REFUND AGREED TO

I had a few problems with the app not doing what it was supposed to do and subsequently needing to purchase the visa again (AUD$189). I contacted Ivisa and explained what happened. They made contact with the UK government department responsible and requested a refund on my behalf (even though their policy was No Refunds). This request was agreed to and I am more than happy with the response.

This is a dreadful company

This is a dreadful company. I mistakenly clicked on it to order my ESTA. They charged me $90 instead of $21. Then the perverse formatting of the visa sent by email meant I could not print out the whole document. They then sent a WhatsApp to download the visa which i still hadnt been able to print. However after opening the app I could not get out of it as it kept opening after closing all other apps and wanted access to data. I got really worried and read reviews advising
I ascertained the visa had actually been issued by checking the US Customs and Border Control website … it had and I could print it off there. I have now uninstalled the app but AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Sold me an immigration form ,that they…

Sold me an immigration form ,that they said was essential to enter Nicaragua, that was neither recognised or needed.Just finished trying chatting with numerous people on their whatsapp chat.
All i get out of them is the same line….its mandatory……i’ve just got back from Nicaragua and it was neither mandatory or required or recognised….
Be aware of what you need before using this company. They have good reviews ,but i take from that ,that you should know exactly what you need as their website is misleading .

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

Review 1: Laraine Beryl Leek

This review from Laraine Beryl Leek is generally positive. While there were initial issues with the app, the customer highlights that iVisa took responsibility, contacted the relevant government department, and secured a refund, even though it was outside their stated policy. This suggests a willingness to resolve issues and provide good customer service, enhancing the credibility of the service. The transparency in admitting the app’s initial failings further supports its authenticity.

Review 2: Julie Bristol

Julie Bristol’s review presents a significantly negative experience. The customer claims to have been overcharged for an ESTA, encountered issues with the formatting of the visa document, and faced difficulties with iVisa’s app, which they found intrusive and difficult to uninstall. The core of the complaint revolves around the high price compared to the official source and the functionality of the app. The user also had to resort to verifying the visa’s issuance directly through the US Customs and Border Control website, which is a red flag as they shouldn’t have to do so. This review raises concerns about overcharging and the app’s user experience and privacy implications, damaging the perceived legitimacy.

Review 3: Nicola Baudone

Nicola Baudone’s review indicates a problem with misleading information provided by iVisa. According to the customer, iVisa sold them an unnecessary immigration form for travel to Nicaragua, claiming it was mandatory when it was not. Despite contacting iVisa’s customer service, the customer says that iVisa continued to insist on its necessity. The customer highlights a discrepancy between iVisa’s claims and the actual requirements of Nicaraguan immigration. The user also expressed the importance of being well-informed before using the service. This review points to potential issues with the accuracy of information provided by iVisa and raises questions about the company’s practices.

Review 4: richard

Richard’s review focuses on what the reviewer perceives to be deceptive pricing practices. They claim to have been misled into believing a health declaration form for Morocco was free, only to be charged £63 at the end of the process. The review emphasizes the perceived bait-and-switch tactic. This negative feedback suggests a lack of transparency in pricing and possible hidden fees, which undermines the website’s credibility.

Review 5: Ma Thin Thin Maw

Ma Thin Thin Maw’s review is brief and positive, simply thanking iVisa for the timely approval of their visa. While positive, it lacks detail and doesn’t offer much insight into the user’s experience or the service’s processes. The review is very short and doesn’t have a lot of information, making it hard to assess if the reviewer has a reason to review badly, or if the review is just general and non-detailed.

ivisa.co.uk likely a mixed bag, potential issues.

Note: The above statement is just my personal opinion, you should check carefully at the sources and make the right decision for yourself.
