SPONSOR DROPS OUT
The LC was filed on November 23, approved on March 15/2025, received mail from BDV to complete second payment ASAP, but I knew that I had 120 days to complete the payment (4 months), on 24th April, received an email that sponsor just dropped out, with some simply “we are sorry” and “we appreciate your patience and trust”, I mean almost a month after LC approved !!!!!
Not the only person who is affected, there are several people who has received a SECOND withdraw sponsorship, WHY because BDV, is playing with you they will NOT return your money, they will “keep trying” to get you an sponsor, thank God I didn’t pay the second fee.
Now they are doing discounts on their fees just to get more people to STEAL their money, if you are reading this please DO NOT INVOLVE at any circumstances with BDV again… they are going to steal your money, do this process with another company but NOT WITH BDV.
All the money that hardly earned from your daily work, will be LOST, BDV Solutions are THIEVES, LIARS, AND A UTTERLY SCAM.
I will not erase this comment until I get a legit sponsor that doesn’t drops which I doubt it.
I will let all the world know what BDV Solutions is doing to all dreamers who puts all their faith, hopes and money to a SCAM Company like BDV Solutions.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Support from BDV…
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Support from BDV Solutions!
BDV Solutions has been an incredible partner in my EB-3 visa journey. From the beginning, they have provided clear guidance, professional support, and transparency in every step of the process.
Navigating U.S. immigration is challenging, but BDV makes it possible with their certified employers, experienced attorneys, and dedicated team. Special thanks to Chris, Gilvandro, and my attorney Braxton for their patience and professionalism.
If you’re looking for a reliable agency to help you move to the U.S. legally, I highly recommend BDV Solutions. They have made a complicated process much smoother, and I am grateful for their support!

They will throw AOS applicants under the bus once you pay the $20k.
BDV Solutions is epitome of dishonesty at least for AOS applicants. Once the 1 year contract with BDV is over, employer was okay with reducing our work schedule to 1 day a week. Long and Behold, BDV sent out an email to our sponsor saying we can’t drop our hours and all the legal jargon they manipulate to their interest. Show us a statuary in the books which says we need to work for the sponsoring employer till our GC is approved?BDV, here is a simple question that you have to answer to redeem your legitimacy. You threaten to revoke i140 if we don’t relocate to work within 60 days of i1765 approval. Thats all fine and dandy as when we signed up with you we agreed to your terms and conditions. When 1 year is over, you threaten us with i140 revocation if we leave our job and sent out email to sponsor saying, its not recommended to drop to part time? Turns out our employer is paying you $800 per employee per month. That’s why its with in your interest to make us work as soon as EAD is approved till eternity.I am not sure about legality but how will the feds find it ethical? On top of that, we paid you 20k for nothing ? When 1 year is over or you get laid off(some of people I know) have been laid off by their employers as they did not want any thing to do with BDV. BDV tells you,” you can find your own sponsor, and we will help file a suppliment J”.What was the 20k we paid for? Moreover, you are forced to do jobs outside of the jobs mentioned in your Labor Certificate. If your LC is filed as a “fast food worker making food” that’s not something you do even 10% of the time while you are at work. All you do is janitorial stuff, job duties mentioned outside of LC. When we raised this issue to BDV our messages with in the YOW portal were never replied to. When we raised same concern to our employer, we we told, “We are paying BDV for y’all to work here”.

BDV’s not for International Students…
BDV’s not for International Students with Advanced Degrees.
This program is designed specifically for individuals with only a high school diploma
If you hold an undergraduate degree in STEM or any field, steer clear of BDV’s empty promises and false advertising around their 12-month unskilled job program. This program is not suitable for international students with advanced degrees. Get OPT, stick with your EB-3 skilled employers for two years and file directly, the process is much smoother and faster.
With BDV’s EB-3 unskilled program, once you receive your EAD, they’ll pressure you to start working immediately and threaten that employers might revoke your I-140 if you don’t comply. They’ll insist you take any shift available, regardless of your preference. Employers typically don’t mind, but BDV will pressure you if you opt for another shift.
After you’ve completed the 12-month commitment, the pressure tactics escalate.
They’ll warn you not to leave your sponsor. They imply that leaving means finding your own sponsor.
Sponsor employers are supportive of you leaving and agrees with your decision and will say yes to your return after your I-485 approval, after you worked 12 months. UNTILLL BDV intervenes, BDV sent emails to
employers saying how BDV Clients option are limited and they have to work full-time not even part-time. Clearly, BDV wants their clients to be modern slave. BDV wants their client to focus and give their best on $12/hr jobs, compromising the client’s skilled jobs, where they earn $82/hr (I’m talking about BDV clients with STEM degrees, computer science and software developers).

Trust BDV and start ASAP
BDV made our american dream come true. It was the best investment that we have done in our life. We found BDV through Facebook back in 2021 and we joined the program. We applied for food prep worker and started the process in feb 2021. After 9 months of waiting our LC got approved and after that in june 2022 we got our green card. We stared the work for employer. It was a great experience and bdv was helpful and responsive.

Dreams versus Reality
I thought that one day I could never be a permanent resident, due to the difficulties, I thought that like many people only in exceptionally qualified processes or marriage would be the possibility, but my dream came, and thanks to BDV Solutions consulting I reached my reality in which today I live every day, yes my most challenging choice in life, but the most correct. This company is severe, it’s not perfect, but in my study ranking it was the best option I had and I can tell anyone who reads this comment, don’t waste time! run after your dream! dream and believe!

