visa never came
visa never came. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Roula A
Worst Evisa experience ever!!!
The company’s service is extremely bad to non existent at all.
I applied on 24th of April promising 3 days working result. My application was sent back asking to Include the address of the hotel which I did. They resent back again twice specifying the same issue – hotel address – which I did in very minute details before. They must have given up; because they resent the application again to rectify the passport attachment which I did! Then the fifth time again the address!
I lost my booking to my flight on 11th of May.
The worst part is that I have tried to reach them out on their support tab on their « legitimate « website because of course no response whatsoever! I used their mail address with flights and hotel booking attachement but no response. I called them several times; they leave the phone ring few times; pick it up then hang up quickly!
The absolute worst!

Visa Application
Dear Visa Applicants,
this is the official website to apply visa for entrance to Vietnam.
For my case it took for 1 week to get the visa.
Vietnamese are mostly easy-going. You should therefore often bring your patience with you. 😀
Best greetings from Germany.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They ruined my vacation to Vietnam. I applied 2 weeks in advance and didn’t hear anything back from them. I wrote several messages to their support page but didn’t hear anything back. I eventually had to use a rush service to get my visa in time.

The good, the bad, workable but needs improvement
The good–legit, VN government immigration direct, lowest cost.
The bad–English translation is sketchy and confusing in places, photos of face and passport page must be compressed (do it free on line), payment processing is slow and also confusing. Give it time to process. Don’t tap “continue” again. Unsure what they mean by “update?” Took me 12 tries to get payment to work with 3 different cards (card company said no problem on their end). The 3 days promised turns out to be 12 -18 days.

Legit eVisa Website for Vietnam
Legit! This is the official website to apply for e-visa for Vietnam.
I, like many others I believe, struggled to find the correct website and was uncertain if it was legit. I can confirm that it is. I had the e-Visa within 5 working days and it was no issue to enter and exit Vietnam.
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
Review 1: Alex McDonough
This review is extremely negative and concise. The user states that their visa never arrived and strongly advises against using the company. The lack of detail makes it difficult to assess independently, but the all-caps “DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY” suggests a high level of dissatisfaction. It’s a red flag, but without more information, it’s impossible to determine if it’s a legitimate complaint or an isolated incident. The one-star rating reinforces the negative sentiment. A single review like this doesn’t definitively prove a scam, but it warrants further investigation when combined with other negative feedback.
Review 2: Roula A
This review provides significant detail regarding issues encountered with the visa application process. The user describes a cycle of application rejections due to the same alleged problem (hotel address), despite the user claiming to have provided the information repeatedly. They also mention a lack of communication from the company, difficulty reaching them by phone, and ultimately, the loss of flights and hotel bookings. This level of detail, including specific dates and attempts to contact support, lends credibility to the complaint. The frustration and financial losses described suggest a serious problem with the service. The repetition of errors by the company also makes the review more believable.
Review 3: Angry Bird
This review is similar to the first, expressing strong negative sentiment in all caps and warning others not to use the company. The user claims they never received their visa on time and experienced a lack of support, leading to lost flights and hotel bookings. While less detailed than Roula A’s review, the core complaint aligns with the previous negative reviews. The repetition of similar issues across multiple reviews strengthens the argument against the company’s reliability. Again, the loss of flights and hotels points to significant consequences for the user.
Review 4: Phong Le
This review is overwhelmingly positive, claiming the website is the “official” one for Vietnamese visas and reporting a successful visa application within a week. The user even offers a cultural observation about Vietnamese people. This positive review contrasts sharply with the others, creating a mixed picture. While positive, the language used is fairly simplistic and could be considered a potential indicator of a fake or incentivized review. The inclusion of a seemingly random comment about Vietnamese people also feels somewhat out of place. Further investigation is needed to confirm its authenticity.
Review 5: Adam Lombardo
This review echoes the negative sentiment of the first two. The user states that the company ruined their vacation, failed to respond to messages, and ultimately required a rush service to obtain their visa. The timeframe mentioned (2 weeks in advance) suggests adequate planning on the user’s part, making the company’s failure seem more problematic. This consistency across multiple reviews regarding lack of communication and visa processing delays is a significant concern.
Review 6: Roger
This review is more nuanced, describing both positive and negative aspects of the service. The user acknowledges the website is legitimate and offers the lowest cost, but also highlights issues with English translation, payment processing, and longer-than-promised processing times. This mixed review is potentially more credible because it doesn’t present a completely one-sided view. The detailed description of the payment problems and the translation issues adds weight to the user’s experience. The user even suggest it is a goverment direct website, which also is helpful
Review 7: Martin Ritter
This is another positive review that explicitly states the website is legitimate. The user claims to have received their e-visa within 5 working days and experienced no issues entering or exiting Vietnam. Like Phong Le’s review, this provides a contrasting positive experience to the negative reviews. The user mentions the struggle to find the correct website and uncertainty about its legitimacy, suggesting a potential awareness of the scam concerns surrounding visa applications.
evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn likely legit, but with caveats
Note: The above statement is just my personal opinion, you should check carefully at the sources and make the right decision for yourself.
