Unprofessional, Dismissive, and Poorly Managed
I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with this consultancy. Communication was slow and unresponsive when I had questions or required clarification. However, when they needed something from me, they were suddenly persistent—repeatedly calling and messaging if I didn’t reply immediately. This lack of basic courtesy and consistency was extremely unprofessional.
When my visa was ultimately rejected, I informed them and was met not with support or guidance, but with patronising and rude responses. The tone used throughout our WhatsApp correspondence was dismissive and condescending.
A visa consultancy should offer clarity, professionalism, and respectful communication throughout what is often a stressful process. This service did not meet those standards in any respect. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Portugal Visa Appointment Service
I contacted Deshraj for visa appointment, he was very proactive and quick in getting us the Portugal appointment. We, a family of 3, got a 1 year multi entry visa!
He was also extremely helpful in responding to general queries like sharing the documents list, validating if we are filing the correct application forms ( pls not we didn’t opt for documentation service from him).
However, there is one thing which I feel he should be better informed about. It was regarding taking your child for the visa appointment. As per his advice, we didn’t bring our 2 year old for the appointment, but Portugal needs you to bring children for submission of their application ( despite no requirement of biometrics). I understand that this requirement isn’t consistent across all Schengen countries, but as a visa consultant, he should have been updated about it and guided us accordingly. Thankfully, the visa centre was not very far, so we could make a second trip back home and get our child also to ensure the application is submitted on the same day.
Apart from that, we had a really good experience with him. I would definitely avail his services again and would really recommend him for visa appointments.
