DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! SCAM!

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!
Never use the Emirates Airlines Visa portal, I applied for my visa through the Emirates Airlines visa portal, trusting that I would get the best service, obviously because they are partnered with the airlines with a good reputation, it was a mistake using them, I submitted my documents 3 weeks before my flight to get things sorted, they asked hotel bookings, passport, photo, plane ticket, and my immigration status here in UK. They asked me to submit more documents to including copies of my old passports which is I don’t get why, then they sent me an email saying I was rejected due to invalid hotel bookings, I sent them a new hotel booking then they replied to me saying I was rejected again because of invalid hotel booking, it took them more than 2 weeks and nothing, I never heard anything from them again, when I tracked my application its only showing my application is on hold.
I’ve decided to reapply for a new visa with another agency, they only asked for my passport copy and one photograph, that’s it, and I got my visa the next day.

I obviously don’t know what happened with my first application that I did through the Emirates website, I paid a lot, and it looks like they didn’t submit my application, and it’s a bit worrying coz I submitted other documents with them that are not needed for the application. It’s such a shame that they link this agency and VFS with their website! absolutely useless!!!
DON’T EVER USE THIS AGENCY, YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME! SCAM!

Avoid avoid and avoid!!

Avoid avoid and avoid!!! What a shambles this process is through emirates website, we processed all of our documents and no luck in getting a UAE visa, these guys are connected through a third party via emirates.
We missed our flights due to this service and it is not worth going through these guys ever to get anything processed.

Never again avoid at all cost.

Do not use them for UAE visa

It is unfortunate that this company is linked with Emirates Airline. I applied for visas through Emirates website and it turns out these guys handle the applications. They took all money and told me that my passport is not correct. I have travelled to dozens of countries with my passport so this was unacceptable excuse. I gave it to my travel agent and he got my visa within a day.
In short, do not apply for visas through Emirates airline website.

Tried to e-mail them and got email returned.

Tried to e-mail them and got reply back that the mail was not delivered. Mail box full. Very very unprofessional. Is connected to VFS Global. Maybe that is why.

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

Analysis of Pearl Britch’s Review:

This review is highly negative and expresses strong dissatisfaction. The user, Pearl Britch, explicitly labels the agency a “SCAM” and warns others not to use it. The review details a frustrating experience where the user applied for a visa through the Emirates Airlines visa portal, expecting a reliable service due to the airline’s reputation. However, the user claims to have faced excessive document requests, multiple rejections based on unclear reasons (invalid hotel bookings), and ultimately, a lack of communication. The user highlights the contrast between their negative experience with this agency and their positive experience with another agency, which processed their visa quickly with minimal documentation. A key concern raised is the submission of sensitive documents that were supposedly unnecessary. The user expresses worry about where those documents are going, and who has access to them. The mention of VFS further damages the perceived legitimacy of this company. The level of detail and emotional investment in the review suggests a genuine negative experience. The language used (“absolutely useless!!!”, “DON’T EVER USE THIS AGENCY”) indicates a high level of frustration and anger.

Analysis of RD’s Review:

This review is brief but equally negative. The user, RD, uses strong wording such as “Avoid avoid and avoid!!!” to discourage others from using the service. The review mentions a connection to Emirates through a third party and states that the user missed their flights due to issues with the visa processing. This directly links the agency’s failure to a tangible negative consequence for the customer. The lack of specific details, apart from missed flights, is a slight weakness, but the overall sentiment is clear and consistent with a negative experience. The emphasis on avoidance reinforces the user’s belief that the service is unreliable and damaging.

Analysis of Decide Smartly’s Review:

This review focuses on the user’s negative experience applying for a UAE visa and highlights the link between the agency and Emirates Airline. The user, Decide Smartly, expresses frustration that the company took their money and then rejected their passport under a questionable pretext. The user strongly implies that the rejection was unwarranted, as they had successfully used the same passport for travel to numerous countries. The contrast between the agency’s failure and the user’s subsequent success in obtaining a visa through a travel agent is a crucial point. This undermines the agency’s competence and suggests that they may be creating unnecessary obstacles or providing substandard service. The review concludes with a clear recommendation to avoid applying for visas through the Emirates Airline website, further solidifying the negative assessment of the agency.

Analysis of Per Albertsen’s Review:

This review is short and focuses on a specific communication issue. The user, Per Albertsen, reports being unable to contact the agency via email due to a full mailbox, which they perceive as unprofessional. While this is not a direct accusation of fraud or scam, it raises serious concerns about the agency’s customer service and operational efficiency. The mention of a connection to VFS Global, in a negative tone, suggests that the user believes this connection may be related to the communication problems. While not as damning as the other reviews, it contributes to an overall picture of an unreliable and poorly managed service.

dubaivisa.net likely a scam
