Beware of This Company – Misleading Practices and Broken Promises!
I initially contacted this company to obtain an e-visa, and they told me the cost was $198. However, after I paid, they only issued me an invitation letter, which I later found out costs just $25. On top of that, they falsely promised VIP service, assuring me that someone would meet me at immigration and escort me through a priority lane—this never happened.
When I arrived in Vietnam, I had to wait in line for a visa on arrival, pay $30 for a photo and $25 for the visa fee, all of which the company promised to reimburse. But after I followed up, they completely backed out of their promises and refused to refund any of the extra charges I incurred.
To make matters worse, they deleted messages from our chat that contained proof of their false claims, which is a clear sign of dishonest business practices. I reached out to them for a resolution, but they ignored my concerns.
This company is not trustworthy and engages in misleading sales tactics. They overcharge, fail to deliver what they promise, and refuse to take responsibility. Avoid them at all costs!

Rookie error made good, overnight!
I made a rookie error on my Vietnam visa application and had my dates wrong. I wasn’t allowed to board a flight to Hanoi. Vietnam Airlines gave me to the contact details for these guys. Alex helped me. It was late in the evening but he replied my WhatsApp query and called me to reassure me of process. There is a fee involved with an urgent visa application, but true to these guys service, they maintained contact, they took essential details. They replied efficiently via WhatsApp to all queries and true to word, at 11am they had e-Visa delivered to you via email and notification. Grateful to Alex and his team for reducing a stressful period into a pleasant pause. Thank you, would recommend using them if stuck without a Vietnam Visa.
