Trustworthy service delivered Visa in hours
We needed an urgent Visa, flying from Munich to Taipee to DaNang, as we did not know that in contrast to Germans, Austrian need a Visa for Vietnam.
While passing security in Munich we already received feedback.
Before boarding the plane in Munich we had the E-Visa.
In Taipee we showed the E-Visa to board the plane.
In DaNang a person with our name welcomed us right before visa-check and supported us through Custom.
All the time we stayed in E-Mail contact with Brian Le, who answered all questions.
Not cheap, but perfect service!
Thank you

Scamming on refund
Booked an emergency visa for same day which was stated they could deliver. However turns out the could only deliver this in Ho Chi Minh and as our flight was to Da Nang we asked for a refund which was granted. This was on September 9. We were told the refund would be processed end of month. Now is October 14th and upon contacting the company last week they told me the refund would be processed end of week. Upon contacting the company this week, they said end of month again. Today they said they actually processed the refund already, but we haven’t received anything.
Stay away at all costs. They charged us $299 (super expensive compare to other companies I’ve learned) for an emergency visa which they never delivered, promised a refund which they also seem to not deliver.
UPDATE:
After three different excuses on why the refund hasn’t been processed, they finally found that their account had made a mistake (after I told them I’m posting bad reviews and would file a police report end of month) and the refund is now processed.
Would not recommend this company to anyone. They also operate under the name vietnam-immigration.org.vn.

This business displays racism and lacks…
This business displays racism and lacks professionalism. It is advisable to avoid this discriminatory company, as there are reports indicating their lack of authenticity. When I attempted to request a visa via their unreliable website, I encountered difficulties. They recommended contacting them through WhatsApp for quicker assistance. Despite providing my information, the agent, identified as (Weifeng), ceased communication immediately upon learning I was Nigerian but resided in the UK. Despite my continued messages, I only received read receipts. Unfortunately, discrimination seems to be a common occurrence among individuals from Asian descent.

Overpriced scam
This company is a scammer. I was charged $US140 for a single entry visa on an Australian passport.
I subsequently obtained another visa from the Vietnamese government website: (evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.au) for $US25. That fee is standard for all countries requiring visas to enter Vietnam. It arrived by email within three days as promised.
Obtain your visa from the government site, not from this pack of shonks.

Great experience
Great experience. We did the emergency request and we had our e-visa in less than 1 day. Heidy and Brian are great support. One of them was waiting for us at the airport. Highly recommended!

This agency is NOT Honest
I applied online for my visa and paid them 45USD, I never received the visa, when I asked for a refund or an explanation I got automatic replies offering services and my status on their website displays “complete”. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to apply for a visa through them. I have Vietnam few times before and used different agents and never had an issue.

Very good
Very good service!

Worst service of all time
Worst service of all time. We ended up paying for something we didn’t get. And every time you text them they will text you back with a completely different answer.

I would certainly use them again….
After reading reviews, I was very sceptical using this company, but I had already filled out the forms and paid, but I was not disappointed. They had my e-visa approved within 6 hours and someone was there to meet me at the airport to finish the administration work and I was even fast tracked through border control.
After reading reviews, I went on to live chat to get reassurance from them and they were nothing but helpful and explained everything in detail. You do have an option to pay for additional extras, so I guess you get what you pay for.
I would certainly use them again…!!!

Horrible Customer Service
I have been using this service for the last 4 months, despite it being overpriced, due to familiarity. Unfortunately, the customer service I received this week was horrible.
My visa expires on the 04/28 and I was planning on renewing on 04/27. I was informed at the end of the business day on 04/26 that immigration will be closed from 04/27 to 05/01 due to a holiday. Keep in mind that I had been in communication with Vietnam-Evisa since 04/18 about renewing my visa and no one informed me of this in advance. This has caused me to overstay my visa and now I may potentially have to pay extra fees associated with this.
Also, I was told that the immigration office is normally closed on 04/27 (Saturday – the day I planned to renew), despite Vietnam-Evisa being open for business that day. No one told me this in advance during our email conversation of me coming to renew on 04/27. The representative I spoke with did not take responsibility for informing me extremely late of the holiday and also stated that I should know the immigration schedule.
You have lost a long term customer for the poor service you presented to me today. Avoid this service. The customer service should be much better for the amount you pay. There are cheaper alternatives.

Just for securing the visa, they were good. Nothing else.
I used vietnam e-visa.org in Feb 2019. They were fine with getting me a visa and getting me through the process at the airport. I would not use them for anything else. The guy who came to meet me and get the visa processed did not speak English.
In advance, I asked the office to send my driver at a certain time. I asked several times, and got the confirmation in writing. They totally ignored it. They charge an extra fee if the driver has to wait, so this is probably why they have the driver at the airport the moment your plane is scheduled to arrive. That’s way too early.
I tried to explain that the driver should not be there that early, and the guy who was helping me with the visa said ok, ok. But it was not ok.
All in all, I just would never return to Vietnam again. It was nerve-wracking experience. One scam or problem after another. Also, my smartphone was stolen from right out of my hands as I was taking a photo. 95% of visitors do not return. These businesses know that.