You can trust BDV with your money and it’s worth the time, money and effort
They are very knowledgeable of this process, and are very trustworthy. I had a great experience, although stressful at times. My process took a long time but it was due to process, specifically the consulate in my country, nothing to do with BDV.
They were there all the way from beginning to end.
We were able to successfully get our greencards (family of 5)
A big THANK YOU to all at BDV and specially to Chris Richardson for all his support during our greencard journey!

Best decision I made.
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
The company’s self-introduction is a typical marketing blurb, highlighting success stories and promising to help people achieve the American Dream. It lacks specific details or verifiable facts, making it difficult to assess its credibility. It focuses on positive outcomes without addressing potential challenges or risks associated with the EB-3 Unskilled Visa Program. This statement serves primarily as promotional material and doesn’t offer substantial information for evaluating the legitimacy of the service.
Review 1 (Redpill): This review is a strongly negative assessment, labeling BDV Solutions as a “scammer” and alleging they take money without providing job placement services. The phrase “sell you fish in the sea” suggests a false promise or unattainable outcome. This review offers a direct accusation of fraudulent behavior and is highly critical of the company’s services. It lacks specific details about the user’s experience but makes a strong claim of financial loss due to deceptive practices.
Review 2 (JustJaneBlu): This detailed negative review describes a situation where a sponsor withdrew after the Labor Certification (LC) was approved, leading to disappointment and frustration. The reviewer claims that BDV Solutions failed to return their money and continues to seek new clients through discounted fees despite the issues. They allege that BDV Solutions is a “THIEVE, LIARS, AND A UTTERLY SCAM.” The reviewer also mentions that multiple people experienced similar issues and that BDV is essentially playing with people’s hopes and money. This review raises serious concerns about BDV’s reliability and financial integrity, accusing them of fraudulent behavior.
Review 3 (meow meoww): This concise negative review simply states that the agency is “Untrustworthy and a scam” and will take time and money without delivering results. It serves as a warning to potential clients to avoid being “trapped” by the company. This review reinforces the negative sentiment expressed in other reviews, highlighting concerns about the agency’s integrity and effectiveness.
Review 4 (Sebastián Payán Cristancho): This is a highly positive review, praising BDV Solutions for their “Excellent Support” throughout the EB-3 visa journey. The reviewer mentions clear guidance, professional support, and transparency. They specifically thank individuals within the company and recommend BDV Solutions as a reliable agency. This review stands in stark contrast to the negative reviews, presenting a favorable experience with BDV Solutions and highlighting their helpfulness in navigating the immigration process. It could be perceived as potentially biased due to the specific naming of employees.
Review 5 (Orlando): This is a very brief negative review stating “Bad experience, I don’t recommend it.” It lacks details, making it difficult to ascertain the specific issues encountered, but contributes to the overall negative sentiment surrounding the company.
Review 6 (luellique): This is a very brief positive review stating “really great, very helpful.” Similar to Orlando’s review, it lacks specifics, making it hard to judge the context of their positive experience, but it adds to the positive feedback present.
Review 7 (DixieBoy): This is a highly critical and detailed review, accusing BDV Solutions of dishonesty, particularly towards Adjustment of Status (AOS) applicants. The reviewer alleges that after the one-year contract, BDV Solutions intervened when their employer was willing to reduce their work schedule, threatening to revoke the I-140 if they left their job. They claim that BDV Solutions is incentivized to keep employees working due to payments from the employer. The reviewer also alleges they were forced to do jobs outside the scope of their Labor Certificate. This review presents a serious accusation of exploitation and unethical behavior, suggesting that BDV Solutions prioritizes its financial gain over the well-being of its clients.
Review 8 (Hesin): This negative review warns international students with advanced degrees against using BDV Solutions, claiming the program is designed for individuals with only a high school diploma. The reviewer describes pressure tactics used by BDV Solutions, such as demanding immediate work after receiving the EAD and threatening I-140 revocation for non-compliance. They also allege that BDV Solutions interferes with employer-employee relationships, pressuring clients to stay in low-paying jobs even when they have opportunities for higher-paying skilled positions. The reviewer implies BDV wants the client as a “modern slave”. The review details how they want their client working on $12/hr jobs even when they have STEM jobs that offer $82/hr.
Review 9 (rabpan): This short negative review advises against applying through BDV Solutions, calling it “one of the worst company to apply eb3 unskilled.” The reviewer claims that once payment is made, BDV Solutions provides no further assistance. It reinforces the sentiment that the company is not worth the time and money, suggesting potential clients seek alternative options.
Review 10 (manuel bassanini): This is a positive review that thanks BDV Solutions for helping the reviewer emigrate to the USA with their family. The reviewer states they were able to complete their EB3 program and now have many job opportunities. This review offers a positive counterpoint to the negative reviews, highlighting a successful outcome.
Review 11 (Tong Diệp): This is a neutral to slightly negative review. The reviewer mentions having made the first payment but is experiencing difficulty logging into their account and receiving support. While not explicitly accusing the company of being a scam, it raises concerns about responsiveness and technical support.
Review 12 (Satisfied client): This is a short positive review, stating that working with BDV Solutions was “completely worth it” in the end.
