SCAM WEBSITE
SCAM WEBSITE! Avoid at all costs because it’s a complete hoax. My own fault for getting caught!
Submitted an ESTA application for a US tourist visa and paid $121 but got nothing in return! The confirmation email and payment receipt never arrived as promised.
No chat or phone support.
Chargeback requested from my bank so fingers crossed I can get a refund and learn from my mistake.
Do not deal with this fake website.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY, I managed to identify it was a case thanks to chat gpt and this website, but I was very close to pay. It was just very weird that it required money so fast (I have requested a visa before and the process was very more detailed and you needed to provide more information before paying.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, THE ONLY OFFICIAL SITE HAS .gov on it.

Fraudulent website
Fraudulent website. Looks 99% like it is legit and affiliated to the USA. They help facilitate getting VISA. They will charge you for unclear fees and The charge appears from DUBAI on your credit card statement. Avoid my mystake

the web site looks like the official US but it’s not
the web site looks like the official US Gov. so I made a mistake because it’s not clear what you are paying for. So I paid € 242 for 2 esta instead of just € 42 like on the ufficial site. In Italy it would be a scam not saying what you are paying for. Furthermore I didn’t get any confimation mail as they assured or recipt of my payment and there isn’t a phone number or chat assistent, You can get in touch only by mail. And my esta applies can’t be check on the ufficial site like they don’t exist. I just asked for a refound of the money i didn’t want and need to pay to the Company, running in Dubai and to Mastecard. Hope my experience can help someone else from loosing their money this way.
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
Review 1: Nicolas Salazar
This review is extremely short and direct, simply labeling the site a “SCAM ALERT!” and advising people to stay away. While the sentiment is strong, the lack of specific details makes it less compelling on its own. There’s no explanation of *why* the reviewer believes it’s a scam, which weakens the credibility of the claim. This type of review, without further context, could be written by anyone, even a competitor.
Review 2: Markus Neibecker
Similar to the first review, this one is brief and lacks any supporting details. The statement “It’s a scam. Do not use it.” is a definitive claim, but without any explanation or context, it’s difficult to assess the validity of the accusation. Such a short, unsubstantiated statement doesn’t provide much useful information for potential users trying to determine the website’s legitimacy.
Review 3: Wasim Wani
This review starts to provide slightly more detail, alleging that the website took the reviewer’s money and is not providing a refund or responding to inquiries. The reviewer mentions plans to file a consumer complaint and claims the company appears to be based in Dubai. This provides some substance to the scam accusation, as it points to a specific issue (lack of refund and responsiveness) and a geographical location. However, it still lacks precise details like the amount of money lost or the specific services purchased.
Review 4: Eoin
This review offers a more detailed account of a negative experience. The reviewer claims to have submitted an ESTA application, paid $121, and received nothing in return. The reviewer specifically mentions the lack of a confirmation email or payment receipt, as well as the absence of chat or phone support. The fact that they requested a chargeback from their bank adds weight to their claim. The ESTA application and payment make the issue credible. This detail adds significant weight to the claim that this is a scam website.
Review 5: Basteth Codex
This review is valuable because it explains *how* the reviewer identified the potential scam. They used ChatGPT and another website to realize the site was suspicious. The reviewer notes that the request for money was made very quickly, which contrasts with their previous visa application experiences. Critically, the review highlights the importance of using the official .gov website. This review emphasizes the misleading nature of the site, making it appear legitimate while charging for services that are either unnecessary or significantly overpriced.
Review 6: Samuel Wang
This review highlights a key element of the potential scam: the website’s appearance of legitimacy. The reviewer states that it “Looks 99% like it is legit and affiliated to the USA,” making it easy to be deceived. They also point out the presence of “unclear fees” and the fact that charges originate from Dubai, which is a red flag. The reviewer specifically warns others to avoid the same mistake, reinforcing the negative experience. The reviewer warns others about the fraudulent nature of the site, highlighting the deceptive appearance and hidden fees.
Review 7: Gabriella Giuliani
This review mirrors the experiences of others, stating that the website resembles the official US government site and that the reviewer mistakenly overpaid for ESTA applications. The reviewer paid €242 for 2 ESTAs instead of the €42 charged by the official site. The lack of a confirmation email, payment receipt, phone support, and the inability to check the application on the official website all suggest fraudulent activity. The reviewer’s mention of contacting Mastercard for a refund further supports their claim. This review contains many clear and compelling details that corroborate previous claims, adding credibility to the claims made in other reviews.