The worst service ever, and very expensive
How Vietnam-evisa.org treats a customer is a total disrespect and abomination, of course only once you’ve paid!
1. First they charged me $159 for an instant 3 month visa and then in order to receive what I needed you said I must transfer another $105.
THEY DIDN’T OFFER TOO RETURN THE MONEY IF I DIDN’T ACCEPT THE EXTRA PAYMENT.
So I could lose $159 and get nothing, or but a visa for a not mentioned before price of $264.
2. When I landed at the airport (I sent the ticket before and I was promised assistance) Vietnam-evisa.org employee refused to help me, because they mistook the dates of my arrival. He only started being remotely interested when I proved that it was their fault.
3. Vietnam-evisa.org gave me a monthly, one passage via while I paid for a three month multiple pass visa.
4. I asked for the return of at least $30, so that I could buy a visa when I come back to Vietnam, but Vietnam-evisa.org never bothered to respond.

They were not good for me
They were not good for me. They got me into Vietnam well, but refused to refund transfer service fee, which they failed to provide. I was stranded at airport. I solved the problem, but was really disappointed they would not refund the portion of my fee. Do not believe their 100% customer service satisfaction guarantee. Very regrettable experience.

Terrible service, never use them!
Terrible service! Do not use it ever. Not even for online visa application. I had a huge problem at the airport, almost missed the plane as the stuff could not see information on the visa because they didn’t send me the full letter of the approval claiming that I only need that 1page. I called them asap and the customer service lady was the most impolite person I had ever spoken. Even the I requested to receive the full letter of 5 pages she still provided me with only 3 pages. Nightmare of a service!

Do not use Vietnam E Visa fast track services. SCAM
Arrived at the airport with my two friends at midnight. I paid money in advance for fast track services and stamping fees. When I arrived at the airport no one was there to help us from E-Visa Vietnam. Repeatedly called the number provided. No answer. We were not the only ones who got screwed over by this company. Another couple was there with the same problem. When I called them they did not pick up. The people at the visa front desk said they had no idea who E-Visa Vietnam was and said I had been scammed. After emailing with E-Visa they refused to return my money because they said I had not given them my flight information. Weeks before the trip I had sent them my flight numbers. I asked them to refund my money for “fast track” services that they did not provide. They did not refund my money stating this was my fault. I told them I planned on writing them a negative review online and they threatened to have me black listed from Vietnam. Black listed from a country because I was going to write an honest review on their company? What a joke. This is not how you treat customers. Do not use this company. Look at all the other negative reviews.

Worked perfectly for us
We had a emergency with my sons travelling to Vietnam without a Visa, since the Vietnam embassy in Copenhagen had given us wrong information on the telephone that they did not need a Visa. They were allowed on the plane only because we bought ekstra tickets from Hanoi to PQC. while they were on the plane we bought an Emergency Visa (30 minutes response time). We got an email response few minutes later and with some back and forth mails everything was ready and their staff where waiting at the gate when they landet, took passport pictures for the application, and helped my sons get their VOA without any issues. I was very sceptic using a service like this, but this one seemed to have OK rating on Trustpilot, and it all worked out in the end and there were no surpricing extra fees. So it worked for us.

Amazing Customer Service
So, I was a little apprehensive about using this service for my mother’s visa, but I did not have enough time to send her passport to a consulate in the USA. The reason for my concern was the negative reviews on this site.
To begin, we ordered the visa with standard processing and were pleasantly surprised that we had it in less than 24 hours. Then, my mother left the USA without the stamping fee. I was beyond concerned at this point! I contacted the company and they told me that they would take the money when meeting her if I paid via PayPal. I immediately paid and they confirmed.
Her flight was over an hour delayed at 2 AM, but the representative met her, took her through the process and was extremely polite. I was glad because this was her first time travelling outside of the USA. She said that the representative was the best part about the trip (to that point).
I could not be happier with this company!

DO NOT USE
Total scam … we applied for the fast track VISA service at the airport to find no one waiting for us and then no one on their ‘hotline’ number was able to help either. I called 6 times and they kept telling me someone was coming. In the end no one came and the woman on the hotline told me to take care of it myself and they would reimburse me – now they are fighting me saying that I received the service. WORST COMPANY EVER … DO NOT USE.

