We traveled iran on 10-27 November 2023, the tour must include 17 nights 4 stars standard hotel as Pars travel agency promised.,
But unfortunately, 4 nights hotel were not 4 stars standard and it is 2 stars hotel in terrible condition and bad location .

I’m not a group-tour type of traveler, but decided to seek the help of a travel agency for my first trip to Iran because planning out the details got a little overwhelming.
I chose Key2Persia because of the transparency in pricing and the flexibility in the types of tours I could choose from (standard or economy), but most importantly because of the prompt, professional, personal responses from Aliye, the manager handling group tours and private tours in the English department. She responded to all of my questions in such a timely, reassuring, courteous and warm (not to mention patient!!) manner that, after confirming the tour dates were guaranteed, even if only one person signed up, I decided to look no further and go with Key2Persia.
I went for the 12-day Treasures of Persia tour, economy option, paying the single supplement to have my own room. It turned out I was the only person signed up for that particular tour, so I basically was on a private tour (with one driver in Tehran, and another driver for the Shiraz-Tehran portion, and both spoke more than basic English. We were able to carry on simple conversations during long drives).
I expected the 2-star accommodation stated in the economy tour package, where cleanliness was the main requirement and nothing else, and expected very little English spoken by the hotel staff. Cleanliness I definitely got, but most of the hotel front desk spoke good to excellent English, and most of the rooms exceeded expectation by far!
Overall this trip had the right balance of adventure, security, and comfort, and I would not hesitate to book with Key2Persia again for future trips to Iran (and with this positive first experience, I do expect to return and explore more in the near future). 😊

An awesome trip
I signed up for the 8 day Glance of Persia tour. It was a wonderful trip and I couldn’t have planned it better. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends or colleagues who wants to visit Iran. I felt that everything from start to finish was taken care of and I didn’t have to worry about anything- it was very stress free and relaxing.
Before the trip, I mainly communicated with Aliye Jafari & Roya Rahmani and they promptly answered any questions/concerns I had. I think my biggest worry was getting the Iranian visa (I am American) but I got it within a month without any trouble. While in country, my tour guide Lily and driver Hassan were great- super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I loved seeing all of Iran’s UNESCO heritage sites, eating delicious food, learning about the country and particularly enjoyed spending the last night at a traditional Qajar merchant house, Negin in Kashan.
