been over 28 days and the Home Office has not refunded my money and no one has replied. There was no email confirmation when I applied for a refund. This makes me think that the Home Office and TLS contact are deliberately doing this and holding people’s money. Is this any different from a scam? The government is short of money now, are they making interest from this?
I don’t mind spending money for the government, but the money the government owes others should be paid back as soon as possible. This is the most basic moral issue. The government collects money at an amazing speed, and when it needs to pay back, it disappears. It’s ridiculous.
Now I can only wait. I send some emails. I only receive automatic replies.
I pay a lot of taxes every year, and I think, what’s the point of paying taxes?

Don’t waste your money or your time!
Absolutely shocking! Spoke to one woman at UKVI and she advised that I call back on the same number and choose option 1 then option 2 for the information and advice I needed. So I did what she advised, and ended up paying to listen to the same thing she had told me and which was basically common sense and common knowledge. I feel like I have been scammed! And it is this pathetic scammer line which is recommeded by www. gov.uk which is why I trusted it enough to call them. The people working here don’t know anything more than you can find online when doing a basic search!

Absolute disgraceful service
Absolute disgraceful service. This is a paid for service and it is despicable. Their sla’s say max 3 weeks. We have been waiting 6 weeks. After 3 weeks called to escalate. Had to pay. Raised a complaint in parallel. After 4 weeks called again. There had been absolutely no communication from them. I don’t know who manages this dept but they are incompetent and probably receive a big fat bonus for missing the sla’s.

Useless helpline
I dont know how much this review/rating means to UKVI, or do they even care? I had just spoken the most arrogant and rude lady called Sue ,she has no interest in listening or helping with my query. Push back asking me to reply email where is it clearly says email is not monitored, she talks rude and talks over me , just get rid of me.not helpful at all

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. I worked in the army for 17 years and our illiterate grunts could do a better job at… anything and everything, than ukvi. Their website is like a maze of mess that doesn’t give correct information. Enquiring about ANYTHING costs extra money. They then refuse to answer questions or deal with situations. They take your money, won’t refund it (which is theft by the way team). Some of the responses I got back were barely in English and they refuse to do the very basics of the service they apparently provide. I strongly suspect it is deliberate at every level that this is the case. There is no chance ever that such appalling service and product could be accidental.

UK gov is probably scammers
I honestly thing that the UK government is SCAMMING people. I payed 2,74 pounds to get assistance in my visa process, a question asked on email, and did you know their reply? THEY SENT THEIR F*ING WEBSITE AND REFERRED TO THAT INFO! As if I haven’t done that???? Its insane? How is that even possible that this is a government. I am astonished by the terrible terrible service, or actually the ZERO service provided.

It’s a scam
I think the people who works at DMC are either stupid or retar*ed , i applied for a visa from switzerland because i was invited to perform at a event in the uk and my visa just get rejected because of a stupid reason , they said they don’t think i would leave the uk !! Haha what a joke ,do you really think i would leave a beautiful safe country like swiss for a shii*t country full with thieves , like come on use your fucki*g brain

Absolutely useless bunch of jobsworths
Absolutely useless bunch of jobsworths. Our friend from Egypt applied twice for a visitor visa, literally that, just a holiday. Twice refused on spurious grounds without any option to appeal. Clearly these people can’t read despite a mountain of evidence provided, should not be allowed to make decisions, and most probably cast-offs from the DWP DLA/PIP Teams. Being a public servant myself I’m completely appalled at their total incompetence. Honestly don’t know why I am writing this as they will not bother reading it or taking any positive action to address their failings. The harm they cause is absolutely incredible.

Can you phone them or email them or somehow get SOMEBODY to do a bit of work ? Forget it . Useless , Useless , Useless Over-indulged , overpaid shysters .

