I did a random search on Google and got them to process my visa. Was a bit unsure at first, but I’m glad I did. My visa came out quicker than I expected, so that was fantastic!
Overall great service, but email etiquette could be better – address clients properly and use a signature that has details of the company and sender so it gives more comfort to clients
