Company charges 5x the price of a normal ESTA, with no clear reason as to why. Their customer support agents are terrible people and I’m certain they don’t care about the scam they’re pulling and it’s effect on people.
Do NOT use. Just go to the normal Esta website directly hosted by the US Border Control. It costs $14. These morons charge $72.