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
The initial “review” claiming to be an introduction is not a customer review but a self-promotional blurb from the company itself. It boasts about their experience, accreditation, and success rate. This isn’t helpful for judging credibility but simply marketing material.
Angel F: This review expresses frustration with the company’s inaccurate record-keeping. The customer claims that despite having settled status since 2023, the system still reflects pre-settled status, and that the company only sends automated, unhelpful emails. This suggests a potential issue with data management and customer service responsiveness. The negative experience indicates a potential problem but doesn’t confirm a scam outright.
Linda Woods: This review is difficult to assess as it’s very short and unclear. It mentions “Border Force” and accuses them of “assisting offenders entering the UK.” It’s highly accusatory but lacks any specific details about the situation or the company being reviewed, potentially misattributing blame. The context is too vague to determine the legitimacy of the complaint or its relevance to the services of a visa and immigration advisor.
Andreas Constantinides: This review describes a negative experience with customer service, alleging that staff are unhelpful, put callers on hold to avoid assisting them, and generally provide disgraceful service despite high visa application fees. This highlights potential issues with staff training, customer service protocols, and value for money. While it depicts poor service, it doesn’t necessarily point to a scam, more to incompetence and lack of care.
Abderahim Ayad: This review is a strongly worded complaint about perceived racism by UK border control personnel. It accuses them of being rude and racist. While a serious accusation, it’s important to note that it focuses on border control, not necessarily the visa application process itself. The review may reflect a genuine experience, but its relevance to assessing the credibility of a visa and immigration service is limited.
Tony: This review is very short and vague, simply stating dissatisfaction with the professionalism at Gatwick Airport. It lacks detail and context, making it difficult to understand the nature of the problem or its relevance to the service being reviewed. Its brevity and lack of specifics make it less useful for assessing the company’s credibility.
Nigel Barker: This review echoes the sentiment of poor service and disorganization within the UK Border Force. It criticizes the establishment as a “complete and utter shambles” and blames “NON UK citizens”. It’s a highly critical opinion but, like other reviews referencing Border Force, its direct relevance to the visa and immigration advisory service is questionable. The tone is strongly negative and xenophobic.
Michel: This review focuses on technical issues with an app related to eVisa applications. The customer reports problems with connecting to online documents and the app freezing. This suggests potential issues with the app’s functionality and usability. This review is useful for assessing the tech quality, not necessarily a scam, but more of a failure in digital service provision.
Ms Decent: This is a detailed review expressing extreme frustration with TLScontact, a company apparently involved in visa appointment booking. The customer claims to have paid nearly £8,000 for a visa but is unable to book an appointment due to being blocked on the website. They describe a lack of helpful responses and a feeling of being “fooled”. This points to serious problems with the booking process and customer support. The reviewer also highlights issues with refunds. The description sounds highly problematic, bordering on a scam, or at least severe incompetence. This review includes date updates spanning over a month showing no resolution, further fueling suspicion.
Mali Neesa: This review accuses UKVI (UK Visas and Immigration) of being a “pathetic scam”. The customer describes being directed to a paid-for phone line that provided only common sense information readily available online. This suggests a potential strategy of profiting from easily accessible information, which the reviewer interprets as a scam. They also highlight this line as recommeded by the offical UK government website, www.gov.uk
INESSA KROMM: This review is extremely brief and uninformative, simply stating that one star is too much. It provides no explanation or context, making it impossible to assess the nature of the complaint or its relevance to the company’s credibility.
Thomas: This review expresses strong dissatisfaction with the service, describing it as “absolute disgraceful”. The customer highlights a significant delay beyond the stated Service Level Agreement (SLA) and a lack of communication. They criticize the management and suggest potential bonuses for missing SLAs. This implies poor management, incompetence, and a failure to deliver promised services. No scam, just extremely low service.
Zou Jody: This review criticizes a specific customer service representative (“Sue”) for being rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to listen to the customer’s query. The reviewer describes the representative as “arrogant” and accuses her of talking over them. This highlights potential issues with customer service training and professionalism. Again, pointing at low service.
Paul Stanaway: This review is highly critical, describing the service as “Absolutely terrible”. The reviewer compares the service unfavorably to the army, criticizes the website’s design and information, and alleges that inquiring about anything costs extra money. They also accuse the company of refusing to answer questions or deal with situations and of “theft” for not providing refunds. The reviewer strongly suspects that the poor service is deliberate. This is a very negative assessment, suggesting potential unethical practices.
Idris Idris: This review is short and simply states the customer service is “very rude and despicable.” There’s not enough detail for a complete assessment, but it’s another negative comment about customer service, adding to the consistency of this issue.
Yash Verma: Another review reporting rude and unhelpful customer service that stems from mistakes they themselves made. Indicates lack of accountability.
Valentina Pincerato Hedvall: Declares the UK government as likely to be scammers for charging 2,74 pounds for assistance that led to their website, again pointing at poor government service.
Troy: Troy uses very harsh language to express frustration with a visa rejection, accusing the staff of being “stupid or retar*ed” and making accusations about safety in the UK, his frustration doesn’t indicate scam, but a bad judgement and visa rejection.
Gavin Lawrence: Another review citing visa refusals on spurious grounds and alleges total incompetence on the part of the decision-makers. The writer expresses disbelief and disappointment at their failures to take positive action or address their failings.
Terence MADIGAN: An extremely unhappy review, with expletives (omitted for politeness) about the Home Office, claiming they don’t do any work, and highlights a passport delay of 7 months preventing travel to Greece.
Jean Baker: Jean accused the company of attempting to steal £600 from her bank account and she did not even heard of them.
www.ukvisaandimmigration.co.uk likely a scam
