Service just like china

Very unhelpful chinese staff who follow different rules than are specified on the website for visa applications. Seldom answer the telephone or email enquiries.

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

Review 1 Analysis (peasant):

This review from “peasant” gives the website a 1-star rating and labels it “a complete joke.” The user specifically criticizes the website’s user-friendliness, particularly the calendar functionality. They also express frustration with slow response times from customer support, claiming it takes over a week to get a human response. Furthermore, the user feels that the support provided is unhelpful, indicating that the more information they provide, the more “dumb questions” they receive. This strongly suggests a negative experience with both the website’s functionality and customer service, potentially indicating problems with the website’s operational effectiveness and customer care. The specific mention of a calendar problem is a concrete detail, lending some credibility to the claim.

Review 2 Analysis (anon):

The second review, from “anon,” also gives a 1-star rating and describes the website as “USELESS.” This reviewer highlights several technical issues, including slow website performance and the inability to download forms via Firefox. The lack of customer support is also a significant point of criticism, with the reviewer stating that they are only directed to a “useless FAQ.” The review then veers into a more generalized complaint about China’s inability to manage a simple visa application website, linking the poor website experience to broader perceptions of the country. While the generalized complaint might be biased, the specific issues of slow performance, download problems, and lack of support are concerning red flags about the website’s functionality and responsiveness.

Review 3 Analysis (Stephen Curtis):

Stephen Curtis’s review gives the website a 2-star rating and titled “Service just like china”. The user complains about “unhelpful chinese staff” who supposedly apply visa application rules differently from what is stated on the website. The review also mentions the difficulty of contacting the staff by phone or email. The review expresses a negative experience that might be affected by bias towards the staff’s origin, but the mention of inconsistent application rules and difficulty reaching the customer service could be a valid concern.
