Vietnam Visa Immigration Reviews | Check if vietnam-immigration.org is scam or legit?

Vietnam-Immigration.Org – A legitimate & cheap alternative option for getting visa to Vietnam without going and queuing at embassy or consulate of Vietnam.

If you are planning to arrive in Vietnam on an international flight landing at either Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi or Da Nang airport, a legitimate alternative to obtaining a full visa stamp from the Vietnamese Embassy, in your own or another country, is to opt for a very simple and cheaper, visa on arrival (VOA). Once issued, this visa is exactly the same as a visa issued by any Vietnamese embassy/consulate, with the same limitations and conditions attached to its use.

Efficency and promptitude

Efficency and promptitude! it’s true that at first you have you doubts.
– made request on 23/08 and receive the Evisa in 3 working days not 4 like in the request. it’s true dar you pay but at least the know ” how to move”. Anyway if you want to check if that your evisa is “real” go to the Vietnam Immigration Portal and check-it. Ask all the information that you need to Vietnam Visa Immigration in checking.

Due to a silly mistake!

Due to a silly mistake!! Not checking visa exit date and assuming ….I overstayed my visa. I went to immigration and yes it is a process however the case manager assigned was excellent and I was able to get sorted in 48 hours. Nothing extra just understanding my situation. I paid the fine at the bank. I am so appreciative. I think if you understand Vietnam and process you are able to get great outcomes!! I have always been respectful!

Visit from Australia had worst…

Visit from Australia had worst experience my family cleared through immigration on my turn my date of birth in the system shows wrong and denied entry, that’s alright but tried to chat with 3 immigration officers patiently waiting for long time after they finished browsing through their mobile phones, my request was just to talk with my family with kids who were outside and hand them the ticket and boarding pass so they can come back to terminal, their response was No visa Go back to Melbourne and walk away….. Terrible customer care and no support…

e-visa processing time is not what they say

They say the e-visa processing time is within 3 working days. They have that on their official government website. I applied for a visa on Sunday and on Thursday morning, still in processing. So, of course, i couldn’t board. They insists the 3 day is end of Thursday. They can’t count! I’m not liking this country already.

Have fun in the Vietnam immigration this Christmas

How about you take a 12 hour flight from London to Saigon, then you wait 2 hours in a crawling immigration line? All the time your plight is ignored by a couple of free officers passing time on their phones. Or conversely, how about a 30 minute flight from Siem Reip, then again join that same 2 hour queue? Sound like fun, then fly to Vietnam where incompetence climbs to a new level!!

My visa was approved but then cancelled…

My visa was approved but then cancelled due to Covid-19 and they are unwilling to give me a refund. Been contacting them for months by email, only got 1 email back asking for empathy? And that no refund was possible. Very poor customer service !

Worked out well

At first I wasnt sure, but me (I’m dutch) and my tanzanian boyfriend decided to try anyway. We arrived well in Hanoi and got a 3 month visa. We only received one of their emails after them reminding us about some actions described in the non received email. Great service that they sent a reminder though! They also respond quickly!

Helpful assistants and reliable service

I have just arrived in Vietnam from Australia a few days ago. And vietnam-immigration.org did help me a lot. Didn’t have to waste my time waiting at embassy to get visa at embassy as before. Now I get visa easy on arrival at airport of Vietnam.

Thank you guys a lot ! . I will recommend my friends about your service.

Good service but long wait at the airport

The service for getting visa was very good, quick and simple. There was a mistake on one paper but they quickly corrected it. Only one remark: is require 1 passport photo, not 2.

The problem is at the airport, where you have two queues, the first one to show visa and passports and the second one to pay. We spent almost 1.5 hours waiting, but I guess has nothing to do with the visa service we paid for.

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

The initial snippet describes Vietnam-Immigration.Org as a legitimate and cheap alternative to embassy visa applications, specifically for visa on arrival (VOA) at major Vietnamese airports. It claims VOA visas are identical to embassy-issued visas in terms of limitations and conditions. This is essentially an advertisement but provides context to what the website offers.

