Visa Infinite and the Illusion of Their Fast Track Service
The Visa Infinite service has proven to be incredibly disappointing. I booked the Fast Track service through Visa Concierge for my arrival in Barcelona, only to find out that the service does not exist at all. There were no representatives, no signage, and no assistance—nothing! Offering and confirming vouchers for a nonexistent service is outright misleading to customers.
As a result, I spent an excessive amount of time waiting in queues, missed my transfer, and my plans were completely disrupted. This isn’t just a letdown; it’s an embarrassment for a brand claiming to offer premium services. If you cannot deliver on promised benefits, it’s better not to offer them at all.

Scam Alert – Visa Vanilla Gift Cards
WARNING: DO NOT BUY VANILLA VISA GIFT CARDS
IT’S A SCAM.
I bought and activated a $60 gift card on 12/13/23 from my local CVS Pharmacy. I gave this card to my friend for her birthday on 1/8/24. When she went to the Vanilla Visa site on 2/7/24 to confirm the funds, the account balance was $0. The account showed that a third party had spent the $60 at a Duane Reade Store on 12/24/23 – day before Christmas – hah!
I called the number on the back of the Visa Card and could not get a human to complain to. I went to their site and in order to leave a complaint they asked that I set up an account. No way! Not giving out my info to this company. Nor does my friend want to.
MY ADVICE: ALWAYS REGISTER A GIFT CARD IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING IT. Irony is, she gave me the same card and I found no way to register the card through their phone system. This should be easy to do.
I plan to complain about Visa Vanilla on the Better Business Bureau site. And Visa will get a copy of my review on this site.
DO THE RIGHT THING VISA! REFUND MY MONEY TO ME OR MY FRIEND. CONTACT ME FOR DETAILS. $ DON’T GROW ON TREES.

THEIRS A I called Vanilla Visa Gift Card I purchased numerous times regarding my $115.95 REFUND which was issued to me by the merchant on December 9, 2023. I informed Vanilla Gift Card heatless Supervisor Phoebe after being on hold with her for over 45 minutes and all her representatives l called prior to requesting to
speak with a Supervisor that l never received the card at an old prior address they sent me to activate I order to receive MY OWN MONEY BACK OF $115.95. I informed the Supervisor & her staff there policy states they can issue refunds to a customer PAYPAL ACCOUNT. I also explained to each representative l don’t have a physical address and I AM HOMELESS. THEY DON’T CARE TO FOLLOW THERE OWN POLICY SIMPLY BY SENDING FUNDS TO CUSTOMER PAYPAL ACCOUNT OR SIMPLY CREDIT THE SAME VANILLA GIFT CARD I STILL HAVE WHICH THE CARD WAS USED WHEN I MADE THE PURCHASE WITH THE MERCHANT THAT ISSUED ME MY REFUND. VANILLA GIFT CARD MUST BE INVESTIGATED FOR WITH H OLDING REFUNDS ILLEGALLY FROM A MERCHANT.
