Not giving refunds even though I haven’t used the service at all.
I was hoping to use UIS services for a visa and due personal circumstances I am not able to consider it at the moment. I haven’t uploaded any documents and they still refuse to give me a full refund. They claim that they will give me about £300 back, (which they offered in USD, whilst I paid in GBP). They have upped it to about £500. Again, I literally haven’t used any of their services.
I would have understood if I lost money because I didn’t get a visa, that wouldn’t be their fault but them being hesitant to give me back my money when things change. I asked for my money back within a few hours
It seriously makes me doubt how much they operate in good faith. I also doubt how many of the positive reviews on here are genuine. If this is how they treat someone like me, I wonder how much more parasitical they are with people who can’t stand up for themselves.
Edit: based on them reaching out I have responded via email. Still waiting to hear from them.
