I contacted other agencies before deciding to let Oasis assist me with my visa to China. Oasis is thorough, friendly, professional, fast service to respond, corrected all my errors and I had my visa in 4 days after all errors I made were corrected. I would definitely use their services again! I suggest not to apply for a visa yourself unless you are proficient in China visas as is Oasis, they know all the rules to help you get your visa the first time.

If I could rate this service higher, I would! It is my first time going to China and I was so lost on how to finish any process regarding the Chinese Visa. It overwhelmed me. I used this service, they were really kind, always updating me promptly. I had some issues with my application and they asked for more information to fill out the form for me again. I have used Oasis a couple of times in the past, when the visa process was a bit simpler, and both times the process was easy and smooth. China’s visa application process has now become a bit more complicated, but Oasis is on top of all the requirements. I have just received my Q2 visa, which required substantial documentation about family relationships etc. My situation is less common than most, as I am a US permanent resident, but travelling on an Australian passport. The Oasis staff were very professional, responsive and helpful, so the process went very smoothly and I got my visa very promptly. It is clear that they have a longstanding relationship with the Embassy, which is adjacent to them, so that applications submitted by Oasis will be trusted to be correct by the Embassy staff and will processed expeditiously.

A friend gave me their site link. I checked out some reviews and decided to use their service. I’m so glad I did. They are obviously very experienced, detail oriented and very helpful. I applied Q2 visa, which is unlike the past years much simpler process. There’s long form to fill and it’s very finiky about your photo that can be uploaded into the form, not to mention many support documents required. And some instruction is not clear. Leon and Eric going back and forth had me corrected mistakes,even missing digit in my application, every step was precise and promptly. I received the visa 3 days ago which was almost a week ahead of what I estimated arrival. I’m extremely grateful for their help and will use their services again in future.

Had a really poor experience with Oasis…
Had a really poor experience with Oasis China Visa this time around.
I’m currently abroad and unable to send mail domestically in the US. I reached out to Oasis to have them help me apply for a notarized criminal background check from my local government’s office and was told that this was ‘not possible’.
So I picked up the phone and called the local government office and asked whether or not a 3rd party could request a notarized criminal background check for any resident of PA, which they confirmed ‘Yes, of course, you can.’
I took this information (audio recording) back to Oasis and told them that it was perfectly fine for them to help me with this process.
Oasis once again denied me by saying that a certain employee was not in the office that day and wouldn’t be back till later the next week. They were unable to mail a form to the PA government office.
Really disappointed in how they handled this interaction. Won’t be using them again or recommending any of my friends to use them in the future.

Very quick service for Chinese visas! Rates are very competitive with others. They were less expensive than some we considered, but I would have used them even if they were more costly! Best service was that we sent them all out documents as PDF scans attached to an email for their review before we mailed the actual papers. They responded within moments telling us what else we needed so there were no surprises with returned, incomplete applications. Excellent experience!