Review 1 (D. State): This review gives a 5-star rating and praises the “Efficency and promptitude.” The user received their e-visa in 3 working days, faster than the stated 4. While initially doubtful, they suggest verifying the e-visa on the Vietnam Immigration Portal. This review sounds genuine, detailing a positive experience and providing a verification tip, which adds credibility.

Review 2 (jodie hurst): This 5-star review is about overstaying a visa due to a personal mistake. The user commends the case manager at immigration for resolving the issue within 48 hours after paying a fine. The review focuses on the author’s personal experience with Vietnamese immigration after a mistake, not really about the service provided by vietnam-immigration.org. While positive about Vietnamese immigration handling of the overstay, it does little to actually describe quality of the visa service itself.

Review 3 (Josan George): This review gives a 1-star rating and describes a negative experience at immigration with a family member being denied entry due to an incorrect date of birth in the system. The reviewer criticizes the lack of customer care and support from immigration officers, who allegedly refused to let them speak with their family or hand over tickets. It is important to note that this review seems to criticize Vietnamese Immigration in general, and not vietnam-immigration.org specifically. It doesn’t mention that the service itself caused any specific problem, though it is possible the website may have been the source of the error, though this is not stated in the review.

Review 4 (Hyojoo Kang): This 1-star review criticizes the e-visa processing time, claiming it exceeded the stated 3 working days, causing the reviewer to miss their flight. The reviewer expresses dissatisfaction with the country due to the delay. The review mentions “official government website” which implies the reviewer may have incorrectly assumed that vietnam-immigration.org is the official government site, or are just venting generally about the Vietnamese government. If they are complaining that the service on this particular site was poor because it failed to meet official Vietnamese Government targets, then this review is more relevant as it can be an assessment on the quality of service delivered by vietnam-immigration.org in the context of Government targets.

Review 5 (Chris Robinson): This 1-star review describes a negative experience with long immigration lines and perceived incompetence at Saigon airport. It expresses frustration with the waiting times and the behavior of immigration officers. Similar to review 3, this seems to be more of a general complaint about Vietnamese immigration processes at the airport, rather than about the specific visa service provided by vietnam-immigration.org.

Review 6 (S Cuijpers): This 2-star review states that the visa was approved but then canceled due to COVID-19, and the company is unwilling to provide a refund. The reviewer criticizes the poor customer service. The relevance of this review is high. It does imply that vietnam-immigration.org, despite successfully acquiring a visa, does not manage exceptional circumstance that may influence a visa’s validity. It also reveals an issue regarding the refund policy, which is important for assessing legitimacy.

Review 7 (Gina): This 4-star review states that, despite initial doubts, the reviewer and their partner successfully obtained a 3-month visa upon arrival in Hanoi. They praise the reminder email and the quick responses from customer service. The customer had a generally positive experience and notes a proactive attitude from the company. This reinforces the idea of decent service and good communication.

Review 8 (Chinedu): This 4-star review is unusual as the reviewer admits to not having used the service yet but expresses interest in doing so and asks for contact information. This review provides no actual assessment of the company’s services and should be disregarded.

Review 9 (G.N.L. Gunathilake): This 5-star review praises the service for helping the reviewer obtain a visa on arrival easily, saving time compared to applying at the embassy. The reviewer recommends the service to others. This reinforces the ease-of-use and time-saving aspect of the service.

Review 10 (Sandra M.D.K): This 5-star review states that the service for getting the visa was very good, quick, and simple, even correcting a mistake on the paper promptly. The reviewer notes a long wait at the airport but acknowledges it is not related to the visa service itself. This is another positive review about the visa application service itself, with a caveat about airport wait times, but clearly separates that issue from the service provided by vietnam-immigration.org.

vietnam-immigration.org likely legit
