SCAMMED

SCAMMED. I got partway through the process, somehow it accessed the credit card details in my computer, but I didn’t finish because it seemed seedy. I didn’t complete the application, so they don’t have my passport photo etc., then I exited the site. Next day I discovered they had billed my credit card. You can get a vague bot-generated response from the website, but you cannot get through on the supposed 24/7 hotline phone number. The cost was US$97. If you use the Vietnam government site visa.gov.vt the cost is US$25.

This website is an absolute scam

This website is an absolute scam. My visa for Vietnam was not approved on time, so I applied via this site (express service 139 dollars). They advertise with “ready in 24 hours”. After bussiness day 4 (!) I got an e-mail that my application was delayed. In the meanwhile, I had been to the Vietnamese Embassy in Thailand, applied for an express Visa via a different site (tip: My Vietnam Visa is reliable) and had missed two days of my trip to Vietnam. Once my application finally was approved through My Vietnam Visa, I applied for a refund. Two days later (when I already entered the country), they sent an e-mail with my approved visa. Bit late isn’t it? I applied for a refund, but they say that they don’t give a refund for an “approved” visa. The late e-mail implies that they did NOTHING for me. Also: their terms and conditions state that you only get a 50% refund for cancellations, which is fishy enough on its own. Their customer service is terrible. When I explained my situation, they sent an automatic e-mail that they “were working on it, but they can’t influence government policy”.

Vietnam For Vacation site is American…

Vietnam For Vacation site is American based you must avoid unless you’re rich. I applied for 2 visas I was charged $120.00 & $80.00 US dollars, luckily I only got only one and got $80.00 refund when I realised the charges too expensive. The charges supposedly $25.00 US from Vietnam legit government site. The additional charges fluctuate as they say they cover you if you might need other help which are irrelevant to visa.the application is legit copy you fill the details,they send it on your behalf and charge accordingly

FIRST & LAST… This is our first time going to…

This is our first time going to Vietnam, and there’s no visa on arrival. Been trying to get EVisa for the past a few days, no luck. every time I click ‘pay evisa’ always pops up small window saying failed payment and I haven’t even entered my card number or anything. A bit complicated, and I think it’s gonna be our first and last visit to Vietnam. I wish I knew how complicated it is just to get visa.

Sending the documents via email

In the main application there was no request for uploading the passport page And the airplane tickets with the hotel reservation. However, after one day they ask to send them via the email. Which makes the process get delayed one or two days. If there was a choice for uploading the documents then it will makes it a lot better and smooth.

Unreachable

I had used Visa Vietnam for the third time now. The first two times, I had received my approval letter within a dependable two day timeframe (even as I ordered over the weekend). And knowing such consistency, I ordered my third approval letter on Saturday evening with my flight to VN to take place on Thursday morning. However, this last one, I had only received an emailed approval letter after four days (7 hours after my flight had already departed). Worried, on day 3, I had emailed as well as tried calling their phone numbers which lead directly to voicemail. They are unreachable. I did not receive any notification of a delay to which I could have planned around. I now have to eat a non-refundable round-trip flight as well as non-refundable hotel booking because of the lack of service and communication.

Contradicting , Disappointing Response

I received an apology stating:
“currently visa on arrival to Vietnam is not approved for your passport”
Trying to unveil the reason by attaching granted valid USA & Shengen visas for same passport , the reply was :
“Please contact other agent if there is any possibility”.
For me the 2nd reply is contradicting the 1st one.
I just wasted my time & the payment was hold for few days without even declaring the reason not have the visa granted
