As soon as I emailed the company inquiring about services I was forwarded to Mr. David Donovan. He immediately called me to explain and answer further questions. A mistake came up on FedEx’s end which delayed my passport getting to me, after resending the application they told me it’ll take about 5 days to process and ship, I resent April 11th and received my passport April 18th.. if you do the math and don’t count the weekend that’s exactly 5 days! Now granted I didn’t need my passport until May 3rd so if it wasn’t for FedEx’s mistake I would’ve been had my passport sooner because that’s how fast this company is! I am so pleased with the communication and they exceeded my expectations. I never thought I’d have to do something like this and I’m thankful I ran into this company. I NEVER write reviews, but felt compelled to write this review to thank David at Fast Passport Center. He helped us get a passport for our daughter in less than two weeks when we really needed the help. Then a few months later, we found ourselves in a bigger emergency. I had already applied for two passports for my daughter and son. All of a sudden, the processing time increased from 7-9 weeks to 10-13 weeks. But the passports were already in process, so I didn’t know if I could even start from scratch or what to do. I called David and he was AMAZING. While I was in anxiety-ridden panic, he patiently explained how the system works, what my options were, and how he could help. He never pressured me. He was not “sales-y” at all. Just a very helpful resource. He was also accessible and communicative throughout the process. I referred a few different people to him and they were also very happy. Yes, some of the services aren’t cheap, but if you’re in an emergency and you need help, you can trust David and Fast Passport Center. They are reputable, credible, and effective.

I was in a bind when I realized that my passport renewal application could not arrive in time for my trip. I had friends who used Fast Passport Center on a recent trip who had a similar situation, so they put me in touch. I was REALLY skeptical, because many folks had warned me that courier services were risky and could not always guarantee that your documents are returned to you within the time frame. I put in an order and David called me with some options. After thinking it over, I had actually originally requested a refund because I wasn’t convinced that it would work (I didn’t have access to some of the materials required). David called me around 10 PM that night(!) and explained how we could get this to work. I scrambled with his guidance to put together a passport application and the appropriate documents, and found an acceptance agent who would allow me to process an application the same day (he sent me a list of these). I had everything processed right at the last minute. I waited and got word that my documents will be issued today, on track to arrive tomorrow, one day before I am supposed to take off. I am overjoyed. Please trust David and Fast PassPort Center to help you – he is responsive and knowledgable about this process. If I had reached out to him sooner, I would not have needed to stress so much.

Fastpassportcenter.com does not review applications in-detail and ensure they’re going to clear requirements. Additionally, they are very difficult to get a hold of. Phone conversation are near impossible; they force you to e-mail the contact person, which I believe is the owner. I purchased the 6-8 day service and I went into over 5 weeks (25 business days) before I got my passport back.
While I appreciate the owner/business honoring the price from a month ago as it went up $100; regardless, the fee should be connected to promised days. I can understand plus/minus 1 week extra, but more than 3 weeks is excessive. I ended up missing my trip plans abroad as a result.
Per the letter the passport agency sent that David received a copy of as well, their issue was application needed to be printed by ink (pen, black ink) and not typed. He had seen this, but David argued with me this was not the problem when he had the cover page of reason from the agency I provided him! He realized the case was going south. He didn’t offer to pay for rush mailing service of the form; all he did was offer to submit it on my behalf, which is worthless as it’s the same I can do on my end. Anyhow, when I sent them the application, I received the passport in two days. Why in the hell did David not catch this when receiving the package over 5 weeks ago? Maybe this review may teach a lesson about this.
It’s best to take a day off and visit passport center yourself if you’re within 14 days of travel (call and make appointment, first) and then save yourself about $400 and a headache. Alternatively, plant 3 months ahead and apply regularly, yourself. There is no excuse for this delay and process.
Update response to David: it’s unfortunate how you place blame on everyone but your shortcomings, especially after you shared on the phone (the one time we spoke out of many attempts) that the application was not signed, but you’ve failed to see the written rhetoric from the agency about an ink filled application was requested! I trust you will consider taking responsibility to do your part and not wait for weeks to go by and then change tunes. This is not the first complaint about your business on here and I suggest as I suggested to you during the only time we spoke, to avoid placing blame and focus on what you’re paid to do in that ensuring everything is complete and delivered and you communicate…not await a review to reply. The constructive criticism is intended to help and not hurt, unless FastPassport is not being honest/truthful and having their hard called. From a consumer’s standpoint, to each is their own, but while I never like to expend the time to write a review, it’s necessary to avoid the stress and not to mention the payment for the stress. In all of this, I never asked for my money back since the timeline to get a passport was over 5 weeks when it was to be 6-8 days. I suggest you pay closer attention to documents you receive and cross-check. If you claim something does not appear right, you ask for the correction and not await over 5 weeks to pass by where your customer misses their trip. The salient question is this: Why do you not follow-up with the agency after the 6-8 days are up? When I contacted you days after, you stated nothing they said about application not being in ink and noted it’s going to be done “this Friday or early next week,” which was some 2-3 weeks ago. Really sad and unfortunate. It’s important to be honest. It’s interesting how fast you respond to a review here and if you did so regularly with your customers and agency, these reviews would/may only be positive, instead of avoiding emails and calls.

