Scam Warning – EmiratesVisaOnline Took $175, Gave Me Nothing
I paid $175 USD through EmiratesVisaOnline.com for what was supposed to be a 30-day UAE tourist visa. The site presents itself in a way that strongly implies it is affiliated with Emirates Airlines — but it’s not.
After submitting all required documents, the visa was simply rejected without any explanation. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I received no communication, no support, and no offer to reapply or refund. All messages were either ignored or responded to with vague, useless replies.
As a result, I lost a non-refundable flight and hotel booking, and was left with no recourse. Only afterward did I realize I could have applied through official airline channels like Emirates.com or Etihad.com for half the cost — and with actual support.
This site is misleading, overpriced, and preys on travelers who trust what looks like an official source. It collects sensitive personal documents (like your passport and photo), offers no real accountability, and provides a substandard and risky experience.
I strongly encourage others who have been affected to report this website to local consumer protection authorities, the UAE Cybercrime Unit, and ICANN. Together, we can help prevent this from happening to more travelers.
BEWARE – do not use this site. Stick to official airline or government channels only.

Please avoid this company, it is a scam!!!
I applied for a tourist visa through this company, which collected all the necessary documents and charged me four times the actual fee required by UAE immigration or other visa processing services like airlines. They assured me that my visa would be issued within 3-4 days, but it has now been 3 weeks. They have ignored my emails, rejected my calls, and even blocked me from sending WhatsApp messages. I decided to apply again through another trusted travel agent, who informed me that my second application was rejected because a valid visa had already been issued. When I approached the scammer to release the visa, they claimed it was still in process, even though the other travel agent showed me evidence that the passport was issued. I am reporting this to the UAE local authorities who deal with online scams, as well as my bank and UK authorities. This scammer will be held accountable. I urge everyone to report this scammer to local and international authorities. You can send your complaints to ecomplaints (at) dubaidet.ae.
DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS.

Frauds, scammers
I wish i could give negative stars. They are frauds, scammers.Don’t depend on their emergency visa service. They take advantage of urgency and charge hefty fees and dint provide the data saying “immigration is taking longer to process”. We missed out both flights and have to book a third flight

They are a total scam don’t use them
After applying for the service and paying the requested fees, I was prompted to pay extra fees (450 AED) for attestation and stamping on a fully digital document that did not require such processes. These charges appear to be unnecessary and misleading, especially given the service’s entirely online nature. They insisted that the visa would not be released if this amount was not paid. Then I approached another agency and provided my info. They investigated and said your visa was approved already, no need to do any extra payment, and they helped me to get a copy of the approved document. This scammer sent me a copy of the visa a day after my scheduled trip. Unbelievable.

This agency is a complete scam
This agency is a complete scam. They are thieves and extremely disrespectful. I submitted my visa application on December 29th, with a promised response in 2-3 days. I paid €209, which included €160 for the visa and €50 for service fees. They never responded to my messages, and I received nothing in return. I missed an important conference because of their negligence, which cost me valuable time and opportunities. They never even submitted my application. Do not trust this agency, it’s clear they’re running a fraud.

If possible I’ll give no stars
If possible I’ll give no stars, they are scammers so do not deal with them. They promise visas within 2 days and as soon as you pay the fees they ignore and ghost you. I paid for expedited visa for over a month now and no responses from them, they don’t even provide updates. At a point they will block you from sending them messages so I advise everyone STAYS AWAY FROM EMIRATESVISA unless you want to be ripped off.

Such a shame that when applying for an…
Such a shame that when applying for an evisa that they are allowed to use these sites to encourage people through their advertising as well as using the emirates good name as well as using pictures of their air hostess in one of their planes such a disgrace.. only to find out it’s a total scam. The emirates is a wonderful place and cultures are wonderful which makes it such a safe place to be and the hospitality they provide is lovely.. but when scammers take advantage of this to pretend to make evisas for holidays, they should be punished severely.

