The very worst visa system I have ever experienced. Going for an International conference so airfares and accommodation booked. Application submitted a month prior as requested and still no visa on day of travel resulting in cancellation of flights and accommodation and a loss of money. Poor and will not go back !

Once picked up the phone a long time ago only once and would not even look to confirm my appointment and instead had a go at me saying just come to the appointment and if there is no appointment, go back and then make another one. I ain’t checking nothing.

After numerous queries and emais still no resolution or response from nadra.
Useless NADRA PAK ID cannot verify account
So applied for a POC card about 2 months ago. Created an account with PAK ID to log in to account and keep up to date. The app and account worked for about a couple of weeks and then it stopped working, sending me to my mobile app to verify account. Which is no problem as I have the CNIC and number. However after inputting the CNIC no. and date of birth, it keeps giving the erro “UNPARSEABLE DATE”. I thought it might just be my iphone date error, so I tried it on an android phone as well. Keep getting the same error message. Now I can’t log in to my account at all. So frustrating!!
Why can’t these people get anything right!!
I raised a complaint on their website and guess what they marked it as resolved without doing anything!! Never known so incompetent people in my whole life.

I applied today at nadra centre DHA Executive but Mr Faizan there was rude and very bad behavior. Totally misleading and misguiding behavior on the centre and he tried to cheat me by passing on my turn number also. I request you to kindly take action. Also till yet my tracking id status not updated in system, 1 hour has passed since my application of kids birth certificate duplicate.
Further this is absolutely disgusting experience that if we apply urgent then on same day document shall be provided and at same time. Why trouble citizen of Pakistan by asking them for collection on next day. This is absolutely ridiculous and very bad. I strongly recommend kindly update your system or nobody born in Pakistan will live here to take id cards from you. Everyone will curse you and your system. I have sent cancellation request but now they people not cancelling my previous request. I am facing this issue since a week. Now also they are saying that your request is in process. My parents have applied for a Pakistani visa (visti) in Jan 2022 and its still in process after 17 months. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. The staff at the embassy are clueless and unprofessional. They keep telling us to call London embassy when when’ve applied from Manchester. We have emailed, called and visited the consulate multiple times but still no help. No one is taking responsibility. The general of the consulate in Manchester have advised his staff to now allow anyone to meet him as he is always “busy” in a meeting. The process is absolutely disgusting and we cant even cancel the visa on the website.
