Top notch Fraudsters…

Better not to go with any consultancy and certainly not Visa Assured in Nehru place thats where I went to and they are top notch fradusters.

Visa Assured is a possible fraud and scamming company. I have personally burned my hands.

Please, don’t be fooled by the upfront approach.

This is a laughable situation and I am also a victim in this situation.

You will never get to see any owner or management. So, later on you cannot go and confront anybody.
They have bunch of young trying to pretend know it all everything about immigration. They will pretend to be your well wisher, and will promptly call you till you give them your money. Their role ends here.
Then comes the immigration consultants or I don’t know whether they really are. Will make you spend at least 2 weeks to collect your documents and then will push you to get JD letters. Meanwhile, they won’t do shi*t and will sit on their hands. JD letters will take you about a month or more than that.
Then it will all go silent. You will get know nothing:
Neither what is your status
Are they filing any nominations or PNPs
You can call them as much as you want, they will just on their hands and dont do anything.
In the end they will give you a standard dialogue. Please, improve your CRS score. As, if I dont know this already.
They have a temporary staff , people “Pretending to be working on your case will come and leave”.
They are fraudsters at best who are taking advantage of People wanting to move to Canada. Please, be sensible and know this ,”Only your score will take you to Canada”. These guys will only scam you off your money and waste your time; rather than spend your time improving your score or finding out on your own.

I’m a registered client for Canada PR with Visa Assured…

I’m a registered client for Canada PR with Visas Assured and very disappointed with their services. From Feb 2020, no one responding call or emails as my PR process left in middle. When Ms. Erin Verma was my case manager everything was fine but when she left the company, nobody responding call or emails properly and I don’t know what happened to these guys.
I learn from few other people and understand that company has been closed and owner (Hopefully, Mr Ashish Thakur ) ran away. The worst part, it seems that owner has opened a new company Techymonkey in Delhi. However, I am not able to find the contact details of his new company.
This is really disgusting I am not able to meet any person and office is also closed. In last few months, i have tried to call company owner but, he is not picking phone at all. Totally unfair, disgusting and un-professionalism.
Let me know if there is any group where we all can united and put fraud case on this owner and try to get money back.
Overall, one of the big mistake of my life to have immigration consultant, as Visa Assured. Fraud team and unprofessional people.

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

Review 1 (Rupali Mahindru): This review is extremely negative and detailed. The reviewer accuses Visas Assured of being “top-notch fraudsters” and a “scamming company.” They highlight issues such as lack of access to management, incompetent or inexperienced staff who make empty promises, delays and inaction on their case, and ultimately, a failure to provide any real service. The reviewer emphasizes that the company only seems interested in collecting money and then provides minimal to no support. The phrase “burned my hands” suggests a significant financial loss or negative experience. The specific mention of the Nehru Place location adds a layer of authenticity. The advice to focus on improving one’s CRS score independently rather than relying on the company further reinforces the scam accusation. The overall tone is one of frustration and anger, lending credibility to the negative assessment.

Review 2 (Avinash Maheshwari): This review expresses deep disappointment with Visas Assured’s services. The reviewer states that their Canada PR process was abandoned midway and that communication ceased after their case manager left the company. The claim that the company has closed and the owner has allegedly absconded and started a new company (“Techymonkey”) is a serious accusation. The inability to contact anyone or access the office reinforces the idea of a fraudulent operation. The reviewer’s call for others to unite and file a fraud case indicates a belief that the company intentionally defrauded clients. The overall sentiment is one of regret and disillusionment. The specific details about the timeline (from Feb 2020) and the former case manager add weight to the complaint.

visasassured.com likely scam
