Efficient, Helpful, and Reliable
Passport Visa Express staff were extremely helpful & efficient in getting me my Chinese X2 student visa. Due to document delays from my host university I applied for expedited visa processing just 2 and a half weeks before I left for China. I applied on Monday 5/5/25, dropping my documents in person at the Chicago office, and by Tuesday 5/13/25 I received a notification that my visa had been processed and was being shipped back to me. Extremely quick service with no problems or hiccups.
The only problem is that on Wednesday 5/14/25, FedEx lied about attempting to deliver my passport back to me, and I had to spend all day dealing with FedEx customer service and drive an hour to retrieve my package at a shipping center. This was entirely the fault of FedEx and has nothing to do with Passport Visa Express – thus the 5 star review – though I would recommend that PVE look into switching to a more reliable shipping partner like USPS.

Easy peasy with passport Visa Express
They made receiving my Chinese Visa easy! They were there to help. Whenever I called they answered the phone and helped me fill out my application and also help me write a letter that I needed to write. It was very smooth. Web page was easy to use, clear instructions, and once all data was received, very fast response. Simple and efficient and quick. Highly recommended for anyone with basic travel needs going overseas. I’ve not traveled anywhere where a visa was required for many years, and when it was, travel agent handled it. Self service was definitely the way to go for my Road Scholar trip.
