I only gave them one star due to the fact that I am not permitted to award them no stars. A bunch of dishonest, crooked charlatans (and I am being kind to this company). They flagrantly disregard their own terms and conditions. They delay at every possible opportunity when you request a refund. DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE CONNED BY THESE PEOPLE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED – THEY ARE TAKING MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENSES AND CHARGING £80 FOR A SERVICE THAT ACTUALLY COSTS £8

This is a scam

This is a scam. It looks like the official visa site, but it isn’t. They just take your details, charge you masses, and then obtain the visa through the official channel at a fraction of the cost. They claim to be checking documents and guiding you through the “formalities”, but there are none. Basically crooks, but operating within the letter of the law. Disgraceful in every way.

Fraudulant website

This is a company which deals with e-Visa for the USA or Turkey and they are fraud. The website looks very official. The USA visa-ESTA cost only about £8 but they charged me £80. Immediately afterward I realized and requested a refund but they refused

If they are honest why creat an official looking website under a complex web address using word like Gov

So Be ware they are a fraud

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

Review 1: Tee Baks
This review is extremely negative, labeling the company a “scam and rip-off” and warning others to stay away, claiming they impersonate the USA ESTA office. The strong language and direct accusation suggest a very poor experience. The lack of specific details, beyond the impersonation claim, weakens the review somewhat, but the overall sentiment is clearly negative. The user explicitly calls the site a “fake company.”

Review 2: denisa
This review is another strong indictment, stating “it’s a SCAM!” The reviewer shares a specific negative experience: paying 89€ per ESTA application when the actual cost is supposedly 14€. This price discrepancy is a significant red flag. The direct accusation of being a “fake website” and the detail of the overcharge lend credibility to the claim.

Review 3: Paul Laycock
Paul Laycock’s review expresses extreme dissatisfaction, wishing they could give zero stars. They accuse the company of being “dishonest, crooked charlatans” and violating their own terms and conditions. The frustration is evident in the all-caps warning. The detail about delaying refunds and charging £80 for an £8 service echoes the concerns of other reviewers. The strong emotional language and specific financial details contribute to the negative assessment.

Review 4: Michael Walling
This reviewer describes the service as a “scam,” highlighting the deceptive appearance of the site, which they claim resembles the official visa site. They accuse the company of charging exorbitant fees for a service that can be obtained through official channels at a much lower cost. While acknowledging that the company may be operating “within the letter of the law,” the reviewer condemns their practices as “disgraceful.” The emphasis on the deceptive appearance and the unnecessary markup is a recurring theme in the negative reviews.

Review 5: Grants
This review is brief but directly states the service is awful and a con. It offers no specific details beyond expressing that the reviewer feels fooled. While short, it adds to the overall negative sentiment.

Review 6: salim Nayani
This review is detailed, alleging the website is fraudulent, especially concerning e-Visas for the USA or Turkey. They claim the website looks very official but charges exorbitant fees (£80 for an ESTA that should cost about £8). The reviewer points out the potentially deceptive use of official-sounding web addresses and expresses frustration at the refusal of a refund. This review adds to the pattern of complaints about high fees and deceptive practices.
