I found several websites about this…

I found several websites about this form. We checked with friends from Europe that said they only needed their passport. We also checked with the airline link that said no other documents were needed.
Anyway we entered Antalya & no forms were needed at all. Only the passport.

Here is the email I was sent from the misleading site:-
“You need a Turkey Entrance Form for your trip to Turkey. Submit your application as soon as
possible to avoid travel disruption.
If you require any further assistance, please contact us at into@entranceformturkey..”
Regards,
Visa Processing Dept. In
www.entrancetormturkey…”

IT IS NOT TRUE. Don’t be intimidated by it, check with your airline. What I don’t understand is why it has not been taken down?

They contacted friends in Europe and checked the airline’s website, both indicating that only a passport was required. Upon arrival in Antalya, they confirmed that no additional forms were needed. The review includes a copy of the email received from the website, urging them to complete the form to avoid travel disruption. Conway explicitly states that the information is false and questions why the website remains active. This review is strong because it provides verifiable details and a clear warning to others.

OSKARS BERGS specifically mentions that the website in question is attempting to charge $75 USD for a form that is otherwise free. This detail helps potential victims understand the nature of the scam: charging for readily available, free services. The review directly warns others not to “fall on these scammers.”
