They are fraud , I applied in 2020 , I lost 28000 AED , initially they said its 100 % guaranteed , after getting money they stopped answering emails and phone calls , I sent my relatives and friends to their office then they sent fake job offer and endorsement certificates followed by fake AOR, then they asked us to keep waiting for 32 months the. 36 months finally they said it was not done , will refund the amount , untill now I havnt received any thing , they can run away from people but not from God. They have prepared jahannum for themselves and their families

Ayaz khan

Ayaz khan, KFA owner is a scam artist who has run away to Morocco with hard earned money of many innocent people and B2B partners. He has been buying time by promising people fake instalment plans as also posted by another client in the reviews. He thinks he will get away by scamming asian people but what he feels to realises that God will punish him his kids and his family very soon and he will not realise what happened to him. There are many people who have already reported him to the Moroccan embassy and Interpol. He will probably respond to this by saying he cannot find, my name on their database which is his standard reply to everyone and then post some fake reviews to make his profile look good.

The UAE government is already aware of his big scam and behind the scene action is being taken.

His brother in law also runs DFA consultants and is part of this scam

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

The initial review provided by the company itself should be disregarded as unbiased marketing material. It promotes KFA Consultant as the “pinnacle of immigration expertise” and highlights its “stellar reviews” and commitment to a seamless journey for clients. This self-promotional content lacks credibility as it doesn’t offer an objective view of their services. It reads like an advertisement and should not be considered a genuine user review.

The review from “King” is extremely brief, stating “They are cheater and never done a single case successfully. Don’t trust them.” This is a strongly negative review, giving a 1-star rating, but it lacks specific details about the experience. While the sentiment is clear, the absence of context makes it difficult to fully assess the validity of the claim. Without knowing the specifics of the case or the alleged cheating, it’s hard to definitively say whether this review is based on a genuine experience or simply venting frustration.

Sultana’s review is a detailed account of alleged fraudulent activity. She claims to have lost 28,000 AED after being promised a 100% guarantee. The review describes a pattern of deception, including fake job offers, endorsement certificates, and an AOR, followed by prolonged delays and an unfulfilled promise of a refund. The depth of detail, the amount of money mentioned, and the mention of relatives and friends visiting the office to no avail, lends credibility to this review despite the strong emotional language used. The detail regarding the length of time waited is also telling.

Ankit Shah’s review mirrors Sultana’s experience, labeling KFA Consultant as “Fraud.” The review highlights a change in behavior after money was paid, including false promises, waiting periods, and a lack of communication. The reviewer also mentions losing 30,000 AED. The similarities in the experiences reported by Sultana and Ankit Shah strengthen the overall negative impression of KFA Consultant.

Sarfaraz Patel’s review focuses on “Ayazkhan” (presumably a key figure in the company) as a “big fraud.” It claims that all of his offices are closed, a legal notice has been issued, and he is not answering calls. The reviewer also mentions losing 75,000 AED and offers to provide documentation as evidence. The specific amount lost and offer of evidence adds weight to this review.

Anis Qureshi’s review echoes the sentiment of the previous one, calling Ayaz Khan and his company a “fraud.” It includes a request for contact information in Morocco. This reinforces the idea that Ayaz Khan is avoiding accountability, further damaging the credibility of KFA Consultant.

Huma Atif’s review alleges “fraud and scam consultants,” accusing them of promising a “fast track mode” to cheat people and looting their money. The review also states that most of their offices are closed and they are running away with people’s money. This aligns with the previous reviews regarding office closures and the disappearance of the company.

Syed Atif Ali Rizvi’s review describes a “worst experience,” calling KFA Consultant “looters and scammers.” The reviewer states that their offices are all closed and that they have been scammed out of almost 20,000 Canadian dollars. The inclusion of a specific address for the company adds a layer of detail.

Sarfraz Nawaz’s review is a question about filing a case against KFA. They confirm that the office is permanently closed and ask for solutions to get reimbursement.

Rehmat’s review is concise, labeling KFA Consultant as “Fraud, scam,” and accusing them of using “fake documents” and making “fake promises of refunds.” While brief, it reinforces the consistent theme of fraudulent behavior.

Anees Khan review provide more details about the owner named Ayaz khan, that has many companies and he is involved in IELTS business which all are based on frauds, he also ran from UAE, and he lost 80k AED.

Mirza namat baig, He lost 85K aed to KFA 2 years back for bcpnp immigration and still awaiting refund not getting any response to any of my emails.

BRIJRAJ RATHOD, He paid the amount and no is replying and Not professional.

Abou Daud, provides more details, Ayaz khan has run away to Morocco, buying time by promising people fake instalment plans, UAE government is already aware of his big scam and behind the scene action is being taken and His brother in law also runs DFA consultants and is part of this scam.

Sajad Khan said that Offices are closed these days.

Ridwan Oyeyemi said, KFA ARE SCAMMERS, THEY LIED TO ME AND ABSCONDED WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

Bucane Demani, They did not adequately address our concerns or provide acceptable resolutions. Even after committing to expedite the process, they wasted my time by failing to take any meaningful action..

Saqib Rana, is a positive review but it stands completely in isolation compared to the rest. The vast majority of the reviews are incredibly negative, this makes this review less credible.

Samba p said, MR AYAZ KHAN CEO of Mardan Pakistan , ran to Morocco with his family and may have secured citizenship there after doing fraud to lot of immigiration aspirants providing them fake job offer and assurance.

ahmed faheem said, They are are scam, Promises till you take your money and they ignore , block and do not respond to your emails.
