tanzaniavisas.org/ charges you triple as much compare to the real official government website visa.immigration.go.tz/
tanzaniavisas.org/ request to upload so many unnecessary documentations(God knows what they use them for) but their service is that they do use some of your documents to apply for e-visa on your behalf.
If you want to apply for Tanzanian e-visa you can do it yourself very quickly and very easy by going to visa.immigration.go.tz/
Cost only $50. OR upon arrival you can fill in a quick A4 questionnaire and pay $50 and thats it. Visa granted.

Not a scam site but bit expensive
Just want to ensure people who use this website. It is not a scam site. However you end up paying more for a service that can be easily done on the official Tanzania website or once you land in there. If you wrongly bought a visa from this site, don’t worry you are going to receive your visa.

We needed visas for a trip to Zanzibar…
We needed visas for a trip to Zanzibar and thought that this site was the real one. I started the application and the got messages telling me to complete the application. I did carry on but there was no price stated anywhere until the end when I clicked submit, £168 but it was too late to cancel and the payment went through. We did get the visas after more than a week and in time for the trip but so annoyed that we were charged more than double the amount.

This is fake
This is fake.
I started my application last month, but luckily waited a bit because I am travelling with a friend and I was waiting for her passport details.
I kept receiving SPAM emails asking to complete the application ASAP, which was weird. Today I received another one, this time very aggressive, saying if I didnt complete the application I wouldn’t be able to enter the country lol.
I clicked, started the application and the pricing was for 107€ lol (ps.: I had read last month that it was about 50€)
After a bit of research, I think the original site is https:/ /visa. immigration. go. tz /
Got lucky!

Please don’t use
Please don’t use, it’s fake. I never got the visa and paid twice as from the normal government website. My own mistake I used the wrong one. Please take care

Fake company
You will never get a visa! This is a big lie, and there is no contact with this company! Be careful, don’t try this side and don’t pay here!

tanzaniavisas.org – most lousy website
tanzaniavisas.org is the most lousy website you can use to order a visa. It took more than 1 month before my visa arrived and in the meantime I have tried to move the company – without success. They don’t let me know they’ve received my request, they don’t respond to inquiries and you feel totally helpless. I therefore ordered my visa directly via Tanzania’s embassy in Stockholm – 1 week passed, then I had my visa. When I subsequently tried to get my payment back from tanzaniavisas.org they chose not to answer my inquiries. After more than 1 month (and 2 days before my departure), a visa suddenly appears, which I had already received from the second instance. Therefore, you should NEVER use this website when booking a visa – they are totally frivolous.
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
Review 1: This review is extremely negative, using strong language (“DO NOT USE”) and highlighting a significant price difference compared to the official government website. It alleges the site charges triple the amount and requests unnecessary documentation, raising concerns about data usage. The reviewer explicitly recommends using the official government website (visa.immigration.go.tz) or obtaining the visa upon arrival. The strong negative tone and specific details regarding pricing and documentation suggest a negative experience.
Review 2: This review offers a more nuanced perspective. While acknowledging that the site is not a complete scam (i.e., visas are eventually delivered), it emphasizes that the service is overpriced. The reviewer advises users to apply directly through the official Tanzanian website or upon arrival to save money. This review confirms the legitimacy of the site in providing visas, but it also highlights a significant drawback: the high cost.
Review 3: This review echoes the sentiment of being overcharged. The reviewer believed they were using the official site but ended up paying more than double the expected amount for visas to Zanzibar. They did receive the visas eventually but express annoyance at the inflated cost. This experience points to deceptive practices, potentially misleading users into believing they are dealing directly with the official source.
Review 4: This review asserts the website is “fake.” The reviewer describes receiving spam emails urging application completion and notes a significantly higher price than expected. They also point to the official government website, reinforcing the idea that tanzaniavisas.org is not the legitimate source. The aggressive email tactics mentioned raise red flags about potential scam behavior.
Review 5: This review is brief but direct, warning others not to use the site, labeling it as “fake.” The reviewer claims to have never received the visa and paid twice the amount compared to the “normal government website,” which means the official website. They admit to making a mistake by using the wrong site.
Review 6: This review claims “Fake company” and says that the user will never receive a visa. The review states there is no contact with this company! Be careful, don’t try this side and don’t pay here!
Review 7: This review details a very negative experience with extremely long visa processing times (over a month) and unresponsive customer service. The reviewer eventually obtained the visa through the Tanzanian embassy in Stockholm much faster. The reviewer tried to get his payment back but failed. The reviewer clearly states the website is frivolous.
www.tanzaniavisas.org likely a scam
Note: The above statement is just my personal opinion, you should check carefully at the sources and make the right decision for yourself.
