Gave me a PNR that wasn’t valid when checked in airlines website
This company is a pure scam. I was given a PNR number for a Air New Zealand flight and when I went to check on the airlines website, the website mentioned that the format of PNR for their flights doesn’t match with the given PNR number, basically invaild PNR. I wrote to them an email for the same and there is no response. I am waiting for my money back
The ticket issued by them has a simple word doc kinda that is very hard to believe that its valid ticket

I am pleased with the swiftness of service delivery by Getonwardticket. I initiated a request and got my onward ticket within the next 5 minutes. I later realized I had made an error on the travel dates and reached out to helpdesk for assistance. I was prepared to pay a penalty for the resolution but not only did they resolve my booking within the shortest waiting time but I also did not have to pay any extra fees.
For all my onward tickets for visa, my family and I will use Getonwardticket and the booking can also be cross referenced on the airline’s site.

Perfect and quick just before boarding
Perfect – thought I’d be able to book a visa run flight once in Indonesia but Qatar already wanted to see one in Berlin before boarding. Booked within 2 mins and to my surprise went through perfectly fine. The guy at the counter just said “hm Batik, haven’t heard of this Airline before” 😅

At first they gave me a ticket that did not show up on the airline website. I emailed about it, and very quickly I got a new ticket that did work. Passed through migration easily.

Booking not valid after 2 hours – Fixed immediately, Great costumer service.
I made a booking reservation for a flight 2 hours ago because I have a visa appointment and I see the reservation is not available anymore at the airline website!
It is promised that the reservation is valid for 2 days minimum and it lasted less than 2 hours!
Seeing the reviews I thought I might give a chance I book through here but this is not fair!
I want to get this fixed before my appointment or get a refund!
UPDATE 19/10/2023: Right after writing this review, I sent an email to their costumer support explaining my complain about the validity of the first ticket. I got an answer from their costumer support agent, Reed, the next day early in the morning with a new ticket with 2-day validity guaranteed, a refund for the first ticket that i will get in a few days back in my account, and I got offered the next booking for free. I can say I was very satisfied with the way they treat their costumers when there is a problem with the booking.
Till today, the second ticket sent is still valid, I could show it during my visa interview and got approved.
I will continue to use their services in the future!

I had a last minute request, on a Saturday night, to get a return from Colombia, for a 7am Sunday flight.
Reed got my ticket handled in 10 minutes, and when I had an issue with the carrier, he rebooked me immediately with no extra charge.
I went to the airport, showed them my return ticket, and now I am in Colombia.
If I had to do this myself, I would have had to buy the ticket, land in Colombia then cancel the ticket and wait for a refund on my debit card for money I need here.