I was completely satisfied and impressed with my experience with Fast Passport Center. David guided me through the entire process and made it as painless as possible. His guidance and use of the checklist left no room for errors or delays. I was in a jam and found out on Monday I needed to fly to Canada for a family emergency. I realized on Monday my passport was expired. I searched the internet and landed on Fast Passport Center. I never used a business to get a passport or expedite one. So this was all new to me. David impressed me. He was professional and delivered on his promise to get my passport renewed by Friday and he did. Thanks again David.

After 1.5 months of following up with David we never received our passport. Our trip was ruined. After we paid him, we could hardly ever get a hold of him🤨 terrible communication and experience.
There is a chance he’ll follow through on his promise, but there’s also a good chance he won’t.
So if you choose this company be ready to be disappointed.
We sent in our paper work 1.5 months before our trip, David said he would get us a passport in 2 weeks. We followed up with him every week, the times we were able to get ahold of him. He reassured us that it would be in our hands before our trip. At the last hour, 3 days prior to our trip he calls with bad news, something unexpected happened, it was out of his control he said but no clear explanation was given. No apologies were offered.
When we received our paperwork back in the mail, we realized our documents were never even submitted! He had been lying to us the whole time.

First off let me assure you that this kind of service is legitimate as was explained to me at the Buffalo, NY Passport Agency, so “yes” fastpassport is a confirmed 3rd party courier service to assist you in a last minute passport renewal or first time issuance. Long story short the wife booked a cruise several months in advance my official passport had long since been expired, and I’ve never applied for a regular tourist passport and of course I procrastinated on doing it until just shy of 14 days prior to departure. In an act of desperation I begin to see several different offerings from 3rd party couriers such as Fastpassport that could get results within days at a cost. Fastpassport was by far the cheapest Legalpassport (stay away from $$$$). In a crunch I paid fastpassport worked with David Donovan who provided all the details even sent me a list of Passport agents (local USPS), but the issue I ran into was that they were all by appointment only and none of which could accommodate me in time for my trip. I ended up booking an appointment with the passport agency in Buffalo, NY and getting my passport that day. Since services were not rendered by fastpassport I figured what’s the harm in asking for a “refund”. I reached out to David who promptly replied that he’d look into it, and it has been crickets ever since.
Bottom line up front this company is legit however they can’t put a guarantee on the turn-around, and the moment you pay their fees you have exactly 24hrs to cancel after that no refund regardless which in my case is a travesty since I never ended up using them but they lined their pockets.
My only advice to the person reading this review save your money, have a passport agent verify your paperwork, and make an appointment with a passport agency yourself. If your travel is within 14 days you’ll get your passport same day.
My recommendation for fastpassport is simple I get the service you provide however I think your company would be even more beneficial if you had Passport Agents on staff as opposed to clients having to search for an appointment with the local county clerk or Post Office.

Outstanding Service
The service I received from David at Fast Passport Center was just OUTSTANDING. Four days before flying to Egypt I learned that I needed a 6-month expiration on my passport. My passport expired within a 5-month 25-day timeframe. Most countries accept a 3-month timeframe. I contacted Fast Passport Center and I was able to pick up my passport at the US Passport Agency at 8:30 AM on my departure date in order to catch my flight to Egypt at 11:00. The service was prompt, professional, and caring. Any time I called David he answered the call immediately and kept me posted.
