You’re told, by clients, to send your invoice to an…
You’re told to send your invoice to an email address like “invoice.xxxx (at) vismabpo.no” and you don’t get paid
Vismabpo cannot be contacted
A company I sold services to since 1990 started using vismabpo around 2021 which, when I didn’t get paid for the last contract I did for them, convinced me I didn’t need their business any longer

Consistently lose invoices
Consistently lose invoices and tries to reclaim back from you money you never received, which they paid in error, to the wrong bank account. If you work for a company using Visma Norge to handle their accounting and payments, I would not trust Visma to have the competence to ensure you get paid
Dealing with them and trying to get paid becomes a full time job

Brain dead id..ts
Brain dead id..ts. I can not login with the same credentials as always, and no, I didn’t forget them! 🙂
If you click on their link for their system status, you see this: “Oi! Denne siden fant vi ikke”, which basically means “Oops! We didn’t find that page”. Well congradulations mo rons!

Constant problems and mistakes
I now ask clients, before I accept work from them, if payment comes via Visma. If so, I politely decline the work. Time is money. Dealing with Visma is unpleasant and time consuming. Maybe I should introduce a Visma penalty on all fakturer to cover my time and the cost of factoring out invoices to inkasso bureaux? Better to let someone else take that work. My clients will take their accounting in-house again eventually
Visma can only be contacted via a weird phone number, probably the kind you can’t ring using “free minutes”. I won’t waste time and money listening to music to find out. Customer service “chat” appears to have collapsed
I presume they can’t get the people
A client I had since 1990 is about to hear I’m no longer working for them due to Visma

**** visma
**** visma. Alle gutta hater visma
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
The initial piece of text is just a company intro: “Visma er ledende leverandør av software, produkter og tjenester som gjør virksomheter mer effektive.” This translates to “Visma is a leading provider of software, products and services that make businesses more efficient.” It’s a standard marketing statement and doesn’t provide any information relevant to assessing the legitimacy of Visma as a scam.
Review 1 (Jes): This review expresses strong dissatisfaction with Visma’s payment processing. The reviewer claims that invoices sent to a specific email address (invoice.xxxx (at) vismabpo.no) go unpaid and that Vismabpo is unreachable. The reviewer further states that a long-term client started using Visma, leading to payment issues and the termination of their business relationship. This suggests a potential problem with Visma’s invoice handling and communication, but it doesn’t definitively prove a scam. It could be due to inefficiency or poor management. The specific mention of “vismabpo” suggests a particular branch or service within Visma. The time context (around 2021) might be relevant if other reviews mention similar issues around that time.
Review 2 (Just This-Guy): This review reinforces concerns about Visma’s invoice processing. The reviewer alleges that Visma “consistently lose invoices” and attempts to reclaim money paid in error. They explicitly warn against trusting Visma with ensuring payment and claim that dealing with them becomes a “full time job”. This adds further weight to the argument that Visma has serious issues with its accounting and payment systems. The assertion of frequent errors (“Consistently lose invoices,” “money you never received, which they paid in error”) points towards systemic problems rather than isolated incidents. This also doesn’t outright claim a scam, but suggests operational incompetence that causes significant financial distress.
Review 3 (J Sh): This review is significantly different from the previous two. It focuses on issues with Visma’s login system and website functionality. The reviewer complains about being unable to log in with their usual credentials and reports that the link for system status leads to a “page not found” error. While expressed with strong language (“Brain dead id..ts”), this review indicates problems with Visma’s IT infrastructure and customer experience rather than deliberate fraudulent activity. The technical issues described, like a broken “system status” link, are signs of poor maintenance and could indicate a poorly managed or under-resourced company, but aren’t directly indicative of a scam.
Review 4 (Noah Count): This review provides further evidence of payment issues and poor customer service. The reviewer now actively avoids clients who use Visma for payments, deeming it too time-consuming and unpleasant to deal with. They also mention difficulties contacting Visma, citing a potentially expensive phone number and a collapsed customer service “chat”. This suggests a widespread problem with Visma’s payment processes and support channels. The statement “Maybe I should introduce a Visma penalty on all fakturer…” highlights the economic impact of dealing with Visma’s inefficiencies. This, like the other reviews, doesn’t use the word “scam”, but the reviewer’s actions (declining work, considering a “Visma penalty”) demonstrate a clear loss of trust in Visma’s ability to handle payments effectively.
Review 5 (mezinga): This is a very short and emotionally charged review, simply stating “**** visma. Alle gutta hater visma” which translates to “All the guys hate Visma.” While offering no specific details, the sentiment aligns with the overall negative perception of Visma based on the other reviews. The lack of specifics makes it difficult to assess the precise reason for the reviewer’s dislike, but it reinforces the general trend of dissatisfaction.
visma.no likely legit but with serious operational issues
