Totally the worst company I had ever…
Totally the worst company I had ever delt with online.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY/COMPANY !!!(i wish i could give -0000)
Dealing Agent (Mara Bathan)
My partner already took a review off, because she was contacted by the agent.
I reside in Ireland. My partner approached this agency this summer (2023), to assist us in obtaining a visa for me to attend my partner’s sister’s wedding (in the Philippines) I was abroad for the month of August and my partner requested information in relation to the documents that are required so it will be gathered during that time and when I was back in Ireland early 2nd of September 2023 my application will be ready to be submitted, however, Mara decided that she needs to talk to me (the applicant) on the phone before anything(???))which she never did. we had gathered all the documents that were requested and on 26/09/2023 my application was submitted.
My flight is on the 6th of December 2023 and they have not yet obtained any visa nor there have been any decision issued.
Mara Bathan has stated this is not normal, but I had to approach them countless times for her to contact the embassy and at times she would respond by saying she will do it next week.
So much trust and faith has been placed in a professional agency and they do not care about people and their situations.
This has been extremely stressful for me my partner (who is in the Philippines now) and the rest of the family and it is tearing us apart.
I only have a couple of days before the idea of going to the Philippines and attending my sister in law’s wedding will fade away due to the lack of competency of Mara and the agency.
I will lose a few thousand euros for the flights and activities that were booked and have been paid for.
Very frustrating and disappointing,
Sadia
Failed to get my visa on time
I submitted paper work for a visa to Tunisia within the timeframe specified by the company. I had no updates throughout the process except to let us know the paper work had been submitted. It came to a week before the flight and then I started chasing them but they were very relaxed and not too bothered. As a result I missed my flight to Tunisian and I had to spend all day the following Monday at the Tunisian embassy trying to get a visa which I eventually did. I was unable to fly out with the rest of my family. This company did nothing but cause me stress and inconvenience for which I will be seeking compensation from them. Please avoid this company as they should not be allowed to trade.

Incorrect processing time on the website
I used this service before and had no problems. However, on applying for a tourist visa to Egypt, their estimated processing times was different to the recommended period from the Egyptian consulate. They submitted the application despite knowing the period wasn’t enough for the application process. When confronted, their lack of empathy was astounding. Holiday lost, lesson learned – Never again.

Do it yourself and save £££s
I was sent a link by a travel agent, which pretended to be information about required documentation and lead to visahq.co.uk
The page linked to claimed I needed a B1 business visa, which is untrue as I am covered by the Visa Waiver Scheme (ESTA). When I queried this misinformation, I was sent a link to an ESTA application page where they would have charged me £102. The real ESTA application cost £12 and took about 5 minutes to do.
In almost every case, it would be very much cheaper to fill in the forms yourself and save a substantial amount of money.

Excellent, professional and responsive
Excellent, professional and responsive. My first time using a third party visa company – but all went very smoothly without any problems at all: Natalia (London) was excellent and let me know when the application was lodged at the consulate (Mongolian) and when my visa was ready for collection, Will definitely use again.
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
Review 1 (Kanza Ou): This review is extremely short and lacks any specific details. The user simply states “A bunch of scammers that what they are.” The lack of elaboration makes it difficult to assess the validity. It could be a genuine negative experience, but it could also be a fabricated review intended to harm the company’s reputation. Without more information, it’s hard to determine the legitimacy of this review. The extremely short and vague nature, coupled with the strong negative sentiment, raises a slight red flag.
Review 2 (Carl Zitting): Similar to the first review, this one is also very brief: “Totally the worst company I had ever delt with online.” Again, there’s no context or explanation provided. This brevity makes it hard to judge the authenticity of the review. It reads as a purely emotional reaction without any supporting facts. This lack of detail lowers its credibility and makes it harder to determine if it reflects a genuine experience or a baseless complaint.
Review 3 (A Hundred Thousand Welcome Ir): This review is significantly more detailed and provides specific information about the reviewer’s experience. The reviewer mentions a specific agent (Mara Bathan), the timeline of events (summer 2023 to December 2023), and the issues encountered (lack of communication, delays, potential financial loss). The level of detail and the emotional distress expressed add credibility to this review. The mention of flight dates and specific requests for documents strengthens the narrative. It appears to be a genuine account of a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The detailed description of the communication issues with the agent makes the review more believable.
Review 4 (Sadia): This review also provides more context than the first two. The reviewer mentions applying for a visa to Tunisia and experiencing delays and lack of communication. The specific consequences of the delays, such as missing a flight and having to resolve the visa issue independently at the embassy, add weight to the complaint. The mention of seeking compensation suggests a genuine grievance. The level of detail regarding the timeline and the specific negative outcomes (missing the flight, stress, inconvenience) makes it more likely that this review is based on a real experience.
Review 5 (Victor): This review focuses on a specific issue: incorrect processing times displayed on the website for an Egyptian tourist visa. The reviewer claims to have used the service before without problems, which adds a layer of credibility. The complaint about the lack of empathy after the application was submitted despite the insufficient processing time makes the review more plausible. The clarity regarding the discrepancy between the website’s information and the consulate’s recommendations strengthens the review’s validity. This review highlights a potential issue with the company’s information accuracy and customer service.
Review 6 (Mark Dyson): This is a positive review, stating “Good service and got my visa quickly for me.” The reviewer mentions using the service three times, indicating a positive prior experience. The recommendation further suggests satisfaction. This review is simple but positive and seems genuine enough, especially with the mention of repeat usage.
Review 7 (Regina Kay): This is another positive review, describing the service as “Fantastic” and the eVisa being ready within hours. The reviewer also notes good communication and speed. The contrast with other negative reviews is mentioned, suggesting the reviewer is aware of conflicting opinions. This positive account contributes to a mixed picture of the company’s service quality.
Review 8 (GeorgeY): This review details a negative experience where the reviewer was misled into applying for an unnecessary B1 business visa and directed to an overpriced ESTA application. The reviewer highlights the cost difference between the offered service and the actual cost of the ESTA application. This specificity regarding the cost discrepancy and the type of visa adds credibility to the review. This review suggests the company might be taking advantage of uninformed customers by offering unnecessary or overpriced services. The precise figures mentioned (£102 vs. £12) make the review more convincing.
Review 9 (Peter): This is a positive review, praising the service as “Excellent, professional and responsive.” The reviewer mentions a specific person (Natalia in London) and the consulate (Mongolian), which adds a personal touch and enhances credibility. The details about being informed about the application status and visa readiness make the review seem more genuine. The reviewer is a first time user, which gives a fresh perspective.
visahq.co.uk likely legit, but proceed with caution
