This website is a scam

This website is a scam – made to look legitimate, but is not connected to the US border entry at all.

As a follow up, the company did actually complete an ESTA application, and obtained a valid ESTA for my travel. The cost was USD98 as opposed to the direct route cost of USD21.
When I complained that they had charged me unnecessarily for an ESTA, since I had a valid one which they ignored, I was refunded in full.

I don’t see any benefit to the service, but they did the job.

I really appreciate Jayne’s strong…

I really appreciate Jayne’s strong support. Jayne is in the support team of Official-ESTA.com.

I had an urgent issue for ESTA application from South Korea. Although I applied for 2-hour fast track of ESTA approval with paying extra 35 dollars, there was no confirmation email even after 4 hours with pending issue! I tried to call the customer center, which eventually turned out unhelpful. When I sent an email to the support team as a final method, Jayne promptly responded my email with solutions although it was night time in the US. Special thanks to Jayne’s kind help, I was able to check in the flight in time. And now I am in the US safely with my family. I really appreciate Jayne and supporting team’s prompt help and support!

Scam scam scam

Scam
Misleading website which misappropritaes imagery, language and government endorsement. They charge 5 times the price for the “service”. It is unclear until after payment that it is a private company not affiliated with the official government site. Absolutely scandalous that it is able to operate. Misleading. I find it disgusting that companies like this are able to operate
Current price of visa in Aug 2024 is $21. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Sly agent

This company pretends to be an official government body, but it’s NOT!!
They scam you with rates 10x higher than $21 according to the US website.
I was not vigilant enough and overpaid these unscrupulous thieves. Be aware, go to the official US website and double check the rates.

On a second note: after I complained they offered me a discount of 25%. Despite I still paid too much.

Expensive mistake don’t bother

Absolutely diabolical wouldn’t even give them one Star wish I had never bothered what a waste of money and complete waste of time me and my wife applied for a Esta we was informed they had both been permitted we was advised to check our status to access our Esta after typing in all the correct information several times every single time it said our application could not be found and that was for both of us we checked everything and retyped it several times and still continued saying our application was not found so we replaced to the Email of which we was already communicating with the Esta centre told them what the problem was and they replied in Japanese unfortunately we can’t speak Japanese or read Japanese writing we most of send them like a 100 emails asking for help and asking for them to communicate with us in English every single time they just replied in Japanese doesn’t look like we will be getting our Esta even though they have been approved and we have payed the full of amount and have not been informed of any issues regarding our application forms really wish we hadn’t bothered now what a mistake wouldn’t recommend this trash to anyone

I use your company to take my esta visa…

I use your company to take my esta visa two times . The third time , today, I had some “issues” , my application just had to reviewed more and it was the first time I had that so I couldn’t understand what’s going . Thank god, Jayne was EXTREMELY helpful and calming to everything I asked .
With people like that, there’s no way I’d ever switched to a different company .
Thank you ,
Georgia Saranti

Scammed out of $68

This company mimic the official US Government esta website. They charge $89 whereas the authorised site is $21.
You give them the exact same information. They do nothing but scam you out of $68. They use words like official and authorised which is completely untrue.

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

Review 1 (James): This review is extremely negative, stating the service is a “total joke” and doesn’t deliver as promised.
