Since I wanted to fly at 4pm on Monday, I bought the rush visa within 4 working hours on Sunday afternoon. They assured me that I would have it on time (12:00 noon) the next day, which really reassured me.
On Monday, I checked my mails very often because I was hoping to have it a little faster since they had started the process on Sunday.
I had it at 12:11. This delay was very stressful, which is why I am only giving 4 stars.