Fast and thorough responses, no hassle
They worked very quickly, gave us exactly what we asked for (Business Visa) within no more than 3 days, answered all questions very quickly and thoroughly; and gave a lot of additional information on their websites and emails to make the whole process clear. Recommended
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
The introductory text appears to be a company self-description, highlighting their experience and services. This is common on websites and doesn’t inherently indicate legitimacy or a scam. It’s essentially marketing material.
Review 1 (Julian Aymans): This review is highly positive, detailing a successful urgent visa application. The specific details, such as the flight route and the contact with “Brian Le,” add credibility. The acknowledgement that it’s “Not cheap, but perfect service!” suggests a genuine experience where the user prioritized speed and efficiency over cost. The level of detail strengthens the review’s authenticity.
Review 2 (Lasse Nielsen): This is a strongly negative review describing a negative experience with refunds. The reviewer provides specific dates and details about the communication with the company. The mention of “vietnam-immigration.org.vn” as another name they operate under is useful information. The fact that the refund was eventually processed after the threat of bad reviews and a police report suggests that the company may be slow to address issues or potentially deceptive.
Review 3 (Mr Evans): This review is very critical, alleging racism and a lack of professionalism. This is a serious accusation, and if true, would significantly damage the company’s reputation. The review claims that communication ceased when the agent learned the reviewer was Nigerian. This is a serious charge and should be considered a red flag.
Review 4 (HUGH): This review accuses the company of being an “overpriced scam.” The reviewer provides a specific price comparison with the official Vietnamese government website, which is a strong point. Sharing the legitimate website (evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.au) adds weight to their claim that the company is charging exorbitant fees.
Review 5 (Ted Bierhoff): This review is very positive, praising the speed of the emergency request and the support from “Heidy and Brian.” The mention of being met at the airport adds a personal touch and reinforces the positive experience. Similar to the first review, the specificity makes it seem more genuine.
Review 6 (Luzia Marilac): This negative review states that the visa was never received, and the user received only automatic replies. The discrepancy between the “complete” status on the website and the lack of a visa raises concerns about the company’s reliability.
Review 7 (nightiewolf_07): This review is extremely brief and lacks any detail. “Very good service!” is not informative and could potentially be a fake positive review. It doesn’t offer any specific information to support its claim.
Review 8 (Anders Malik): Similar to review 7, this one is short and negative. “Worst service of all time” is a strong statement, but without further explanation, it’s difficult to assess its validity. The comment about receiving “completely different answers” suggests inconsistent communication.
Review 9 (James): This review starts with skepticism based on other reviews but then describes a positive experience. The reviewer mentions being met at the airport and fast-tracked through border control. The detail about using live chat for reassurance adds credibility. They also highlight the option for “additional extras,” suggesting transparency in pricing.
Review 10 (Anonymous): This review highlights poor customer service and a lack of communication regarding immigration office closures. The reviewer claims to have been a long-term customer and is now switching to a cheaper alternative. The specific dates and details about the visa expiration and communication with the company make the review seem legitimate.
Review 11 (mobile2019): This review is mixed. The reviewer acknowledges that the company successfully secured the visa and assisted at the airport. However, they criticize the lack of English proficiency of the airport staff and the mishandling of the driver arrangement. The negative personal experience in Vietnam (smartphone theft) is relevant but not directly related to the visa service itself.
Review 12 (Joanna Tutka): This review details a very negative experience involving unexpected additional charges, lack of assistance at the airport, and receiving the wrong type of visa. The reviewer claims to have been charged $159 initially, then requested to pay another $105. The specific amounts and the details of the airport experience paint a picture of potential fraudulent behavior.
Review 13 (Matt Wong): This is a very concerning review, alleging a “Guarantee Hack” of a Gmail account. While this is a serious accusation, it’s also vague and lacks detail. It’s difficult to verify this claim without more information.
Review 14 (Rahdim): This review claims that while the company facilitated entry into Vietnam, they refused to refund the transfer service fee after failing to provide the service. The reviewer was “stranded at airport” and disappointed with the lack of customer service. The mention of a broken “100% customer service satisfaction guarantee” is significant.
Review 15 (Zoe Petkova): This review describes a “terrible service” experience with visa issues at the airport. The reviewer claims the company didn’t send the full approval letter and that the customer service representative was impolite and unhelpful.
Review 16 (Mary Fantazia): This review accuses the company of being a “SCAM” regarding fast-track services. The reviewer claims that no one was present at the airport, and the provided number went unanswered. The visa desk allegedly didn’t recognize the company. The threat of being blacklisted for writing a negative review is a major red flag.
Review 17 (Páll Guðmundsson): This review describes a positive experience using the emergency visa service. They specifically mention trusting Trustpilot ratings. The detailed description of the situation and the actions taken by the company’s staff lend credibility to this review.
Review 18 (Nathan Neale): This review details a very positive experience, especially praising the customer service representative who assisted the reviewer’s mother. The reviewer mentions initial apprehension due to negative reviews but was ultimately very satisfied.
Review 19 (Nicole Clark): This review states that the company is a “Total scam.” The reviewer claims to have paid for fast-track service but received no assistance at the airport. They claim to have called the hotline multiple times without resolution and are now being denied a refund.
Review 20 (Alexander H. Stebner): This is a straightforward positive review praising the speed, thoroughness, and clarity of the company’s service for a business visa.
vietnam-evisa.org likely a SCAM