ALL POSITIVE COMMENTS ARE FAKE
ALL POSITIVE COMMENTS ARE FAKE, THEAY ARE SCAMMERS

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
The first review is written by the company itself and serves as a marketing blurb. It describes their services as seamless, fast, and requiring minimal documentation. Naturally, it presents a positive and biased view, lacking any objective assessment of their service quality. This type of content is designed to attract customers and is not a reliable source of information about the company’s actual performance.
Fridah Ngina’s review is a scathing indictment, labeling the company as “scammers” and “frauds” who allegedly stole 4000 AED. The reviewer’s immediate reaction is to warn others and suggest reporting the company to the payment processor for a refund. The review is emotionally charged and suggests a complete lack of service delivery and trustworthiness.
Nathalie Garcia’s review details a frustrating experience where she paid over $530 USD for three tourist visas and received no response or service. As a travel agent, she has prior experience with visa applications, making her negative experience with this company even more significant. Her regret for not researching the company beforehand is a common theme among negative reviews.
Eddy’s review is particularly detailed and highlights several concerning aspects of the website. He points out the misleading presentation that suggests affiliation with Emirates Airlines, the visa rejection without explanation, the lack of communication and support, and the financial loss incurred due to non-refundable bookings. Eddy also advises others to use official airline channels and to report the website to various authorities. This review suggests a deliberate attempt to deceive customers.
Elam Tesfay’s review accuses the company of charging exorbitant fees (four times the actual cost) and failing to deliver the promised visa within the specified timeframe. The reviewer also mentions being ignored, blocked, and discovering that a visa had been issued through them despite their claims. This review paints a picture of a dishonest and unresponsive company.
Nimisha Kopariha’s review expresses extreme dissatisfaction, wishing for negative stars. They emphasize the fraudulent nature of the company and their exploitation of urgent visa requests by charging high fees and failing to deliver on time. The reviewer highlights the significant consequences of the company’s failure, including missed flights.
Francisco Paez’s review describes being pressured to pay additional, unnecessary fees for attestation and stamping of a digital document. The reviewer highlights the deception by the company and their attempt to extract more money. They found that the visa was already approved, debunking the need for the additional payments.
The “Consumer” review details a lack of response after paying €209 for a visa application with a promised turnaround of 2-3 days. The reviewer accuses the agency of being thieves and disrespectful, stating that the application was never submitted. The reviewer also incurred significant losses due to missing a conference, solidifying the scam accusation.
Amy’s review echoes the sentiment of many others, stating they would give no stars if possible and labeling the company as scammers. The common complaint is the failure to deliver on promised expedited visas, followed by complete lack of communication and eventually, being blocked from contacting the company.
Neha Ahmed’s review points out the fraudulent nature of the website and the lack of response after payment. They highlight the questionable practice of asking for a visa fee from a Singaporean national (who doesn’t require a visa), further suggesting deceitful practices. The reviewer explicitly states that the company is a fraud.
Ameni Shafik’s review is short and direct: “ITS SIMPLY FRAUD.” This review is a strong and unequivocal condemnation of the company’s practices. The reviewer advises others to save their money and accuses the company of stealing money and disappearing.
Junaid Sk’s review is a brief positive statement, claiming “very good service.” Given the overwhelming number of negative reviews detailing scam behavior, this positive review appears suspicious and potentially inauthentic. It lacks specifics and stands in stark contrast to the detailed negative experiences reported by others.
Steve Evans’s review corroborates the scam accusations, citing the lack of response via WhatsApp, a dead phone line, and a visa that was never issued despite payment. The reviewer warns others not to use the service.
Vaquar’s review claims the service is “Genuine, trustworthy and punctual with their commitment and deadlines.” Similar to the other positive reviews, this one lacks details and contrasts sharply with the numerous reports of fraudulent activity, making it suspect.
Haniel Vladic’s review praises the “Super attentive team,” claiming quick WhatsApp responses and efficient service. They state they have used the service twice. The speed of response and efficiency mentioned here contradict the widespread complaints of no communication and failure to deliver visas, raising concerns about the review’s authenticity.
Prime Como’s review emphatically warns against using the site, labeling it a “BIG SCAM.” The reviewer stresses the waste of time, money, and planning, and the need for reapplying at double the cost.
Cecilia Elbakhiet’s review focuses on the unethical use of the Emirates name and imagery to deceive customers. The reviewer highlights the contrast between the positive reputation of the Emirates and the fraudulent nature of this visa service.
Mobutu Wawa’s review is concise and direct, stating “They are total scam” and advising others to “Avoid at any cost.” This is another strong condemnation of the company’s practices.
Feriagung’s review mirrors Prime Como’s, warning against using the site and labeling it a scam. The reviewer emphasizes the wasted time, money, and planning, and the need for reapplying at double the cost.
Mariam Tee’s review focuses on the poor customer service experience, describing the “worst visa experience” due to constant back-and-forth and repeated document submissions.
Mimi Nach’s review is a strong accusation that “ALL POSITIVE COMMENTS ARE FAKE” and that the company are “SCAMMERS.” The reviewer details a financial loss due to a never-issued visa and lack of communication. They emphasize that the company never submit the application, and the actual visa fee is cheaper than that charged by this site.
emiratesvisaonline.com is likely a SCAM
