I recently encountered significant issues with Visable regarding a canceled service. Despite having terminated the agreement, they are demanding a substantial amount of money. On the French side, they fail to respond and instead blame the Germans.
This ordeal started with a forced sale of a mobile phone insurance, with a contract that was signed under pressure. I’m currently seeking two salesmen involved in this process and have decided to share my story with an investigative journalist in Hamburg.
Throughout this situation, I have faced numerous challenges, including receiving threatening letters even after I made a payment on a non-existent bill. This feels like dealing with a well-organized scheme. I’m planning a trip to Hamburg and am prepared to take further action if this negatively impacts my company, including holding the responsible parties accountable for the debt.
Overall, my experience has been one of frustration and disappointment. The lack of transparency and accountability is alarming and needs to be addressed.

We signed a contract for one year of experience, and during the experience, we didn’t have any sales through the service provided.
The contract were requestet up on a notice that it would not renew automaticaly, once were necessary to test the service to our product type.
They sold us a service claiming:”you will have from us a dedicated google expert that will on a monthly basis monitor and advise on the results”. As a result, we had one single first meeting with the agent who left the company, and we didn’t have a new one.
Later in a meeting with our account manager arround of two months from the end of the contract, we had shown how disappointed we were with the investment, than we were offered an upgrade for us to have a Google EXPERT*.
When we were offered an upgrade to have a google expert, we chosed to design a tird part agent contracted by us here in Brazil to take care of the remaining budget on the google account by the contract. Which shows that the proposal was denyed. It was clear that would not be renewed.
But, to keep it formalized, even being clear, we sent a non-renewal communication. But we were suprized with them saying that we were informing it 23 days before the start date, so they told us that the deadline for non-renewal was lost since seemed clear that we would not renew.
We are sending many e-mails, they only claim that we missed the deadline for non-renewal which is 30 days before the start date, OBLIGATING us to pay the invoices for a new one-year contract.
So, we terminated the contract based on the French laws below;
Article L441-1 of the French Commercial Code, which prohibits the provision of false or misleading information that distorts fair commercial relations.
Article 1217 of the French Civil Code provides grounds for contract termination due to a breach, including:
1. Failure to deliver promised services (e.g., lack of a dedicated Google Ads expert).
2. Imposition of unfair terms, such as compelling payment for unsatisfactory services.
The principle of contractual balance (Article 1133) requires obligations to be equitable. As previously stated, the contract has proven one-sided and has failed to benefit our business.
The principle of contractual freedom (Article 1102 of the French Civil Code), parties are entitled to terminate agreements provided they act in good faith and comply with the law.
They still only denying the termination, and still proceeding with scheduling the new provision of the service, reassuring that the non-renewal deadline was missed according to the contract clauses.
We are requesting to remove our information from the platforms to avoid loss to them based on the good faith principle. But we are being threatened that if we don’t pay the Invoice, It will be submitted to their lawyer for “further legal steps”.
This is absurd.
Where are our rights, GRANTED by the french Law? Above theres articles which grants us the terminating the contract.
A company that does not accept it, claiming that we missed the deadline, forcing us to pay for the service against our will, knowing that this is a loss for us, is not a company to have a relationship with. They don’t care about the client.
These are the account managers and customer service that we had. All Im writing is based in evidences. No one never asked us about nothing. Everyone is only claiming that we loss the deadline.
I dont recomend, the insatisfaction is huge!

unclear what they do. dozens of contact persons who you by email and telephone in different languages you call or mail. automatic renewal after 6 months without consideration of the results and very persistent with the bill for the next 6 months . go for short term money certainly not a company that wants to bind customers to itself for a longer period of time.
