Failure of Visa Infinite and Their Nonexistent Fast Track Service
The Visa Infinite service is a complete scam. I ordered the Fast Track service through Visa Concierge for my arrival in Barcelona, but it turned out that this service does not exist at all. No representatives, no signage, no support—nothing! Why even offer and confirm vouchers for a service that doesn’t exist? This is blatant deception of customers.
As a result, I wasted a huge amount of time in queues, ruined my plans, and missed my transfer. This is not just disappointing, it’s a disgrace for a brand that positions itself as premium. If you cannot guarantee the promised benefits, don’t offer them at all!

Review 1: Diana Nuraliyeva
This review describes a negative experience with a specific service offered through Visa Infinite, namely “Fast Track” service at Barcelona airport. The reviewer claims the service was non-existent, leading to wasted time and ruined plans. The language used is strong (“complete scam,” “blatant deception,” “disgrace”), indicating genuine frustration. The specificity of the complaint (Barcelona airport, Visa Concierge) adds credibility, suggesting the reviewer had a real expectation of a promised service. It’s a detailed account of a service failure, which suggests a legitimate customer complaint. While a single negative review doesn’t define the entire Visa program, the level of detail and emotional investment make the review appear genuine.

This review is very brief and less detailed, stating that the user is “gettin sued by the justice dept” and is charged a fee even when charging below the balance. While the phrase “gettin sued by the justice dept” sounds extreme and somewhat illogical in the context of credit card usage, it’s difficult to ascertain the validity of the claim without further information. The poor grammar and lack of specifics raise some questions. It’s possible the reviewer is misinterpreting a legal notice or misunderstanding the fees they are being charged. However, without more context, it’s hard to definitively say whether this is a legitimate complaint or a misunderstanding.
Review 3: Gc
This review is not about the financial services or user experience provided by Visa, but rather a complaint about a Chase card commercial featuring a black man in Hawaii. The reviewer expresses strong negative sentiments and makes claims about racial tensions in Hawaii. The content of the review is offensive and racially charged. Although the reviewer is clearly upset, the complaint is irrelevant to the actual Visa service, focusing on perceived racial insensitivity in advertising. This review does not help assess the legitimacy of Visa as a company providing financial services but indicates a personal, and likely biased, viewpoint on a completely unrelated issue. This review is likely to be removed from the website because it’s irrelevant, biased and discriminative.
