The Google link directs you to the application page. There are NO FEES shown! I clicked “application”, entered personal details and the payment page appeared. I entered my credit card, clicked and a $100 charge showed up on my phone BEFORE I had SUBMITTED my photo or passport scan. I immediately began writing a “customer support” mail, but before I could finish it, I received an email stating my APPLICATION WAS NOT COMPLETE and directed me back to a PHOTO and PASSPORT upload page! They took the cash BEFORE having any PHOTO or PASSPORT scans! Their entire business model must be based on NO REPEAT CUSTOMERS!!!

Terrible terrible service + SCAM
Terrible terrible service.
Not only they hide their fees and add amounts at the moment of paying, so it is 63$ + 36, but secondly they scammed me.
They processed my visa and made so many spelling mistakes on my name that it doesn’t even ressemble my name anymore, so I can’t use that visa to travel. Then I pointed out the mistake asking for them to revise my name. After a week of no answers to my 10 emails. I ask for a refund, and they reply right away and refund the 63$ but not the 36$ because on their side the visa application was submitted successfully. Which it wasn’t because they put another name on the visa instead of mine.
This is daylight robbery.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY for your visa.
You’ve been warned.

Scam!!!!!
A 36 dollar visa + 63 dollar service fee, only disclosed deep in the terms….
Very nice
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
Review 1: Happy in Thailand
This review alleges deceptive practices. The user claims they were directed to the application page without clear fee disclosure. They state that a $100 charge appeared on their credit card *before* they submitted required documents (photo and passport scan). The user points out the business model is predatory since they do not expect repeat business from those they have tricked into paying before the application is complete. This suggests a possible scam where charges are applied prematurely, and the service may not be fully rendered. The strong negative language (“NO REPEAT CUSTOMERS!!!”) reinforces this suspicion.
Review 2: Andrew Schoonewagen
This review accuses the service of hidden fees and poor execution. The user highlights a pricing discrepancy ($63 + $36) that was not initially clear. Critically, the user states the visa issued contained significant spelling errors, rendering it unusable. Despite attempts to correct the issue, customer service was unresponsive. The partial refund (only $63) while retaining the remaining $36 despite the faulty visa issuance strongly suggests a scam or extremely poor service quality. The user’s emphatic warning (“NEVER USE THIS COMPANY”) further underscores the negative experience and perceived scam.
Review 3: Nicolai H
This short review also points to hidden fees. The user identifies a $36 visa fee and a $63 service fee that are only “disclosed deep in the terms.” This highlights a lack of transparency in pricing, which is a common tactic used by scam websites. Although concise, the review adds weight to the claim that the website employs deceptive pricing strategies.
cambodiaonlinevisa.org is likely a scam
