Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service
It’s been a terrible experience trying to get a resolution for the issues faced.
The email replies are automated, telephone customer service agents are rude and unprofessional.
Getting a refund of my courier charge, a service I did not get seems to be the hardest thing for the business.

If would give less then a one star I…

If would give less then a one star I would do so.
Working in London should be professional enough to respond for people enquiry .
I made the worst mistake in my life apply for a france visa .
I got rejected for the first time in my life for a silly reason that can be solved in one email.
I kept emailing them rumours times but unfortunately no one respond asI have the right to appeal and when I went to the embassy the security told me theire different department.
I am very disappointed I feel like I’ve scammed they just took my the visa fees and the time and the transport fees to the VFS.
I’m very disappointed from this ridiculous service they should put a professional people to work there.

For info.

I’m just writing info for people and 1* is not relevant but there is no N/A choice of course. It appears these reviews are for France-visas.co.uk, an agency. The official site for info on visas for France is the French gov site:
france-visas.gouv.fr
Can make application/ read info in French, English or others. Unfortunately you then have to make an appointment with TLS Contact, and this is the problem as the French gov. site doesn’t make that clear enough and a couple of the links don’t work! Then, however, TLS Contact seems to be a dreadful site, sending you round in circles. I will amend this later if I find the opposite. I’ve yet to get to the completion stage, but I wouldn’t think an agency, this or any other, can get you there quicker. Go to the French gov site first & read up.

They charged me 98 pounds and when I went to the visa centre the cashier said they never charge anybody online, all payments are taken in the visa centre.

Scam company

I would not even give this so called company 1 star! They scammed my money claiming they are helping me get a visa when really they were only planning on taking my money.

I have been emailing and calling them constantly but no response. When I emailed the last time saying I would report them to the police that’s when they replied saying they have apparently requested for a refund. It’s been over a week now and they still have not given my money back neither have they responded to any of my emails. This company needs to be investigated by the police and get taken down. They are scamming people and getting away with it easily.

Beware of this company it’s a scam!!!
Just a week ago we booked an appointment to apply for a visa toFrance, we thought it was a reliable company but we were wrong!
They charged £69 for premium service and told us that they are booking the appointment but they didn’t get back to us and it’s been over a week! There communication is rubbish! And when I called them they could hardly understand English and kept saying give us more time as there are no appointments till January 10th but bare in mind we paid for a premium service! It’s a total fake and I will be taking this further! They have ruined our trip to Paris and Disney land! And most of all ruined our Time , Bloody piers and frauds!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER

Avoid at all cost, they are liars and they will not deliver on the promise that they say they will do, they constantly tell you to email them when you’re speaking to them on the phone and they do not reply to your emails when you keep calling them back they just say please be patient please be patient, worst service I have ever received, I lost on days of work because they kept telling me my appointment will be tomorrow and they won’t refund you when they don’t deliver

Worth the risk!

I contacted them to book me an appointment cause TLS doesnt have one that is available before my departure date. It was a hussle with TLS cause they didnt double check my papers before submitting to france consulate thus resulting to return of my docs. Fast forward, i just tried my luck in this agency they didnt ask for any payment up until they were able to give me an appointment which i did double check first before paying. I had my appointment 4 days before my departure and now i got my visa (though i have to make a new travel and accom booking- free cancellation for it to be accepted by the consulate) . Thank you soo much! It is worth risking.. i already came back from my trip

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

The initial introductory text mentioning “Get visa for France” and the guarantee of satisfaction, coupled with a discount offer, is typical marketing language used to attract customers. While not inherently indicative of a scam, it’s important to approach such claims with caution and verify their legitimacy. The phrasing is slightly unprofessional and could be improved for better credibility.

Review 1: Geraldine Ilevbabor (1 star) This review highlights significant issues with customer service, citing automated email replies, rude telephone agents, and difficulty obtaining a refund for a service not received. The mention of “automated replies” suggests a lack of personalized attention, which is a red flag. The unprofessionalism of telephone agents and the struggle to get a refund point to poor business practices and a potential disregard for customer satisfaction. This review strongly suggests a negative experience and raises concerns about the company’s legitimacy.

Review 2: Mc Bizertman (1 star) This reviewer expresses extreme dissatisfaction, claiming to have been rejected for a visa for a reason that could have been easily resolved. They also state that their emails went unanswered, preventing them from appealing the decision. The reviewer feels “scammed” due to the lack of response and the loss of visa fees, time, and transport costs. This experience paints a picture of a company that is unresponsive and potentially negligent in its handling of visa applications, further supporting concerns about its legitimacy. The broken English could raise concerns, but the details provided about the experience are specific and concerning.

Review 3: P F Kelly (1 star) This review is informative, directing users to the official French government website for visa information. It suggests that france-visas.co.uk is an agency and implies that using the official government site might be a better approach. The reviewer also criticizes TLS Contact (a third-party appointment service), suggesting that this, rather than the agency, is the primary source of frustration. While not directly accusing france-visas.co.uk of being a scam, it raises the possibility that the agency offers no real advantage over navigating the official channels and TLS Contact themselves. The reviewer’s suggestion to “Go to the French gov site first & read up” implies that the agency might be unnecessary.

