5-9 business days is actually 12 business days
Be very cautious if using this companies services. Somehow the dates change every time I call. The company say 5-9 business days. After purchase and downloading everything. Mailing the paperwork on January 24th they gave us an expected delivery of February 11th. I was (originally I called before purchase and told the 7th of February if mailed out by 3pm on the 24th of January). 5-9 days doesn’t start until 48 our after they receive the paperwork. (That takes 24-48 hours, oh and the shipping time) Not sure what I paid for. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they can’t transfer. If I’m approved to speak to a manager they will call back in 24 hours. I asked for the company information, they wouldn’t give it to me.
I am now looking into Visa Adventure Inc. because you have to sign a waiver for them.
Also, you have to get an appointment at the post office or Passport agency. They can be weeks out and most don’t offer walk in anymore. We were able to get in because of a cancellation.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible service. They charge a lot of money and I’m flying tomorrow. And passport is not ready. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I have not received a passport and I cannot get a decent response.

The paper work and photos I submitted were accepted without having to do anything over. It was a relief and my Visa came within 4 days. I was happy to see that the QR code was on the form so I didn’t have to hunt for it on the internet before I get onto the plane. Seems more efficient now in 2023 than it was in 2021
