What a rip off
What a rip off. I rang them to ask a few questions before committing. I spent 7 minutes on the phone to what was advertised as a UK number. But my phone bill has an extra £6.39 changes. No way was I warned of this.

SCAM service!!
SCAM service!!
They quoted a price and ended up charging my bank account for way more money and claimed to be ‘extra fees’.
They then proceeded to put in the wrong information in the visa application and I told them 3 weeks consecutively that the information is wrong but they did nothing! I did NOT get any visa and they still refused to refund my money when they know they submitted the wrong information. I ended up applying by myself and i got the visa instantly. SHAME ON THEM! DO NOT USE THEM.

Terrible Service
Paid £176 for 3 visas to USA, there were NO instructions, just a receipt. When we got worried we hadn’t received anything we rang up and were told it was too late. We complained and the guy on the phone said he would work on it, and it would be ready in time. If we hadn’t complained we wouldn’t have gone. Terrible service!!!

I had a fantastic experience with CIBT Visas! The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great professionalism. A special shoutout to Sarada, who provided outstanding service—personalized, attentive, and always proactive in addressing my needs.
Despite some last-minute changes, Sarada ensured everything was taken care of seamlessly, offering clear guidance and timely updates. The level of customer service exceeded my expectations, making what could have been a stressful process completely hassle-free.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam
If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs – headline price isn’t what they charge, and as others have pointed out, they charge enormous fees for their premium rate phone line.
I’m surprised they’re allowed to operate, given late accounts and unsettled claims against them.

They charge you a lot for a phone call
They charge you a lot for a phone call! 6mins for 5ever! Be aware of it!
Gerald Holley
Service generally good but why premium rate telephone number
The company don’t tell you that the telephone number is a premium rate call twice I got charged for ringing them when their service is already very expensive. I find that petty and unnecessary.
Jenni Muirhead
Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. Thank you Shane B for making the whole process so easy. Will use you again.

Expensive and frustrating
Terrible, rude company. They say they haven’t received documents when they have. The website is unreliable. They do not clearly explain what is needed, they just keep cutting and pasting conflicting information from previous emails. They have an outdated system of working, insisting on seeing the airline tickets in the flesh – who has paper airline tickets anymore?! And their requirements contradict what the actual embassy asks for. You pay a lot of money to ensure the visa process goes smoothly, but this whole experience has been nothing but stressful for three months. What are you actually paying hundreds of pounds for? Next time I will deal direct with the embassy and save myself a headache and a few hundreds pounds.

Impeccable cibt
Beautiful experience with cibt, first time ever i had to go through the application for a saudi arabia work visa, once i realized the entire documents were so difficult for me to deal with i decided to get cibt to assist me with, it became everything so smooth and carina azizeh went the extra mile to assist me at her very best in every form i had to fill.
I’ll absolutely use cibt every time i have to go through any type of visa in my life.
I will recommend everyone their service and i’d like to thanking them for the time spent for me.
5 stars+.

Visa for China
Firstly I am not an employee of CIBT and this is a genuine review . These guys handled my Chinese Visa and the whole process from Application to receipt of the visa took 10 days . Communication was excellent and even the consular visit for the document drop, photo and fingerprints took no more than 20 minutes where as those who had not used a agent told me they had been waiting for 3 hours or more . All in an excellent service

I have to warn future travelers
I have to warn future travelers with Uniworld against using their partner, CIBTVisas. After waiting three weeks, I found they had neglected my file. I applied directly though the Vietnam Immigration Department, but it looks like the visa will not arrive on time. It is also terrible that Uniworld doesn’t offer any compensation for the error their partner has made. Look out for yourself and avoid Uniworld’s partner I will probably avoid Uniworld altogether. Afterall, there are numerous companies that offer river cruises.

DON’T BELIEVE THE POOR REVIEWS
I was dreading using this company because of the poor reviews.
My experience was completely the opposite, I was kept informed throughout the process.
Any questions by email were promptly answered by Raechel.
The price was also very reasonable.
I definitely use them again.
Andy.

Dreadful
Dreadful – charged me over £230 for visas for my wife and myself…………rejected my documents that I submitted to prove the date I would be in Indonesia on my world cruise with P&O Arcadia. If you mistakenly thought they would help you………….forget it and save your money

To avoid stress, do not use this company!
Applied for visas for Tanzania in December, they eventually arrived after much chasing (multiple phone calls to misnamed Titan Help Desk!) on 23th January, when we were due to travel on 24th! Staff uncaring and unhelpful, promised to get back to me several times but never did! When they did arrive visas had been granted by Embassy on 12th January, 11 days before CIBT forwarded them to me. If you want to avoid stress do not use this company.
Denis Turnbull
Money deducted from credit card without my authorisation
I started to apply for a visa 6 months ago but decided not to bother finishing the application process, now 6 months later £174 has been taken from my credit card without reason. Needless to say that I’ll be chasing them for my money back and confirmation that they have deleted my card details.
Also bear in mind that their number is an 0844 number which is a premium rate number which generates additional revenue for them.
Bad, bad, bad!!!
Absolutely outrageous!