Review 4: Omar Gahbiche (1 star) This review focuses on technical issues with the website, specifically the inability to log in and repeated account blocking. While technical glitches can occur, the reviewer’s frustration and sarcastic tone (“Are you kidding me?”) suggest a pattern of unreliability. This casts doubt on the competence and professionalism of the website, which, in turn, could indicate a potential scam. While not directly related to visa services, these login issues impact the overall user experience and raise concerns about the company’s attention to detail.

Review 5: Sangeeta Vaswani (5 stars) This review praises the assistance received from Vipula at the VFS lounge. It highlights the helpful guidance and efficient processing of papers for the French Schengen visa. However, it’s important to note that this review specifically mentions the VFS lounge and a particular individual, Vipula. It does not necessarily speak to the overall quality of service provided by france-visas.co.uk. It’s possible that Vipula is an employee of VFS, not france-visas.co.uk, making the review less relevant to the company’s credibility. Also, the highly specific nature of the review, mentioning a specific person’s name, is suspicious and potentially planted.

Review 6: George (5 stars) This review describes a positive experience using the agency to obtain a France visa for his family. He highlights the excellent support services provided through call back and email. However, like the previous positive review, it’s important to be skeptical. The language (“Great services guys. Thanks….”) is somewhat generic and could be easily fabricated. Without more specific details, it’s difficult to ascertain the review’s authenticity.

Review 7: Bhrusi Adison (5 stars) This review claims that “France visa is the best online appointment services for Visa!” and recommends them for making a Visa for France. The language is overly enthusiastic and lacks specific details, raising suspicions about its authenticity. The phrase “They are really nice guys” is generic and doesn’t provide any substantial information about the services received.

Review 8: MURATI FERAT (5 stars) This review praises France visa as a “highly professional visa company” with “dedicated staff” who addressed queries patiently. It also mentions that they were in touch until the visa was obtained. However, the review lacks specifics and uses generic positive language. The claim of being “in touch” until the visa was obtained is vague and doesn’t provide concrete examples of how they helped.

Review 9: Alfie clarke (5 stars) This review expresses satisfaction with the service, claiming that the website helped them get an appointment after the lockdown. The reviewer uses the dramatic phrase “helped me like god,” which sounds hyperbolic and potentially inauthentic. The lack of detail and overly enthusiastic tone raise red flags.

Review 10: Jed Alaoui (1 star) This review simply states “SCAM” and “Don’t use this company!!” This lacks detail, but its bluntness reinforces the numerous other negative reviews.

Review 11: Davina Druck (5 stars) This review claims a positive experience, stating that the visa was obtained on time for a trip to Paris 5 months prior. However, it mentions forgetting to review earlier. This could be a legitimate oversight, but it also raises suspicion. The review is short and lacks specific details about the service received.

Review 12: K J (1 star) This review accuses the company of “FRAUD,” stating that they were charged 98 pounds and were told at the visa center that online payments are not required. This is a serious allegation, suggesting that the company is charging for a free service. The reviewer expresses confusion about why the website is still active, which reinforces the concerns about its legitimacy.

Review 13: Mahbuba Begum (1 star) This review describes a clear scam, stating that the company took their money and provided no service. The reviewer reports a lack of response to emails and calls, and only received a reply after threatening to report them to the police. The claim that a refund was “requested” but never received further strengthens the evidence of fraudulent activity.

Review 14: twiggy k (1 star) This review echoes the sentiment of being scammed, mirroring the experiences of other reviewers. It seeks information about legal action and refunds, indicating that the reviewer is actively trying to recover their money. The call for others to join in legal action suggests a widespread problem.

Review 15: Rose (1 star) This review strongly accuses the company of “FRAUD,” claiming they are charging for a free service. The reviewer states that booking an appointment for a visa is free and that the company charged 98 pounds without providing a refund. The reviewer also mentions canceling the appointment, indicating that it is possible to do so, contradicting the company’s claims.

Review 16: Harvinder Singh (2 stars) This review states “Beware of this company it’s a scam!!!” The reviewer describes paying for a premium service but not receiving the promised appointment. The communication is described as “rubbish,” and the reviewer struggled to understand the company’s representatives. The reviewer also states that the company has ruined their trip, which further emphasizes the negative impact of the experience.

Review 17: Charlie Peeler (1 star) This review succinctly labels the company as a “scam company” and urges others to avoid getting caught out. The reviewer states that the company does not deliver and charges upfront, which reinforces the concerns raised in other reviews.

Review 18: Ben (1 star) This review says “WORST SERVICE EVER” and warns others to “Avoid at all cost.” The reviewer accuses the company of lying and not delivering on their promises. They describe a pattern of being told to email and then receiving no response. They also mention losing days of work and not receiving a refund.

Review 19: glie 003 (4 stars) This review states that using the agency was “Worth the risk!” The reviewer contacted them to book an appointment because TLS didn’t have one available before their departure date. They mention that the agency didn’t ask for payment until they were able to give them an appointment which they did double check first before paying. The reviewer had their appointment 4 days before their departure and now they got their visa. This review is the most nuanced, presenting a successful outcome while acknowledging the potential risk. It’s important to note that the positive experience might be an outlier or influenced by specific circumstances.

Review 20: Geradine Tchoudou (1 star) This review uses very strong language accusing the company of “FRAUD” and calling its employees “thieves”. The reviewer claims that you can get a free appointment from German or French websites. They also state that the company has not refunded their money.

francevisas.co.uk likely a scam
