Total Rip Off!!! Didn’t refund all the $$ and no explanation!!!
Total BS!! The company kept $35USD out of $103USD. No explanation! That is not a refund,
My initial review was amended from a 1 to a 3 star because the company stated they would issue a refund (never discussed a partial refund). I could understand if work was done. It wasn’t. The electronic application was not complete. Information was missing due to a website malfunction. I immediately contacted them about the website problem. So today, I tried to contact the company via email. It won’t go through. The site states, “fix the errors.” I tried multiple times getting the same error message.
Original review: Total rip off!! You can go direct and apply online or via the UK ETA app and get your application for $13 USD as opposed to $103USD. Not to mention the live chat is not live. It gives you a message everyone is busy or out. So you have to leave your contact info and guess what…no one responds. The phone number provided also gives a message and then hangs up. Finally they take your $$ before all the application process is done and when there is a problem you can’t get ahold of anyone to assist. Don’t make my mistake. I thought I was on the official website. So now I’m out $116 instead of $13. Expensive lesson.

In one simple word: scammers
This company has charged me 120€ for an Indian visa that I never received. They create ad hoc websites which look like an Indian official government website. When you click pay it goes to their page and they take the money. Absolute total scam . Do not deal with them and only buy Indian visa from official govt site
David
Deal directly with the government of the country you are visiting instead of dealing with third parties
I can’t be sure, but I doubt this company provides and value, they certainly didn’t in my case, in fact they caused me a lot of heartache. I could have easily obtained an electronic visa, aka ETA, that would allow me to visit Australia for three months (more than a month than I needed) for vacation only purposes directly from the government of Australia. Unfortunately I found JSD on Google first and went with them (thought I was dealing with an official agent of the Aussie gov’t). After dealing with the mess that JSDIMMIGRATION left me in, I found and tried the official easy to use Australian mobile app, it scans your passport and allows you to take a selfie. No other actions are required except for payment, the entire process is less than 10 minutes! With JSDIMMIGRATION, the web based process is not that difficult, but it involves uploading docs and the process is not fool proof. In my case, they asked for my surname but did not mention that the surname includes the suffix (e.g., Jr. Sr. III etc.). Perhaps I followed the directions too literally, perhaps I should have realized for passport and visa purposes the surname includes the suffix but the end result was I had an improperly drafted ETA letter from the Australian government (i.e., it listed my name without the suffix). There was no note on the website to include suffix! Had I used the Aussie app the first time, there was no chance of inputting wrong data. Unfortunately, there is no redo with an ETA (after submitting all my info easy peasy on the official Aussie app via upload and selfie the app said I already had an ETA and I could not replace it!). I had to jump through many hoops (e.g., calling Canberra long distance twice, researching, getting fingerprinted at the US Post Office, uploading mortgage statements and references etc. etc.) IOT to obtain one of the many types of “full” Visas that Australia offers. I got the visa with one day to spare (while in New Zealand!) Ended up spending lots more money (they charge about 7 times as much for the ETA plus I had other expenses associated with getting my “full” visa) and a lot of anxiety not knowing if I was going to be allowed to board the plane in NZ (we were visiting NZ on our way from the states). They would not give me a refund and sent me a rude email that said “we don’t work for free.” They charged about $86 USD for on ETA, the Aussie government charges about $10 USD.

JSD IMMIGRATION IS A SCAM
I had a terrible experience with JSD IMMIGRATION.
I applied for a Malaysia visa through them, only to discover that Malaysia is a visa-free destination for Indian passport holders. Despite this, the agency charged me a fee and processed a pointless application. This is clearly a scam designed to take advantage of unsuspecting customers.
Their lack of transparency and misleading practices are unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. It’s disappointing to encounter such dishonesty, especially when it comes to important travel arrangements.
Avoid this agency at all costs.
Immanuel Jacob
SCAM Company
This is a SCAM company. Their application process is deceitful because without completing the application and submitting documents, they will first collect your payment, and they will retain the money without refunding for not doing anything. I am going to file a complaint with Srilanka immigration department and Reserve bank of India, because they are collecting money for ETA which does not exist.

They’re the worst
They’re the worst, they asked for the documents and did not even upload the documents. Worst agency tbh

I applied my visa on the 13 of June and…
I applied my visa for Uzbekistan on the 13 of June and now has been more than two weeks now and they are not sending my visa and they told me that it takes maximum 7days to process it, no update or anything but I paid in full

MAJOR RIP OFF
this company is definitely a rip off. i sent my application through for a visa to Bali and it would not have been 24 hours later that i cancelled it due to personal reasons. i received an automated E mail to say it was being processed but they had not done anything as i had not sent relevant documents for it to be finalised. they took $438 NZD out of my credit card and then refunded me $223.71 NZD this means they took $214.30 for doing nothing more than half of what i originally paid. i would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is definitely a scam
This is definitely a scam. $387 to process a VISA for Kenya which has NO VISA requirement. Only an electronic travel authorization is required which costs $104.