AVOID this company !
AVOID this company !! Fees DOUBLE other evisa providers , they do not answer their phones or at least takes 45 mins + to get thru . Called 5 x , 3 of the 5 consultants didnt even ask for my policy # so couldnt reference what I was asking until I finally told them . They were blindly answering my questions. Got 1 visa for Kenya but the cost of their fee – RIDICULOUS . Waiting for 1 more Visa, we’ll see . Go with Sherpa !
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
The “Written by the company” content is promotional material and therefore cannot be assessed for its credibility as a customer review. It is, however, useful to understand how the company presents itself. They claim to be a global leader trusted by millions. This claim needs to be verified against actual customer experiences and third-party assessments.
The review by “mhm2908” highlights unexpected charges for calling a UK number. This raises concerns about transparency and potential hidden fees. The user feels misled by the advertised number, which led to unanticipated costs. This is a negative experience focusing on billing practices, not necessarily service quality, but it erodes trust. It’s important to note that unexpected charges are a common complaint against various companies, and further investigation into the phone number usage is necessary to determine legitimacy.
Hillary Kui’s review is a strong negative statement, labeling the service a “SCAM.” The user claims they were overcharged, received incorrect visa information despite multiple corrections, and were denied a refund after failing to obtain the visa. This paints a picture of poor service, lack of attention to detail, and potentially fraudulent billing practices. The fact that they successfully applied on their own after the failed CIBT application adds weight to the negative claim.
Paul Gartland’s review describes a lack of instructions after paying for visas. The user had to proactively follow up and express concern. The fact that intervention was needed to progress the application raises concerns about the company’s proactive approach and reliability. While the visas were eventually processed, the experience was characterized by stress and a lack of initial guidance.
Carlos’s review is a positive one, highlighting a “fantastic experience” with smooth processes and professional handling. Sarada is specifically commended for personalized and proactive service, especially in addressing last-minute changes. This review stands in contrast to the negative ones, suggesting that some customers have positive experiences.
Jasper Smith’s review echoes the “SCAM” accusation. The user points out a discrepancy between the advertised price and the actual charges, and highlights “enormous fees” for the premium rate phone line. The comment about “late accounts and unsettled claims” introduces financial and legal concerns about the company. This review reinforces concerns raised by other negative reviews regarding hidden costs and potentially questionable business practices.
Wang’s review is short but significant, focusing on the high cost of the phone call. This aligns with other reviews mentioning premium rate phone lines, indicating a pattern of potentially exploiting customers seeking assistance. The brevity of the review doesn’t diminish its impact, as it highlights a specific negative aspect of the service.
Gerald Holley’s review acknowledges generally good service but criticizes the use of a premium rate phone number, considering it “petty and unnecessary” given the already high service costs. This aligns with the other reviews highlighting the same issue, suggesting that this is a systemic practice within the company.
Jenni Muirhead’s review is a simple positive statement praising “brilliant customer service,” specifically thanking Shane B. This adds another point of support.
Kate’s review is highly critical, describing the company as “terrible, rude” and the experience as “expensive and frustrating.” The user cites issues with document handling, unreliable website, unclear communication, outdated practices, and contradictory requirements compared to the actual embassy. This review suggests a chaotic and inefficient system, resulting in wasted money and increased stress for the customer.
Maximilian Llistosella y Bisch’s review is a concise positive statement about “fast and uncomplicated support.”
Dario Barresi’s review details a positive experience with CIBT, particularly highlighting the assistance provided by Carina Azizeh in navigating the complexities of a Saudi work visa application. The user emphasizes the smooth process and the extra effort made by the representative. This is a detailed positive account of exceptional customer service.
James Becker’s review is a brief negative statement, describing the experience as “awful” with slow, inefficient, and incorrect advice.
Paul’s review offers a detailed positive account of visa service. Claims to be a real customer and not an employee. Visa process only took 10 days, excellent communication and consular visit only took 20 minutes.
Schelina Jule’s review warns against using CIBTVisas. The company partner is Uniworld. User claims to find that the company has neglected her file after waiting 3 weeks. Applied directly with the Vietnam Immigration Department but visa won’t arrive on time. The negligence of the company can affect the travelers.
David Stacey’s review is a positive one that counters the negative reviews, stating that their experience was “completely the opposite” of what they expected. They were kept informed throughout the process, their questions were promptly answered, and the price was reasonable. This adds weight to the possibility that experiences can vary.
Andy’s review focuses on the discrepancy between the initial cost and the final charge. The user feels overcharged, leading to disappointment.
Luke Page’s review is a negative one, describing the service as “dreadful” and highlighting the high cost and rejection of necessary documents.
Mr Peter Cox review describes the service from CIBTVisas can cause stress, uncaring and unhelpful staff, promised to get back to me but never did. The user received the visa a day before the trip when it was granted 11 days ago.
Denis Turnbull review states that the company deducted the money without their authorization. The user also states that the company is using 0844 number which is a premium number.
The review by Pauline Back advises to AVOID the company, due to the fees double the evisa providers, and takes 45 minutes to get thru to answer the phone.
