They wont offer any suggestions or scenarios. Next thing you know, your flight is cancelled…Yet they contradict their slogan- customer happiness is our success..bs!

After my payment the website freezed…
After my payment the website freezed and I couldn´t continue with application for visa. The money was charged and I am already waiting 10 days to get my money back. Miss RUBY JANE ALMINE-DE SILVA is not helping, I am already writing the 4th email to her.