Efficient and reliable service. I was stuck at the Kenya airport and these guys helped get my Kenya visa in less than 2 hours. Thank you jsdimmigrations and team.

Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. They charge $89 USD for an Australian visa that you can obtain for $20 AUD ($13.20 USD)! There is no “rush service” needed because the official process is pretty much immediate.
As of 03/10/2024, you can only apply for your Australian tourist visa (subclass 601) through the “Australian ETA” app. Don’t believe me? It says so directly on the Australia.com “Australia Visa and Entry Requirement FAQs.”
I applied for my visa through the app and was granted it immediately.
Don’t be taken in by this predatory website.

Great services
Great services, They got my visa approved really fast
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
The initial company-written statement is self-promotional and should be taken with a grain of salt. It highlights their expertise and commitment to customer service, which is standard for such statements. It’s crucial to consider independent reviews to get a balanced perspective.
Keriem Kvalevog’s Review: This is a strongly negative review, alleging a partial refund without explanation and website malfunctions preventing communication. The user also points out a significant price difference compared to applying directly through official channels, suggesting a potential overcharge and lack of transparency. The inability to contact the company is a significant red flag.
Francesco lucchese’s Review: This review uses very strong language (“scammers”) and alleges that the company created a fake website resembling an official Indian government site to charge for a visa that was never received. This is a serious accusation of outright fraud.
David’s Review: This detailed review describes a frustrating experience where the user believed they were dealing with an official Australian government agent but ended up overpaying significantly and facing complications due to a data entry error caused by unclear instructions on the website. The user highlights the ease of using the official Australian app and the lack of refund from JSDIMMIGRATION, suggesting poor customer service and potential misrepresentation.
Dhanraj Chikorde’s Review: This review claims that the company processed a visa application for Malaysia despite the fact that Indian passport holders do not require a visa to enter Malaysia. This suggests either incompetence or deliberate deception.
Immanuel Jacob’s Review: This review alleges that the company collects payment before the application is complete and refuses refunds, raising concerns about unethical business practices. The user intends to file complaints with relevant authorities, indicating a significant level of dissatisfaction.
Abdulai Musah’s Review: This short review simply states that the company failed to upload the provided documents, indicating a lack of diligence or competence.
Rendani’s Review: This review expresses frustration over a delayed visa application for Uzbekistan, exceeding the promised processing time without any updates. This suggests poor communication and potential unreliability.
Llana’s Review: This review claims a significant amount was retained for a cancelled visa application despite no services being rendered. This points to potentially unfair refund policies and excessive fees.
Michael James Davis’ Review: This review claims the company charged a high price for a Kenyan visa when only a cheaper electronic travel authorization was needed. This suggests deceptive pricing practices and potentially exploiting customers’ lack of knowledge.
Marius Bulota’s Review: This short review simply calls the company a “scam” and advises applying directly with the official government.
Hemalatha Majeti’s Review: This is a positive review, simply stating “Excellent service by Rachel.” However, in light of the overwhelming negative feedback, this single positive review should be viewed with skepticism. It’s possible it is not genuine.
Luc Willems’ Review: This review alleges that the company provides misleading information and charges excessive fees for visas that are either free or available upon arrival. This reinforces the concerns about deceptive practices.
JIMZT’s Review: This review uses strong language (“SCAM SCAM SCAM!”) and accuses the company of buying fake 5-star reviews to appear legitimate. This is a serious allegation that further undermines the company’s credibility.
Oliver Wallis’ Review: This review claims the website masquerades as the official Australian visa site and charges for something that should be free. This reiterates the concern about deceptive websites and fraudulent activities.
Pavithran Nair’s Review: This is another short, positive review stating “Good and fast service.” Similar to the other positive review, it should be treated with skepticism given the overwhelming negative feedback.
Julie Anne Collins’ Review: This review describes the website as a “Scam website” that appears as the first option in Google search results, leading the user to pay for an unnecessary visa. The user also claims the company is unresponsive to emails and phone calls.
kitty leach’s Review: This review simply states that “jsdimmigrations provided excellent support for my Taiwan visa. Very satisfied.” Again, this should be viewed with caution.
donna mcdowell’s Review: This review states “Efficient and reliable service. I was stuck at the Kenya airport and these guys helped get my Kenya visa in less than 2 hours. Thank you jsdimmigrations and team.” While this provides an example, other reviews state that a Kenyan visa is not required.
David Joe’s Review: This review calls the website “Definitely a scam” and notes that they charge significantly more for an Australian visa than the official cost. The user also points out that the official application process is immediate and can be done through an official app, warning others against using the predatory website.
Margrete’s Review: This review states “Great services, They got my visa approved really fast”. Again, this is a short, positive review that should be considered cautiously.
www.jsdimmigrations.com likely scam
