The lack of communication was terrible. We had to cancel our trip. We did not get the visas in time. We had three weeks and we did not have any notification from the company. Very disappointing I would not recommend this company.

The process went very smooth, with clear indications of what were the steps and what I should do. One hiccup though: the picture of my passport that I uploaded was automatically cropped to the Sherpa image box, so information was lost. Upon completion of the process however I was quickly contacted by the support team and I could tesolve the issue after figuring out what was happening. I received my ESTA 1 day later.

The whole visa process was horrible
The whole visa process was difficult. The photo in my passport is very poor quality therefore it’s all I could photograph and send, and get rejected – SIX times. The help I received was from Roselyn. Without her I would probably still be trying to get my visa.

Didn’t get visa in time from Sherpa so had to do it on my own
Giving three stars because while the customer service was good, there was a severe delay with submitting my application. It was so late, that I had to apply on my own separately – and I received my visa in 3 days, as promised. Had I waited on Sherpa, I would not have been able to go on my trip at all – Sherpa did not send me my visa until May 16 at 4:30 PM —- AFTER I HAD ALREADY ARRIVED in the country!
Also, for Uzbekistan, Sherpa charged $80 for what really costs $20 if you go directly through the Uzbek Government website.
